Office Max is near my real estate office and is my go to for all my last minute office supplies in Naples. They have everything you need for your business. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Some of the best prices on ink Ive found in the area.

Terrible store service. Worst experience possible. Staff rude and unprofessional unwilling to listen or provide a loop for our problem. When ordering a filing cabinet online it came with a main price of wood cracked straight through the wood. Save yourself the time, don’t go here.

I bought two keyboards and few hours later wanted to return them because I decided to buy the ones with a mouse and they didnt refund or gave store credit. I posted my complaint on Google review and they contacted me and refunded my payment.

My wife and I went to Office Max to buy a drafting chair. We were so impressed with the store manager Joe Butlers, customer service. He was kind and very attentive which made our night much nicer. This Office Max is a good place to get your office supplies. If you need big quantities of office supplies you should compare the cost with Amazon. Parking is easy here but the whole strip center is very busy much of the day.Not a good place for higher end computers.

Outstanding service, had issue getting a print from email and the staff here had a quick, easy and inexpensive solution.

Although this store is conveniently located, I use it only when absolutely needed. Much of what I need is business-related and time is of the essence. Their print & marketing personnel are unresponsive and do not return calls. Basically, I am forced to hunt them down to actually give them business! Today I phoned the store and, after being placed on hold (sometimes for as long as ten minutes) multiple times, I was finally transferred to a woman whose name begins with L. (I withhold complete names for privacy reasons.) She not only snapped at me YES! when I asked her if she could do the job, she was clearly irritable and unbelievably rude. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was told the manager is too busy to talk to customers. I wish I didnt have to resort to this store and at this point I will start researching other printing companies. Theres just no point in giving business to a retailer whose staff clearly would rather avoid customer service rather than do the jobs they are paid to do.

Worst staff service, I went to pick up an order that I made online, the clerk dropped the box on top of the countertop very rude, then I asked him politely if I could get a plastic bag, his response was ” why, it’s raining outside” I told him no” you can clearly see it wasn’t , sarcasm response” usually customers ask for bag when it’s raining outside”Poor customer service
