I cant say enough about how friendly, informative and helpful Mary Anne and Ginger have been at this Life Storage facility. My company, TLN, has just begun renting a couple of spaces and they have gone above & beyond to assist us every step of the way. The spaces are clean and well-lit and the hours are very accommodating. Great experience & facility!

My first phone call was taken by a customer service representative and unfortunately I was not told my unit had an obstruction (cement pillar) in the middle of it. The rep also explained I could get a discount using a truck from the property. The rep stated all I needed to do was within 14 days of renting the unit let them know what date I would need the truck. When I first visited the unit and found the obstruction I went into the office to speak to the person on-site (different than whom I spoke with initially). The women in the store was Mary Anne. She was extremely professional, helpful and offered to discuss ways we could work together to better my experience. She took the time to explain the use of the propertys van...it is not a truck as I was first told. She found a unit, bigger than the one I rented initially for only a $4 dollars more a month and transferred me without a hitch. She did all this, even came to ensure I could get into my new unit, all while pushing her lunch break back a half hour to me, the customer, first. Thank you to Mary Anne.

Clean, easy to access. A little cold, not sure they use any heat so dress warmly in the winter. And like every storage facility, they treat customers who stay with them the worse. Rent goes up every 6 months or so. The only affordable option is to be willing to move to a new facility where you get the new customers perks.

We got the cutest welcome package from Ginger (including a lock, which totally slipped my mind in the chaos of moving) and the facility is clean/well lit. End to End a wonderful experience all around and will rent from them again. The covered garage space was super helpful on rainy days!

Wonderful service!! Great employees, very knowledgeable, friendly. ALSO- we had car troubles right after we had moved everything out of our storage unit and closed our Life Storage account. Both employees were happy to provide us with jumper cables, wrenches, and any other tools we needed to try to fix our car. Raised my rent every year so that it went up 41% in 3 years and it was no longer worth it. They make it difficult to cancel your rental by not letting you do it online. Went to the office and waited over an hour for the store manager to come back so I fill out the form. You can cant cancel online or by email, it must be in person or by snail mail. Poor experience, do not recommend.

I cant recommend this Life Storage location enough. They have their act together and truly have a customer-focused, security-focused mindset. Its so refreshing to work with a business who clearly cares for their customers and staff. Jenna and Ginger have been awesome to work with whenever I have had questions or needed help. In 2 years time I have never had a problem. They do raise rates on you, so be warned that will happen, but I think the customer service and peace of mind it brings is worthwhile. I also love that you can conveniently rent their big van for a reasonable rate!

We have been with Life Storage for a few years now and love it. We have stored our things with other companies and they have not compared to Life Storage. Our main reason for loving Life Storage is Ginger. She is always super friendly which is a breathe of fresh air. She goes above and beyond for her customers. Plus the facility is super clean, we love being able to pull in and have easy access to our unit. Its nice to have carts. At other facilities we would wait hours for the one and only cart they had. Here, there are a few carts.

Truly 5-star service! Jena and Ginger are very accommodating and easy to work with. Very clean, well lit, well maintained facility. Having a moving van available on site for rental is a big bonus too and a big timesaver. Note that it is a large cargo van, not a box truck.

I moved a clients belonging while she was out of the Country and Ginger was so patient and kind. She helped me through the entire process. It sure makes life easier when someone likes their job, is extremely knowledgeable and patient. The facility was super clean and there were plenty of carts for us to use. I highly recommend this facility.

Used them for Document Shredding. Friendly staff and transaction was quick and smooth. They secure store documents and then shredding partner comes in and shreds on-site.

Great place to store year round! All indoor climate controlled, clean and well lit. Indoor load/unload. 5am-11pm access included. When Ginger is in the office youll be well cared for. It might be warm in the upper levels during the summer. Always cool in the lower levels. Short term or long, this place is great.

Gingers positive attitude helped me through the stresses of moving. Her continuous positive attitude is uplifting. After touring several storage places you can tell Ginger isnt just going through the motions. She knows her facility and helps you select the right sized units and manage any changes or bumps along the way. I imagine the storage business can have quiet lonely times and busy times. Either way you find her she has great energy. Ive walked in there and shes been 4 people deep but shes professional and efficiently gets the job done. As far as the facility its conveniently located. Well lit and the temperature control was even. Upon removing our items there was very little dust on them and no smell or bugs. Highly recommend. Would use this facility again.Phil

Stop! Dont look anywhere else. Youve found the perfect place to rent a storage unit. After comparing several storage units in the area my spouse and I decided to go look at this facility. We were thoroughly impressed. This facility is very new, super clean, and fairly priced. All units are climate controlled. There is a drive up loading area with the elevator right there. Super convenient! Also they have plenty of carts to use which makes moving much easier. Ginger and Luke are very professional and friendly. They found us a unit close to the elevator and made the renting process painless. We are very pleased with Life Storage. I cant say enough good things about this place. Its safe, clean, under surveillance, etc. Overall an exceptional facility!

The ladies at Naperville’s Life storage are awesome. Was going through spare foot and had a whole host of problems. Sparefoot dropped the ball but Ginger and her crew set me up made me laugh and solved my rv parking problem. The staff are excellent and area is clean with easy access to building/rv parking.Added benefit it’s right off 88 so easy to get on highway and head out on our next rv adventure.
