Ive confronted them multiple times this summer letting them know the hazards of leaving water outside in this heat. Well they’ve been doing it the whole summer and seem to not care.

Great after 10 am or on the weekends but God forbid you try to get diesel in the morning the immensely arrogant and rude crew of Carsons furniture delivery guys and trucks just come in and hug up all the space not just at the pumps but around the parking lot and like the whole coffee​ counter I speak spanish and I can tell you they dont say anything nice while they are in there some real sailor mouths.

Cheap gas and a decent convenient store whats not to like about Thorntons. Also if you get there later at night (7pm or so) free donuts from earlier that day.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS I HAVE HAD MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER STOLEN 3 TIMES BOTH AT THE PUMPS AND AT THE REGISTER!!! NO MATTER WHERE YOU GO, IT SEEMS YOUR NUMBER WILL BE SKIMMED!!!! THEN AFTER YOU HAVE PAID THORNTONS, YOULL GET TO ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE OF HAVING TO WORK WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD TO GET THE CHARGES REVERSED!!! NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS AT ALL!!!

The two old ladies who work there are extremely rude and have a bad attitude with the clients all the time, you should hire young faces with better attitude that do not act like the clients were asking them for free things and not paying for them. Customer service is the most important thing in a business like this, and you are going to lose a lot of customers with employees like them.

Woohoo oh man they have gas! The smell is overwhelming. All the employees are nice and dont have gas. Ive been in quite often and most assuredly will return. Prices are good and its convenient. If ya get that rewards car you can save some of that valuable green paper! A plus place.

The place is awesome when you wanna refuel, lots of open stations and they seem always stocked. I never saw there bathroom. The place is quick and very efficient!

Charged me over 6 gallons for a 5 gallon tank. How could that happen?

I came to the one in naperville at 1532 N. Aurora and went in the station to pay with my bank of America card. I put $25 on pump #13. I went to pump my gas and only $1.10 came out. They said there was nothing they can do and the money will be put back on my card in 48 hours smdh. I will never come to a Thornton gas station again.

However one clerk, Tori, is rude and appears to make up rules regarding purchasing discounted items. After I tried to reason with her she insulted me and begrudgingly processed my transaction. I will seriously reconsider continuing as a customer thanks to her caustic attitude.

Almost always the least expensive gas. Plus, they have dirt cheap well drinks.

They have signage up about how clean their restrooms are, and theyve actually done the work to make it true.
