Benefit Cosmetics, You all may need to hang up threading or lower the prices. Also, I believe you all should get some threading lessons from the appropriate person/s. Do not use tweezers on clients, if they are paying an arm and leg for threading. Learn to master the skill or invest in professional training. I believe every person in the shop need threading lessons for the eyebrows.However, you all are tidy and you all sanitize everything, and I appreciate that. Oh, and Melissa is a very sweet manager. Dana, is sweet too. Everyone has good customer service skills, just haven’t mastered eyebrows yet.Thank you.Best of luck

I had the absolute BEST experience here! I came in for the first time last week and was able to get an eye brow threading appointment scheduled for 5 minutes after I arrived because they had an opening! The girls working there were SO nice and welcoming. They made me feel right at home and were so attentive and helpful! I had Dana do my eyebrow threading and she was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She was also good to ask if I was using any topical lotions on my face from a dermatologist and, since I was, she suggested doing threading instead of waxing so it wouldnt be as harsh on my skin. I have not been asked that at previous places and really wish I had because I have struggled with eye brow waxing due to acne medicine I was using on my face! I had a blast and it honestly felt like I was hanging out with friends during my time there. Benefit products are great as well, especially the mascara and eyebrow gel & pencil! I would recommend this store to everyone! I cant wait to go back!

I have been going to Benefit in downtown Naperville for several months now and have loved every experience. Dana is great at her job, so personable and is really good at teaching me how to use the products for my eyebrows. Everyone that works there is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I went in for a spray tam at 5pm on friday night the girl who sprayed me said not to shower for 8-10 hours. Right after spray tan i was all blotchy from spay tan she said it would be fine after i shower it was not fine in fact the next day it was worse i had to scrub my body 2 times still did not all come off. I spay every week but my regular girl was on vacation and decided to try benefits. It wad horrible. Ladies dont go there for a spray tan!!!! It was 48 dollars, never again!!!

I came in for a brow clean up and left with a GORGEOUS new brow shape. I had my appointment with Jessica and she suggested I try the brow tint since I don’t like wearing a lot of makeup and I’m so glad I did. They look amazing!! I hadn’t gotten any face services since COVID started, and today was my first time back. The Naperville location was kept very clean and I felt comfortable through the whole experience. This place is amazing! I always goto an ULTA for the brow bar but this was my first experience here at a Benefit Boutique and I must say, it’s definitely a real Benefit experience. From the decor to the fun atmosphere. I am completely in love with my brow shape and my last tint! Who knew I can tint my lashes!? The ladies were so pleasant and fun. I will definitely be back to the store in Naperville!

I’ve gone here for years and never had any problems but I just went in asked for my eyebrows to be tinted light blonde (lighter than I normally go and I even showed a picture) and I walked out with black eyebrows that are different sizes

Calieh ripped off half of one of my eyebrows. They refunded my money, but the mistake makes my face look ridiculous, and I dont know if it will ever grow back the same as it was before benefit brow bar ruined my face. The manager was rude and didnt even care. All she said was mistakes happen. She didnt even apologize. These type of mistakes do not happen, or nobody would be getting their eyebrows waxed. I have never had any mistakes happen from eyebrow waxing in 16 years, truly a disgraceful business.

Went for eye brow wax and consult as Ive never had my eyebrows done professionally. Upon arriving the two girls didnt even acknowledge me. Girls seemed very unhappy! Tech was rude, rude, rude! I came across this benefit store while walking around downtown Naperville for the first time, and had to stop in since I am already a Benefit fan after usually buying from Ulta. Brittany who was in the shop was just wonderful! Introduced me to new products, explained the benefits, color matched and completed my makeup look for the day. I’m glad to have found this shop at I’ll definitely be back!

I hadnt heard of Benefit Cosmetics but needed my makeup done for an event in Napperville and they had an opening. My makeup artist took her time and did an wonderful job. She gave me fierce brows and I barely have brows.

I usually have a great experience here but I recently took a friend that was new to brow waxing and tinting. She had a few questions before starting but was really looking forward to it . The person that worked with her did the wax and tint then went behind the register to stand without applying any aloe or lotion to soothe the brow area. When my friend asked why my skin above and below my brows wasnt red, I explained that I had cover up applied. The girl helping my friend could not be bothered and instructed someone else to do it. We had appointments and I was disappointed that they were so dismissive of us .

Went in here today due to a misunderstanding. I walked up to counter with eyeliner. Before I knew it they were sharing how my purchase had a 2 pack deal. Where you get a full size and travel size of makeup for same price. Knowing in past how benefit does this I was happy to take up on offer. Well as I got home I put bag off to side because I still had a little left of my travel size I bought earlier to try. Well 2 days later I open it and not only is travel size missing I realized that this was mascara not eyeliner. Yes my ditzy butt can read but just missed this lol. So I called and spoke to Krista. She said she was sorry for mistake and I could just bring it in and exchange for my eyeliner. When I went in I was explained normally they dont do this but made an exception. It was an honest mistake on both parts. I cant blame a fellow benebabe helping me look fabulous. They have the same caps only difference is size. So happy to come here for all my makeup needs.....AND MUST HAVES!

I get my brows waxed with Natalie and I love it. Everyones friendly and theyre always respectful of my wishes. My brows always looks great when I come out, so I highly recommend them, Natalie especially.

The tan they did looked amazing, but the day I was originally supposed to go their only beautician called in, and nobody called us to let us know. I went back the next day to get my tan for prom and told them what happened they were all apologetic, sympathetic, and kind, but handled the situation in an unbusinesslike manner. I drove an hour on a recommendation, and had to make the same trip again at my inconvenience. I wouldnt recommend making an appointment here unless your okay with your appointment being canceled possibly without your notice.

I was literally just there. I got to the door at 5:50pm and the doors were locked. A worker then came to the door and mouthed that they were closed. All I wanted was an eyebrow wax but they didnt ask me that. Talk about not wanting tips. Also, not wanting to make money for the company. I know my $20 isnt much but I was still wanting to spend my money with this company. Overall irritated because clearly the girls there just wanted to leave.

I got individual lashes applied for my wedding at this Benefit location. Half fell out within 2 hours. Had to go to a different Benefit to get them fixed because I was uncomfortable at the Benefit in downtown Naperville. The tension between the staff was obvious. Not only did I feel my lash application was rushed and poorly done, I felt like other staff members were not willing to step up and help the woman applying my lashes. She asked 2 separate staff members to help her because she was having difficulty, and both brushed her off. One went to the Mirror and messed with her own hair for 10 minutes while the lady applying my lashes was struggling. No sense of teamwork or costumer service. The worst experience I have ever had at a Benefit location.

This place is under terrible management. The woman in charge was rude and aggressive. She made my group and I feel that we were annoying her when we were actually there spending money. Products seem great. Some of the staff are great. The manager was totally awful.

Dont even want to give them one star. Website says the store opens at 9. Went around 9:25 for my 930 appointment and the door was locked. Was told they dont open for another ten minutes and rage was it. I cancelled my apppintment due to such poor customer service.
