Called at 11:30pm 4/3/20. They answered. Juan from Aladdin doors came out at 10am next morning 4/4/20. He installed two larger red springs in an hour. Super fast service and Juan was awesome. This is the 2nd time I had called Aladdin Garage Doors for service.The first time they provided an excellent service. This time also the service was timely and good. However, on their sticker they had advertised 25% off the next service if you had stuck the sticker in the garage. Juan didnt honor the 25% but instead gave $20 off. Wasnt happy with it.They should advertise if not going to fulfill.

Yesterday I pushed the button on my garage door opener and it wouldn’t go up. A quick inspection revealed one of the tension springs had broken in half. I called Aladdin and set up an appointment for Monday. Within a few minutes I got a call back saying Juan was in the area finishing another job and could be at my house in an hour instead of Monday. I was very surprised and happy to hear this. Juan arrived about an hour later and confirmed one of the springs had broken. After discussing my options on which springs to purchase, I went ahead and decided on the upgraded springs with lifetime warranty. Juan completed the job in about an hour and gave me a step by step tutorial on the process. He was very polite, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend him as an installer and Aladdin in general.

I would award Juan more than that for his polite, professional demeanor and even more for his knowledge.Our garage door would OPEN with either remote device, but neither would CLOSE the door. We got tired of getting out of our car to do it manually and called Aladdin to do an inspection.Juan quickly discovered a simple solution. I had expected to have my arm twisted to encourage needless and expensive repairs, but he was honest with information and advice.

Super service! Today is the coldest day in 2020-2021 Winter. My 25-year old garage opener was suddenly broken yesterday. Juan, Aladdin Garage Doors, stopped by yesterday afternoon to determine the cause and proposed a replacement plan. He came this morning on Saturday, the coldest day, to replace a new Chamberlain garage door opener. His price is fair. But the service is fast and excellent.
