I went to the Hearing Health Center in Naperville with my mom. It was such a great experience for her! We absolutely loved the place. The doctor was very friendly and explained us everything about the use of the hearing aids. The test itself was very detailed and she was given demo hearing aids for the time in the office. They were programmed to combat her hearing loss. She was mesmerized with how well she could hear with them. The office itself is very impressive, clean, nicely painted and it was a pleasure to be there. Thank you very much!

I was introduced to Lyric hearing aids here. They use the ear canal as it is naturally used without hearing aids. I have been able to keep my hearing aids for in as long as four months; no batteries to worry about. When I need something checked, Hearing Health Center is always very responsive.

I was diagnosed with a hearing loss in both ears in 2020 and was initially reluctant to have hearing aids. Dr. Jing helped me to understand the effects of hearing loss, both in the present and long term, and the benefits of hearing aids. I received a thorough evaluation from Dr. Jing and expert guidance in adjusting to my hearing aids. I have been wearing them for a year and had an annual audiogram administered by Dr. Jing in September 2021. My hearing loss is stable. Hearing aids have made a positive difference in my life and Im grateful to Dr. Jing for his professional care. What is most important is that Im doing what I can to preserve my hearing and ability to differentiate sounds. I highly recommend Hearing Heath Center.

Due to the pandemic, I havent had an appointment with Dr. Jing recently but have been picking up new Lyrics about every 7 weeks. The other reason I havent seen Dr. Jing recently is because I havent had any problems with my Lyrics. They are very comfortable and Im able to place them in my ears.

My son goes every six months for a check up on his permanent hearing loss with Dr. Jing. The facility is always super clean and inviting. The woman at the front desk (forgive me I forget her name!) is lovely and very kind. Once we were back in the exam room Megan did our testing and she was wonderfully personable and thorough. We have always been a fan of Dr. Jing and Will continue to go back because he is honest and warm. Plus my seven-year-old likes him so🙂 I highly recommend this practice as they clearly care about their patients!

My husband and I both came in for the ear wax removal and highly recommend this service. My husband’s sharp headaches are a thing of the past and couldn’t believe just how much better he feels. Dr. Ning Jing, Merna and Marci are phenomenal. Watching TV has been a quieter experience for us. While this service isn’t as glamorous as teeth whitening or a mani/pedi, the return on this service towards quality of home and work life is priceless! We also bought the ear cleanser for maintenance.

I had a GREAT experience with Dr. Jing and staff. I was greeted right away and the Dr. was ready for me. I visited for a problem with tinnitus. He gave me thorough hearing but exam and found minimal hearing loss but I still struggle with tinnitus. Dr. Jing gave me the options on how to help with this via a masking device which I tried in the office and seemed to work great. I enjoyed my visit. Dr. Jing was very kind and informative. The gal at the front desk was great also. I recommend Dr. Jing to anyone having problems. He is a great Audiologist.

The whole staff there is outstanding. I can hear again! They are also very focused on making everything right. Much better than my previous experiences elsewhere.

Megan, the new tech as of July worked with me today. She cleaned and repaired my hearing aids and offered extra services to balance the volume for both sides. She then created a second setting choice to help me when I am in a background noise environment. She was helpful, efficient and friendly. I could not ask for a better experience!

The Hearing Health Center staff ,receptionist and Dr.Ning on my follow-up appt on 11-16 were absolutely great with their patience to answer the questions I had about my new hearing devices as well as previous scheduled appointments to take the time to give the patient their undivided attention to make all visits as comfortable as possible. I have been going to Hearing Health Center in Naperville for 4 years now. Each visit or emergency need is always met with courtesy, kindness and understanding. Dr. Jing, Megan Foy and Myrna are the best. I could not be more satisfied with the care provided.

I chose to go here with my son because of the positive reviews. We both needed hearing aids. The front desk staff is great. Dr. Jing, not so much. He drove us to what is probably the most expensive pair of hearing aids. The expectation for these hearing aids were high.There were issues between the audiologist and my insurance for ordering the hearing aids. Instead of HHC working it out with my insurance company, I had to initiate several conversations between the two. The issue was never resolved with my hearing aids, but we were able to finally get my sons aids. I never got my aids due to the hassle.After the hearing aids were delivered, we went in for the fitting. Immediately after we left there were technical issues with the aids, including the consistently turning off and at one time an electric shock felt by my son. The shock only happened once and has not re-occurred. Dr. Jing insisted he keep wearing the aids until the follow up appointment. We went in for adjustments with a long list of technical issues and a couple of fitment issues. Dr. Jing addressed the fitment issue and updated the hearing aids firmware. After we left, the aids had more dropping issues and could not be used with his iPhone, which was one of the main reasons we chose this set. We let Dr. Jing know about the unreliability of the aids with the phone, and he told us that the manufacturer was aware of the issue and an update was pending. We got the update and the functionality is mostly there, with some issues with our microwave causing interference with the bluetooth.My son is sticking with these expensive hearing aids, Signia Styletto 5NX, because the actual hearing part works, they are rechargeable, and most of the bluetooth functionality is working.The reason for the 2 stars is that having to be the go between for the care provider and my insurance company is a total lack of customer/patient care. Also at each appointment, Dr. Jing treated our concerns as our fault and was generally unsympathetic and unhelpful. When you pay nearly $5000 for devices you expect some support. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is because the staff is very courteous and friendly.

Dr. Jing was very knowledgeable, efficient, and sensitive to my hearing concerns. He helped me select a set of hearing aides that I find excellent in quality and fun to use on a daily basis.

Had excellent review on the new hearing aids.They are much better in quality than my previous ones.Using the new ones has opened up a much better environment to me ina room with many people speaking at the same time.

I am very lucky to have found Hearing Health Center. They products are excellent and the staff is wonderful. I live about an hour away but I do not change companies because of the quality service I receive in Naperville.

Have $6500 hearing aids for less than 2 months, right one stopped charging up completely, told Dr. He said try them a little more because when he tested them they were working. After trying themn another month the right one stopped charging completely, Tried to return but said 75 days was to long. After talking to the Dr. he agreed to replace those defective hearing aids and the charger to be safe, have received the new product and everything seems to be on point.

I lost my job in September of 2019. I was able to use IL DHS services to get new hearing aids while I looked for new employment. I landed my dream job as a Surgery Center CEO/Administrator.

Initially, very friendly, competent staff and I would have highly recommended them, but not anymore. After COVID things have taken a downward turn. I had an appointment scheduled, they sent out a confirmation text which I responded to, indicated that I would indeed be there. I showed up early, the doors were locked. COVID I thought, they must be answering a knock on the door or their phones. I tried both... for 15 minutes. Nothing. I left. Turns out they were in the back having lunch, said they didnt hear me knocking and werent answering their phones. But I had an appointment! I confirmed it! And they blew me off. They fell over themselves to try and make it right and I reluctantly gave them another chance. It takes me a half hour to get to their location so I hoped they wouldnt drop the ball again. I had two more appointments that went fine, but the third one that happened today didnt actually happen. I was a few minutes early, waited until 15 minutes after my appointment time, heard the doctor in back and decided that Id had enough. My time is as valuable as anyone elses and, given my history with this outfit, I walked out. The doctor called and apologized but I told him that each time I come to their location its an hour of driving. To have been totally blown off once and delayed another time was enough for me and that I would not be back. And I wont be. There are many other options for me, more professional outfits to work with. I will explore them next and suggest that if your time is valuable to you you might want to consider some place other than the Hearing Health Center in Naperville.

The office is very clean and bright, the office manager was very informative and very knowledgeable. The Dr was vary patient with me and all of the hearing tests I did were very cutting edge and the Dr went above and beyond to explain my hearing issues. I would recommend this dr to others!

I have been dealing with the Hearing Health Center for at least 7 years.HHC first took care of my Aunts hearing needs and they are now taking care of my Moms hearing needs. They take the time required for all tests- no rush-- and address all questions. We have been very pleased with the Doctors and their staff. The staff is great, efficient and friendly.

I recently received my hearing aids from the Hearing Health Center (Naperville). This is my second pair but first pair through this office. Everyone is very friendly and thorough in caring for my hearing needs. These new aids (Phonak Marvel) are fantastic. Technology has improved over the past 6 years and these are bluetooth enabled. This tech has allowed me to connect to my Android phone and to a bluetooth audio transmitter for my TV! Wow! Talk on my phone without holding it... watch TV late at night and not disturb the household!!!

I had a very unpleasant experience with Sudden Hearing Loss accompanied by significant tinnitus . I had an apt. with another hearing facility but I met Dr M. Mandra at a Vendor fair in our community and changed my apt. to see her, because her demeanor and reassurance that she could help me was so impressive. She spent a great deal of time with me, did extensive testing, explained what hearing aid would best help me since the tinnitus was terrifying and overwhelming, she was kind, and intelligent and a great educator.....I purchased the hearing aid she recommended and not only do I not have to say * what * all the time, because of the masking program I am able to live with my tinnitus quite nicely. I can highly recommend the Hearing Health Center and specifically Dr Melissa Mandra for your hearing needs.

My father-in-law had great difficulty in hearing for almost 2 years as he had lost 80-90% of his hearing. He had quite poor quality of life and would be lost in social or family gatherings. Dr. Jing from Hearing Health Center completely transformed his hearing and the over all quality of life. He almost has a whole new life. Dr. Jing is very professional, courteous, takes great length of time to fine tune the frequencies to make things ideal for the patient helping them pair the hearing devices with your iPhone for better hearing the phone calls, tv programs. Also, was very help full when one of the device had malfunctioned, it was sent to the manufacturer and within a week we had the new device, programmed and ready to go. Its 5 star all the way!

It took a lot of family persuasion to get me into the office, but once I was there, Dr. Mandras professionalism and competence convinced me I was in the right place with the right Doctor. I was so impressed with her skill in diagnosis and finding the right assistive device for me, I immediately referred my brother to her office and he too is a very satisfied patient. I knew I had a hearing loss in my left ear since childhood, but recently learned of some hearing loss in my right ear. Through a hearing discount plan offered by insurance, I was referred to Hearing Health Center in Naperville. I see Dr. Jing who is very knowledgable in audiology. Their hearing test confirmed an ealier test I had. Dr. Jing recommended hearing aids for me and they function perfectly. I love them! I can hear enough to get through life without hearing aids, but now when I take the aids out, I realize howbad my hearing is! I’m still in the early stages of wearing hrating aids, I will continue to see Dr. Jing for adjustments to my hearing aids and monitor my hearing.

We started going to Hearing Health Center 3 years ago when my daughter was diagnosed with Otoschlorisis in both ears. She has severe mixed hearing loss in her right ear. From the very first appointment, I could tell my daughter was in good hands. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can tell they all genuinely care and are passionate about helping people hear. Pat, one of the receptionists, is happy and friendly each and everytime we see her. Dr. Nickerson, takes a genuine interest in my daughter not only as a patient, but as a young girl growing up with hearing loss. Dr. Nickerson recently reccommended a new hearing aid for my daughter, the Phonak Sky v70. It is amazing! My daughter notices the clarity in loud situations, as well as just an overall better sound quality. We are grateful to everyone at Hearing Health Center!

After paying for a brand new set of hearing aids my mom was brought in several times for adjustments she was having trouble hearing on the phone and after the 30 days she was charged for a follow-up appointment. After moving out of town and new doctor saw her it turns out he put in the wrong size vent. This is what caused the problem to begin with.
