Had a problem with my heater. Talked to Jay, and set up a service call. Nick the technician arrived and promptly replaced the heater and had my tub up and running in no time. Ive used them before and they are great. I can only use superlatives in describing the excellent service Nick provided. Their prices are fair and service is prompt. I would highly recommend Turbo Tubs.

Holy cow!! We went in looking for motors for our 2000 Jacuzzi hot tub! We figured we would have to pay around $600. Nope. Jay really hooked us up!! We went out with an original Jacuzzi motor with the J Pump and another motor for less than $300! Needless to say we were thrilled and will definitely only be going to Turbo Tubs for anything hot tub related from now on! Thank you Jay. We really appreciate it and will recommend you to absolutely EVERYBODY!!!

When I find a quality company I become a loyal customer – but, make no mistake, I work with companies who deliver quality and service. I found it here. Turbo Tubs deals with reputable manufacturers. You want your equipment to run smartly, efficiently, and to last. My hot tub is its own water treatment plant which means it doesn’t require a lot of chemicals. I was a first time buyer, I was nervous, uneducated and confused about how to own my own tub. All I know is, I wanted one. Here’s what put my mind at ease: The price of the Hot Tub included delivery, stairs, top, them coming in to help me fill the tub with water, do the chemicals to get me started and train me on exactly what to do. In short order, I had it down pat and running smoothly on my own. The next day I had a few more questions. They pick up the phone and are happy to assist. Try calling one of the major stores or a store on the internet?? Good luck. These guys educated me on the difference between getting a regular “plug in” tub vs a higher voltage. Honest pros and cons. That’s all I’m looking for. The went over ALL THE CHEMICALS several times until I finally understood it. They even hooked me up with a quality electrician who was fair and nailed it. Another plus. This tub has a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty INCLUDING LABOR. That was critical. What more can I ask for??? In short, no need to look elsewhere. Turbo Tubs is “not” the cheapest place to buy a tub – but, with something at tricky as a tub, it’s worth a few extra bucks to buy quality. Good value.

This is the only place to buy a hot tub in the Chicago suburban area as far as I’m concerned. I wish I had known this sooner as I purchased a hot tub at another small local dealer. Ended up receiving the wrong tub, it was not the one I ordered. I considered keeping it as it was in my backyard and the delivery service would not take it back that day. However it wasn’t working ….Issues with the heater and jets and then it was leaking!!! I started over with Turbo Tubs. Jay the owner is very knowledgeable. I was so glad to have an expert to lean on especially after going through such a bad experience. Our new hot tub is beautiful and is working perfectly!

Great service. We bought a hot tub from Jay at Turbo Tubs in 2003. It stopped working correctly recently and I called Jay for help. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and walked us thru the necessary steps to correct the issue. No cost, just great service. Thanks Jay. Highly recommended.

Great service, Great People. 3 years ago bought a reconditioned 6 person Dimensions One Hot Tub from them, the crew took away the old tub and put our new one in. The crew and staff were very helpful, quick and informative.When I saw the tub we purchased in the show room, I thought WOW!! look at that tub, I said that one would be nice but thats a new one, probably expensive. But Jay said nope, thats how we recondition tubs. The price was 40% cheaper than a new one. The parts and pumps inside this tub are better than most new ones. When me and my wife fired this thing up and turn the jets on, it blew us away, almost literally. With the dual two stage pumps you can configure flow to your desire. Well after 3+ years not a single issue with this tub even after going through harsh winters. Seriously, in this weather youll use it 8+ months a year as apposed to a pool. Has to be one of the best purchases in a very long timeSo if your looking for a hot tub new or used, try Turbo Tubs, they are good honest people, that deliver Quality products and service.

Our very expensive hot tub was purchased a few years ago from another store. We absolutely are certain that the staff at Turbo Tubs is not only knowledgeable but so amazing in their handling of customers. They came out and checked our Clearwater Spa and found we needed one new motor. They were on time and courteous. The motor was ordered and they came out to deliver and once again, on time and courteous. The next time I called, after a large storm that apparently caused our hot tub to cease running, they freely shared information on how we could check to see if a fuse was blown before having them come out and pay a service fee. Great customer service! Last weekend I opened up my hot tub only to find that freeze damage had cracked one of the manifolds. I went to TurboTubs and Jay made me a new manifold and explained to me how to install it. He could have tried to sell me on having their service techs fix the tub, but instead explained to me how to do it. It was not easy (as he warned) but it went exactly as he said and his hints assisted me in completing the job. Additionally I found out I needed a new heater element and Jay sold me just what I needed, the element and a pressure switch, but not the tube, given mine was in good shape. FYI, when I called MasterSpa, the manufacturer of my tub, they tried to sell me the entire piece. Jay saved me money and again explained to me how to install it.Great service and great education. I have used other hot tub service companies in the past and TurboTubs is the best Ive used. I would recommend them to anyone. Make sure you talk to Jay!

Inherited an older model hot tub with the house. (Embedded in a deck) Warranty is long gone, but the employees at Turbo Tubs have certainly stepped in not only just to keep the tub running, but also to save the day when needed.Their store is a great place to pick up maint. supplies (or a whole new spa), but whats even better is the service. Call with a problem and theyll give you straight answers and solutions - whether it involves a service visit or not. Theres been quite a few times when Ive called in, and I was advised of a fix I could easily do myself. (generally with hardware store, online, or etc. parts) If there is a cheaper or simpler way to solve things, theyll not only inform you, but also give instructions right over the phone.But, of course, if I cant do it or things are getting complicated, Ill see them within a couple days - or sooner. The service guys are very knowledgeable, will explain everything theyre doing or will have to do, and sometimes get the work done without you even knowing they were there. (Provided your equipment is outside, obv.)As long as we have a spa, theyll have our business. Our hot tub is a nightmare (and they know), but I feel they do their best to get things back to the dream its supposed to be.

Just moved into a house with a hot tub and had NO idea what I was doing. The team here is great and super patient especially with people like me who have literally 0 knowledge. I have tried several place for repair to my hot tub, but Turbo Tubs is the only place that could and would fix the hot tub. The other places never returned my calls, cancelled appointments when they found out we had a Dynasty Hot Tub (which is 12 years old.) Turbo tubs has been great over the years. Ive purchased two hot tubs from them, and Jay the owner has always been able to answer my questions and assist me in performing my own service work on my tubs. They even delivered a tub for me 80 miles away from Naperville. Ive been doing business with them since 1999. Check them out!

Wow, I am amazed at just how TERRIBLE their customer service is. I never write reviews--Im a normal guy that doesnt like to rock the boat or complain. In this case, though, I feel Id be doing you a disservice to not write one. You may have a good experience, or you might be treated rudely and be met with a total lack of flexibility. In my opinion, its just not worth the risk. I was charged for services that were never provided--despite being told that I wouldnt be.

They have parts for Jacuzzis in stock. Most places dont carry much. Great selection of tubs.

Weve had a terrible experience with TurboTubs.We purchased a used hot tub from them, which we had delivered in September. This is our first hot tub and, after discussing our options with Jay, the owner, we decided to go with a used tub as our starter. This would let us make a smaller investment to learn how wed use it and what features were important to us before making a larger investment on a new tub. We knew the tub was used and there were likely to be a few more issues than with a new tub, but Jay told us that his staff of experts had rebuilt the pumps and made sure that everything was in good working order. Jay seemed extremely knowledgeable (far more so than many of the others we talked to). They had great online reviews. We had a 90-day limited warranty on the tub, and Jay assured us that their excellent service staff would be there for us should anything go wrong. We thought we had made a great decision and were in good hands.They delivered the tub. We were excited and got it filled right away and were looking forward to our first relaxing soak. No heat. We called TurboTubs...and called...and called...and called. We got the answering machine (no calls back), we got Jays helpers in the store (who knew nothing but would leave a message for Jay...who never called back). It took us two weeks of constant, progressively more irritated, calls and nagging to get in touch with Jay and get him out to the house to address the problem. The problem was that his experts had forgotten to reattach the heater after they worked on it.Then, about three days after the limited warranty expired, just before a major snowstorm was about to hit, one of the pumps burnt out and the tub stopped working. We tried to reach TurboTubs, but no answer on the phone and the voice mailbox was full so we couldnt even leave a message. We ended up contacting another repair company to get them to come and get it working before the whole thing froze up.Now the heater has apparently burnt out. Weve had this tub that they had supposedly completely checked out and made sure was in good shape for less than five months and already had two major repair bills. And we still cant get ahold of them. Weve given up on Jay and TurboTubs.Yes, hes very charming and seems very knowledgeable, but dont make the same mistake we did. Their service is great right up to the point that they make the sale and have your money...after that its nothing but unanswered phones, unreturned calls, BS and shoddy service.

Horrendous staff!! the delivery crew of buffoons delivered my used tub around 11 am, yet all reaked of marijuana and alcohol. they after that had the audacity to make jokes of how bad muslim and arab people smell. i find that extremely offensive as i have friends of all races. next time i contact a delivery or moving service i will use a company that drug tests their employees.

Dont use this service! A bunch of crooks! They show up when they want, not at your scheduled appointment time and they will charge whatever they want to your credit card that you are required to provide before they ever come out! Save yourself a big headache and use another service.

My dad called them today to come out and service his hot tub, and even though he lived a little to far for them to come out at the moment, they still spent time on the phone helping him trouble shoot his heater issues. Turns out his heater cannot be fixed, but luckily they had one in stock and are shipping it out to him. Extremely friendly and professional service!
