I went to this store located in Naples. I was there exactly at 9. No one was there. Then I waited 10 to 15 mnts. No one showed up. Their schedule says open at 9……. 9? Ok. Someone have to learn the time.

Helpful staff! Ok prices, but I dont spend much here since they stopped letting us use online coupons in store too.

With my career, I travel throughout the U.S. to a number of large cities and due to my lifestyle of fitness, I depend on The Vitamin Shoppe to meet my nutrition and fitness needs. I will say that I will wait to make my substantial purchases until I return back to Naples because of the leadership team at the Naples location.It is specifically because of the General Manager, Fazeer and his Assistant General Manager, Jessica, that I continue to shop directly at the store as opposed to other health food centers or online, for that matter. All of the staff provide me a “white glove conceirge” service when I enter the store. It is like I have a personal shopper with every shopping experience. They are ethical and extremely knowledgable across a spectrum of product lines and extremely helpful should I have any issues which I almost never do.Last but certainly not least, Tiffany and Chris are a wealth of knowledge when it pertains to fitness supplements and vitamin expertise. Both of them provide exceptional service and are very resourceful to answering any inquiries regarding any product line.The Naples The Vitamin Shoppe is the pinnacle of health and fitness nutrition bar none!

Been shopping at this store for over a year now and spend quite a bit of money each month. I do agree that their prices tend to be a little higher but always over looked that for the convenience of one stop shopping. Got a coupon in the mail for 10% off $100 or more, went today to buy almost $200 in things and was told my coupon was no good. After closer examination the coupon was only good for two days!!!! That is a sham, Manager could care less. Did absolutely nothing, as a matter of fact didn’t say a word while listening to the entire conversation. I will avoid this location and try Luckys who just opened in same plaza.

I go there for all of my supplements. Just recently went on mail order to save addl 10% off already reasonably priced items. Employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I was just in with my toddler to pick up some supplements for my son. I think the manager(older white lady in 50s or 60s) thought I was going to steal or something. I was just looking at present workouts and she looked at me and asked if I needed help. I told her no, I was ok. I used to sell vitamins for years, Ive even helped other customers while in here before, some were 100 plus dollar orders. Anyways, she pulled another co-worker aside and was whispering something to her, and then co-worker immediately asks me if I need help again. So, I can only assume they were worried I was going to steal something with my 2 year old in my arms.... so I leaned in her direction and said very clearly that she doesnt have to worry about me stealing anything. And she said oh no, thats not what we said.... Ive been in retail management 20 years, I know the ends and outs. Anyways I put back 100 worth of product, and bought few things I needed. Ive spent 100s of dollars in here, and I wont be back again.

So I go in to the vitamin shop to grab some protein and I ask if they’ll price match they say yes then I show the manager the same product from Walmart for cheaper but she says it’s got to be the exact size and flavor the size I wanted was slightly smaller and it was vanilla instead of chocolate, instead of trying to help me she just says nope it’s got to be the same exact flavor and the same exact ounces, it stands to reason that if the one I want is slightly smaller, that should be all the more reason to price match it for me , So I said I guess I’ll have to just go get it from Walmart, to which she says “that works!”and lets me walk out the door, they definitely need some coaching in customer service and sales

Finally found my neighborhoods Vitamin Shoppe!! This retailer of Nutrition and Sports supplements is my favorite wherever I go because of the large selection of products that you cant find at the competition. This location in particular boasts as usual a super friendly staff ( I guess they are well paid) and a very nice perk: A Kombucha station with ice cold tab kombucha!!! Loved it!!

Do not waste your time going anywhere else for supplements. They have the absolute best deals, and I really dont know how they havent put GNC out of business yet.
