I purchased a bed advertised on Facebook at a great price at Treasures. The staff was very helpful since the fennels were missing to get the owner of the shop to bring them in. When they called that the fennels were in, I was told the bed rails I received were the wrong ones. So I took the bed rails back, picked up the fennels & different bed rails but they were missing three of the support feet. The staff said the Treasures owner would look for them & let me know when found. They were never found which caused me considerable difficulty. Treasures had been paid and no motivation to complete the transaction. An honorable owner would have made it right. It was represented as a complete bed. Take away.....dont pay for anything here that supposed to be complete but isnt until all the pieces are presented.
