Very helpful staff at this location.

Great place to pick up stationary or print stuff. This place seems to be big with a lot of stuff to browse but it does not seem as busy as some other locations I visited Overall service is always great and the staff are always helpful.

Extremely Extremely bad service.. I placed two foamboard orders which was supposed to be delivered on 2nd which was very important for our special occasion, bt never received. I contacted customer thrice & raised request a refund bt have received any response for mail..If it can’t be delivered on time why do they mention it, nor contact if its late. please don’t plce any order with them they are the worst i have ever seen, Wish could give Zero rating to them

Please update your hours on here and the OfficeDepot websiteI drove quite a distance because your location was the only one with the item I need in stock just to discover you were closed. I was certain it was open if the website said it closes at 9p

This place is great. The staff at the printing department do a great job taking care of business whether is it business cards, forms or magnets. they also have good bargains for computers, printers and phone accessories.

Clean, organized store. Helpful floor staff greeted me right away and lead me exactly to what I was looking for. I was also informed of their PC diagnostics program that I wasnt aware of. While not for me, its something to keep in mind for my less tech savvy friends and family

I received a great attention! Brought my laptop in for the free computer diagnostics, since my computer is running slow. The stores tech did a basic check in a half hour. Then the off-site technician did a little more advanced also free check for 45 minutes. No viruses or anything corrupted thank goodness. Just advice to run a cleanup of old internet searches files and temp files annually. So, an hour and 15 minutes later I was able to leave with my brain at ease! Marvelous!!!

Friendly staff, good customer service attitude. I print my service forms and business cards here and it s usually within the same day or next day service. I also pick up stuff for my office from this location whenever I need anything as it is the closest store to my office.

Great place to print stuff. Its convenient for me because it is the closet location to my office . I buy stuff from Staples too but for printing stuff I always to go office depot. It s good quality printing and the price is right.

If your looking to get your phone screen replaced, This is not the place worst place.1st it took them 3hrs to replace it only to tell us that the new screen war defective. They have no spare screens they wanted to keep the phone until Tuesday or other option is put the old screen back witch is even more broken then what I got it with. This place is a joke stick to what you know.

Staff is good but they lack basic customer service...Actually I was offered 20% off on office table earlier June & she told me thst they will honour same discount whenever I come, today they said they cant but eventually they did after an argument..& I was advised that next time I come I should have 20% coupon (as if I always beg for discount), not blaming anyone but CS is must....

Came in around 9am on a weekday. I was approached by an employee who asked what I needed. I said Im just picking up some pens. He then kept asking what kind of pens, how many pens, what color. I said I know exactly where Im going thanks. Then when checking out I noticed that other items were being charged that I didnt purchase. He said oh thats okay, just put your chip in the machine he got irritated when I said no, I am only buying pens not legal pads or paper. Then he huffs and mumbles as he restarted the transaction. Then the credit card machine kept freezing when asking for my pin. He then said it was because I didnt have funds and I needed to use another card. He got upset when I asked him to get a different employee or just f we could use a different register. It froze a second time. He then refused to continue the transaction unless I tried another card. Now I had to put my pens on a credit card when I had plenty of cash in my debit account.

Terrible customer service. We came in 15 minutes after they opened just to make some copies. We were the only customers and there were 3 workers at the copier counter. We were told we had to wait. They said it would be 5 min but after 5 min passed and they still weren’t ready we left, we got it done right away at Staples.

Prices were competitive ,no wait to check out everything I was shopping for was in stock.

Ok place. Product knowledge is lacking. Helpful however.

Of the 3 things that I was looking for yesterday the store I was in did not have any of them. One of Items was a ball point pen with green ink. 2nd item was protective sleeves for pictures 2 and a 1/2 by 3 and a 1/2 that is baseball card or trading card size I was told that if I would drive to Fox Valley I could get them there. 3rd item I was looking for was replacement pegs for shelving and since you guys sell shelving I thought you might have the pegs.

Even after the merge with OfficeMax, this store is seemingly rundown and outdated. Somewhat understaffed, but thats to be expected in the dwindling office supply store business nowadays.

Showed they had item on line in store, went there and not available in store.
