Were nearly complete with a whole home remodel. We have an expanded, updated kitchen design with a big beautiful island, custom cabinets, granite countertops and waterproof luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout. The new master bath and custom closet are exactly what Ive envisioned for years!All design concepts, products and installation have been provided by Prestige Design and Remodeling and theyre in house contractors. The Prestige staff was awesome and I highly recommend contacting them for your design and remodeling needs. Christina M

Very helpful and great customer service! They came to my house to measure the kitchen even though I live pretty far away from their office. The initial quote was at the upper end of my budget, but we played with the design to help lower the total cost. I am happy to have purchased from a local company that I can call with questions. I cannot wait till they arrive!

I went to Prestige for my outdoor kitchen. They were fast and courteous and drew up the outdoor kitchen I wanted that same day. There sales team and install team took care of my every need. I couldnt ask for better service.

Weve recently completed a remodel of our condo using Prestige Design & Remodeling and I just cannot recommend this company for any project you might be considering.When we first started working with Prestige we were very impressed with their can do attitude and positivity that they would complete a job we would be proud of. Things started relatively fine, work started when they said it was going to and demo went off without a hitch. It wasnt until the new installs started happening that concerns began to arise. To start, we were consistently told we would get constant pictures of updates (we live remotely), but none ever came. There were continual delays because of a subcontractor not responding or scheduling conflicts, etc. As our initial deadline approached, I reached out to our day to day contact only to learn he had been fired and was no longer involved with our job. No one reached out to us to let us know of this. When we learned and spoke with the new contact, I was instructed to communicate with their now fired employee to find all of the deliverables we had sent down for the job.We went down to the condo once work was supposed to be finished, but it was very much an active construction site. The installers were onsite finishing the job and I was instructed to provide final payment so everyone was fully paid. I did so without ever completing a walkthrough with Prestige. As I was inspecting their work, it was evident that the dishwasher was installed in the wrong kitchen location and would need to be moved. I was consistently told they were aware of it and had fired the installers that worked on the kitchen (that doesnt exactly help my situation and brings our fired total to 3). It wasnt until I escalated to the owner of the company that they moved the dishwasher to the location I agreed to in the plans. Of course when I later ran the dishwasher to test, it leaked and left water between the floorboards and our new laminate floors.Now that everything has been addressed (we are still waiting on replacement cabinet drawers that properly fit the space), Ive reached out to Prestige for a final update on the cabinetry, missing keys, and unfinished permit sign off, but they no longer respond.Throughout this entire process weve been incredibly patient and understanding. One would think Prestige would do everything they can to make sure we were totally satisfied, but its felt like we were more of an annoyance to them than a paying customer who spent $10s of thousands of dollars with their company.Going through any remodeling job will be stressful and have some snags, but the back and forth is just not acceptable here. Im giving 2 stars because they did complete the job and the workmanship looks good, but the negatives of working with this company far outweigh any positives.

I visited their showroom last friday to get prices on floors for three rooms in my home. the lady there was very nice, but knew nothing about floors or prices. the person that held that knowledge was unavailable. i picked out three floors and provided measurements for a rough pricing. was told to expect a call that afternoon or monday am at the latest. no call ever received. cannot recommend this place. sorry because its convent to my home

We had a kitchen and countertops done about 2 years ago... Matt was very professional and courteous!!! He was very prompt about getting the job done and doing a quality job !!The cabinets and countertops are holding up great !!We highly recommend this company for your cabinets and countertops !!I know now they are sell flooring products also , which in the near future we will buy from them also !!They sell high quality products and they are very knowledgeable about there products !!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
