I was at the Pandora in Naperville. I parked outside of the store. I realized that I didnt have my keys and couldnt leave my car or Ill be stuck. I called the store and Danielle(209068) answered, I told her my situation and she went over and beyond of duty to help me with my purchase. Danielle is awesome and I totally appreciate her for doing my purchase from my car. I worked Retail Mgmt for 28 years, Danielle is a salesperson that Mgmt looks for. Ive been shopping this location for Several years and has never been disappointed.

I love everything about this store! Great products and geninely wonderful people. Mary is just an amazingly sweet person and I love working with her. She always takes such great care of me. Tracy came through and helped me pick out gifts for my daughter and wife that they absolutely loved. Prices are reasonable and they work within your budget.I Highly recommend Pandora of Naperville.

Previously I have bought multiple pairs of earrings and the customer service had been adequate in this store, but my latest visit I was thoroughly disappointed. I was completely ignored and though there were many salespeople simply walking around, they ignored me completely. Though standing and waiting for 10 minutes I was not helped and others who walked in after me were helped. I enjoy Pandora products, but I will not be shopping at this store again.

When I first walked in, I was ignored and there was a customer who walked in after me that received a greeting and was taken care of before me. Otherwise, the service once i was attended to was great. Product is beautiful, but on the higher priced side. The silver pieces are borderline reasonable, but the gold pieces are on the high end. Less choices in charms in gold versus silver. Sales people did attempt to add accessories, but were not very pushy. Just fyi, parking close is extremely limited, but there is a free parking structure about a block or so away.

We visit Pandora stores not only all across the country, but all over the world. That being said, in all of our travels, this store was the absolute BEST Pandora experience we have had to date.To begin with, we were greeted immediately when we walked in the door. And when I say greeted, I can generally tell the difference between a fake greeting and one that is sincere. Not only was their greeting sincere, we were offered complimentary bottles of water, an act that I dont recall any other store showing such courtesy. The store itself is one of the largest ones we have seen, with the largest selection of of the Pandora catalogue available right before your eyes.The store representatives that helped us were amazingly knowledgeable about all the Pandora products and very quick to locate what we were looking for. I was very impressed by how attentive they were to what we were interested in. The Pandora representatives seemed to tune in to what our likings were, as apposed to making random suggestions outside of our interests.In our group, there were three of us searching for separate items for each one of us. The Representatives were very impressive at how charming and elegant they were in assisting all of us. I use those words charming and elegant because that bests describes the entire experience we had at this store, in which I would say we were in there for over an hour shopping.To really clarify how much we appreciated the professionalism of this store, as I said before we shop Pandora all over the world and make purchases every month. However, we were never inclined to apply for a Pandora Store Credit Card until we shopped at this store. The Representatives made the application very easy, and were very quick to process our new credit line for us.And if that isnt enough to place this location in the #1 STORE IN THE COUNTRY category, The manager of the store actually called us a week later to thank us for our purchases and extended a warm welcome to come back the next time we are in the Chicago area. I dont often make a review about a place where I cant find something the staff or store missed, but I honestly can not think of a single thing that this Pandora Store lacked or missed in their absolutely exceptional service. They truly earned our BEST OF THE BEST PANDORA experience award.

They have the worst service ever. The manger sucks. The managers name is Nicole. Wouldnt exchange my ring to a smaller size that was a gift from my boyfriend he purchase warranty and she said that didnt matter. She was very rude. The manager Nicole was racist. They need to do something about that management. Theirs a reason why they have the worst reviews. They just lost customers. Never shopping their again. If I could I would rate it negative -5 stars.

Good evening all,I normally don’t write reviews, however my experience was soooooooo horrible at the Naperville store. This was even after I conversed with another customer at the Bolingbrook store and she expressed her dislike for the manager Mary. I ignored this and went to the Naperville store. That was the biggest mistake. I went in to purchase additional charms for my daughter and I. I noticed when I went to Jared they had the exact same clip for less than Pandora is selling. So like any other person I called and spoke to the store manager and of course she told me to come in and we can adjust the price for you. Well that’s what I did and to my surprise she completely denied speaking with me and informed me that they do not price match. So I took time out of my day to come and receive the worst customer service and lying from this Manager. She told me that Jared would sell me the clip for the price they are selling. Lie! I went to Jared and I purchased the charms for less. With current promotion. Pandora please look into your Naperville store. Maybe new management someone eating in a consumers face is not proper retail/ customer service.

This is my absolute favorite store in Fox Valley Mall!My bracelet originally came from Bella Cosa Jewelers (in Burr Ridge/Hinsdale) in May 2010, but this Pandora store replaced the bracelet for free in December 2011! (Nothing was wrong with the bracelet. My boyfriend wanted to replace my lobster clasp with a barrel clasp). The people working there are always so nice and helpful and they really know their stuff about their merchandise! (Ive heard stories about other stores where the associates know absolutely nothing about the charms and whatnot). They put the charms right on your bracelet to see what it would look like, no purchase necessary =]Unfortunately, this store is also my boyfriends least favorite store. Because it means the death of his bank account =] He likes to make me happy!

I normally go to the Bolingbrook location however when my ring needed repaired and they were remodelling I came to the Naperville one. I will now be coming here any time Im going to a Pandora in the future. Elani helped me with a purchase and the managers Nicole and Heather were absolutely amazing with the complications regarding my repair on a soon to be discontinued ring.
