Melissa was super helpful and I had a great shopping experience here. She went out of her way to make sure I was getting something I was happy with. She took her time, walked through several options, demonstrated differences between glasses and did not make me feel rushed at all. It was a truly wonderful experience and she creates a great atmosphere for shopping in this store.

I would like to thank Caitlin and her excellent work helping me out with my issue pertaining to my Ray-Bans.She did such a great job but her willingness to show an initiative above and beyond and help me fix my problem and even go further to even contact customer service and get the problem fixed so I would not have to do it myself and be able to know directly from the actual person standing in front of me as in Caitlin that the situation can be taken care of no matter whatI highly recommend not only does she get a raise but that she gets a star a whatever it is that you guys offer because she did such a wonderful job.

This location has awful ownership. The owner, Jordan S., is refusing to refund my credit card for a pair of defective sunglasses that I returned to them via the RMA their sister company and owners Luxottica provided me with. Their employee told me they would refuse the return if the sunglasses were defective--this was my second return. I have the tracking information and proof of delivery to Luxottica, and the owner of this specific store is refusing my refund. Do not do business with this location.

Good selection and the staff is friendly and helpful. They even tightened my ray bands for free that Ive had forever.
