This store is ok. The greeter guy is super friendly and made a nice comment about my mask. Not easy to get help finding anything because of low staff. Plan for a 15 wait at checkout unless you do self checkout. Overall a nice store with Walmart prices.

Always love coming here. I can always find good deals and the food prices are just better. I love their ranch chicken wings. The General Tsao wings should be spicy...they arent though. Its kind of dry and just taste like barbecue without less sauce.

You can almost find anything and everything in this place. The store item pickup is convenient as you dont have to get out your car. Just drive all the way to the end of the store parking lot and a bit right and you can park there and text that you have arrived. Go early or late to avoid the crowd.

Pretty great in general. Probably one of the nicest Walmarts Ive ever been to. Unfortunately, not that its really their fault, theres a lot of out of stock items. But the overall experience was pleasant.

Worse customer service staff as soon as i walk up ask me to make one line when i was literally alone was very rude then i ask just to swap out jeans size and she gave me this bs of their policy have change and i need to repurchase or get store credit to swap jeans she was waving here hands while letting me know what to do i was very frustrated that she was very offensive and unprofessional kinda ghetto for my liking extreamly rude towards other staff as well very sad to say costumer service will not be having me back zero stars from me

Staff is usually nice but I have had 2 order pickups go missing here without any apology or even accommodation I had to completely re order my entire grocery list again and wait 5 days for a refund each time. The wait times to pick up these orders average 20 minutes and they seem to usually only have 1 person working for multiple orders. I primarily only use this Walmart for pickup orders and it hasn’t been a pleasant experience and would not recommend them for this, I will no longer be ordering at this location.

They call them self a supercenter and they never ever have a water stock always out of it always, for proof this time i have upload picture aslo because when you complain they say its not possible.

Ill never go here again. I had $250 with of merch in my cart at the self check out because the were closing and no manned registers were operating. Im trying to pay and the register isnt responding to me trying to click pay. There were many employees making their own purchases so Im waving at anyone to pay attention. I must be a ghost because the greeter came to the register next to me, she didnt look at me but looked around, saw nobody was giving me the time of day and started checking her own self out. That was when I had enough, I said loudly, you can keep this stuff and walked off. Did anyone at that point try to see what the problem was? Nope. You lost $250 and a customer at this location.

Its Walmart, what do you expect? Its busy and its best to go during the week day. I visited the location on a Sunday and found everything I needed. Bathrooms are clean. Better then other Wqlle worlds.

Its a wonderful walk pleasing the eye. Each time Im in the downtown, I dont miss the chance to walk down the Michigan avenue to admire a wonderful view of the surrounding skyscrapers. Never tiring, always enjoyable

I just called this location on 75th to talk to electronics department and ask about a charger and the person on the phone the woman seemed very upset like she did not want to work today and she hung up on me she said we don’t carry chargers and…….click!!!! This location Walmart needs to do better and hire people that know how to speak and handle customer questions! There are always some rude employees working!

Best shopping place in the area, It was my forst time experience but it was remarkable and you get chance to return or exchange goods too after few day of purchase. must visit once you will love the place and shop more and more from here.

Needs more toys and games. I know theres issues right now but Walmart needs to be using its vast resources to figure out something. Also they can do better with keep up in those aisles too.

Worst pickup service ever. For a multi billion dollar company it’s an embarrassment. Target has pickup down to a science, have never waited more than 5 minutes! One person working at this Walmart. We had to wait here for 40 minutes after physically arriving and checking in. No response when calling the pickup number or the general store number. The store manager really needs to address this because it’s not acceptable!

This place offers halal lamb, ground lamb, halal chicken and a veriety of other halal/middle eastern products at affordable prices. Two thimbs up for that!

WOW! What a mess! So many empty shelves or just very messy. Clothes department is trashed and stuff thrown all over. Walked the entire store and was only able to find one item I needed. The other items I needed are either out of stock or in the wrong location. If there was a ghetto Wal-Mart in the area. Its this one.

This Walmart was so crowded. Overall, nice people there, willing to help out even when busy. Shelves seemed pretty bare. The parking lot was an absolute mess too- be careful or you might get hit!

Staff were walking around but no one noticed the long line for return merchandise. Only one lady was there even she never padge for help. The manager of store should may cc camera monitor in office he or she could page any one to take care.Please take care in this slow process of return merchandies.Thanks.

Love Walmart grocery pickup service here, very efficient and quick!

Its painfully obvious that either this Walmart is severely understaffed or the employees simply dont care. Id wager that the lack of staff has demoralized the remaining employees. The mens clothing was in utter shambles, some of the aisles there looked as if a tornado had gone through and just thrown items around. Much of the Health and Beauty, Home, and Toys sections looked the same, with items strewn about and nothing clearly placed by its price tag. Several aisles were bare. Then there was only one cash register open, the only other manned register had closed yet people were still lining up there. With only one register open (I wasnt going to use self checkout for my cartful of items) there was now a line of 10 people lined up behind me (also with loaded carts) waiting to pay. As I was leaving, the Service desk also had a long line of people waiting who knows how long for the one person behind the desk. I can only imagine how exhausted and defeated the employees are.

Dont know what it is my digital gift card always had some issues and the checkout clerk never knew what to do. And, when the supervisor came he had this look on his face like I was bothering him. When I asked what seemed to be the issue the response was this type of gift card always have problems. What the heck!

There are a lot of really great and dedicated employees that only want to help. But its disheartening to walk the store and hear employees complaining not only to each other but to supervisors on the sales floor. Also theres a glitch in the self checkout short lanes with cards. They dont always register that you have one.... Not declined... Not accepted... Just not acknowledged so you can either wait for help (long wait) or start digging out cash to insert.Go to the actual cashiers. Theyre good at it and can fix problems way faster.

Super crowded with people shopping for back to school, but was able to get in and out quickly.

Just waited in line at the service desk which for one of the biggest companies on earth should not happen because the extra few hours on the payroll wont effect the bottom line.Thats not the reason for my one star review that developed when I tried to send money to my brother so he could get his car fixed since money is tight for us still working during coved tragedy because we are first responders.My drivers license is still legally accepted because there has been a nationwide extension from our government and I will add that I had 2 other state issued picture IDs on me that I handed to her and she rejected allv3 and said that she couldnt send money to her daughter so know body without a drivers license without the right date would not be sending any money.She asked if someone else could send it with a drivers license that was in the date window of valid for her even though the government has validated them for the entire country. I answered Andrea the l poor lady working at the packed counter that yes my wife was standing there waiting for me and that even though I thought that it was unjustified I understood hrr position.I called out to my wife and shr didnt hear me so I took 2 steps to get her attention and she immediately took the next person which I get because you have to keep it all moving along but after that person she told the person behind us and acted like we werent there even while we asked about getting pushed back to the end of the line which is again unnecessarily long.We shut up and stood in line while each person was helped and when we finally got to her another lady asked her to step back and then she came back and said the system went down.I asked her if it saif that and she said no but there was an hour glass symbol on her screen like we all get daily so I offered to wait and she refused so I asked if she could retry and she supposedly did getting that end of the world hour glass and said thepeople that work behind the scenes were turning the whole financial transferring systems down during a regular daytime of 1pm fully open Super Center with the nasty never fading condescending attitude she carried proudly throughout our worst Wal-Mart experience we could have ever experienced for the lsst time in our lives assure you!!!!

I was surprised at the huge and fresh groceries department in this store. Quite impressed. Also ,theres a bicycle corner there that came quite handy when all of the bicycles disappeared in the quarantine 😅

Order online and pick up? Not so fast Chumley...this store has got the formula for effups down pat. Show up and find out they have issued a credit for your order...because...wait for it.They failed to pick the items!No worries, Walmart will have that money refunded within 2 weeks. All is well. You go home now!

Horrible customer service and experience. Today I had to wait for over 1.5 hour for online order pick up. I had to call customer service and pick up number more then 7 times before they could give some sort of an answer. I wished I could give them zero rating. For sure I will not do online order. Moreover staff were clueless. I could feel the pressure the were under due to to mismanagement. How could a company like Walmart have this type of customer service.

Most of the time this is a good place. But more than one occasion on my usual shopping trips have I found expired and moldy food on the shelves. Needs to do a better job cycling food on shelves. Picture of the worst I found most recentlyEmployees are nice and store is kept well other than that. Also prices are reasonable for Naperville. Just make sure to check those expiration dates!

Its Walmart. Exactly what you expect. Staff is mostly friendly. They have most of the products you need but not everything you want. Wait times for check out are good to decent on good days and poor on bad days.

After allowing three customers to exit the store ahead of us, the door monitor decided to stop our cart and ask to see our receipt. I asked why he chose us versus the 3 non brown customers whod excited right in front of us and he mumbled something about their bags. Careful, to not be unfair and/or give the impression that only certain races need monitoring...

I do enjoy going to Walmart near me however, I really think they can improve on the quality of service and their shopping carts do not work properly. I prefer to shop at other locations further away because the service and product availability is much better than this location. May I recommend they invest in the smaller shopping carts to ease the process of shopping for fewer items especially walking through the very tight and over crowded aisles of merchandise. Its a bit overwhelming at times.

They paged, and Still no show. Lady in front of me waited an hour. Im not doing this again, or shopping in this location.

Some of the items are not put in the correct place I got something bc it said it was on special and it wasnt it was more expensive

Very busy today. I’ve noticed recently that not only Walmart but other places have either been very low or completely out of their almond milk in the large jugs not the small cartons. One weekend we had to go to three stores to find it. Wonder what’s going on with supply.

Stay away from this store for grocery pick up if you don’t want to waste your time. 2 days in a row I had a notification to check in because my order was ready, to then go and drive to the store wait 40 minutes and then tell me my order was cancelled. I reordered the items again for the day after, again get a check in notification to drive all the way to the store again for someone to come out and tell me they can’t give me my order because I had a bottle of wine in it and there was no one over the age of 21 to give me my order. What ridiculous management fails to put someone over the age of 21 on the grocery pickup when people are obviously going to have alcohol. Customer service have been utterly useless both times, waste of gas and time. Will never be using this store again.

My family comes here all the time for groceries and we come before the usual rush however ive noticed that a lot of stuff is out of stock and there isn’t many toys or games here for kids.

Here on my travels around Aurora, IL I visited the local Walmart. I mean really...what is not to love about Walmart!!!You can grocery shop, clothing shop, get stuff for your car, seasonal items, snacks, pharmaceuticals and mostly everything from A-Z.Walmart rocks!!! This Walmart is a Supercenter so its ginormous (wait a second, is that even a word? I think I just merged gigantic and enormous) but what Im trying to say is its huge.You can even take your time and walk every aisle and get all of your 10,000 steps in for the day if youd like to...lolI picked up several items including a hot wand to curl my hair, a polka dot top, 2 cami tops, several sizes of birthday bags, a bow, some reusable plastic bowls and cutlery, popcorn, 2 packs of twizzlers both chocolate 🍫 and strawberry 🍓, and a pack of new toothbrushes!How diverse is that shopping list! Go to Walmart in any state really but this Super center is definitely 🎊SUPER🎉!!!

This Wal-Mart is very good place to shop. Mostly always stocked and I for one applicate that.

Their security and secret shopper, ADRIAN, will accuse you of shoplifting less than $10 worth of stuff and then go around and ask all your friends, other Walmarts and even as far as other vendors to find out who you are without even pulling up any camera footage or evidence. I have all my bank transactions, I brought printed transactions and receipts to the store - no manager would take them or care to listen or tell me when the store manager or his manager would be there for me to speak to him. Unprofessional harassment and slander to a customer who spends thousands a week in various Walmarts. I left my phone number and I expect this to be handled and taken care of.

Had to call store from my phone to get some one to help me at paint desk. Employees just walk buy. Went to get pre package lunch meat and cheese. The displays in the fridges were fairly empty but looked like most of the stock was piled up in the bottom of unit. Very disorganized store.

It’s 3 minutes from my house, yes! But they’re slightly messy, everything is all over the place and nothing “flows” inside the store. Great products and prices tho :)

I paid with the Walmart Pay app on my phone. The problem is that most of the items were food and it didnt separate them onto my EBT Card that I had entered. Instead every purchase was applied to my Capital One-Walmart credit card! So, I had to go to customer service for cler to remove the food items from my receipt, issue the credit to my credit card, then re-scan all the food items to place on my EBT Card. The Customer Service departments personnel didnt instruct me how to remedy the problem within my Android smartphones Walmart app. I hope that Walmart Headquarters will quickly train all of their store customer service clerks on how to guide their customers to fix the Walmart App on their own smartphone!

Only one way to get in and out of the parking lot, poor layout for quick movement of traffic I usually dont come to this location for this exact reason, but needed something immediately that I could get here cheaper than the hardware store just up the street. Definitely will not be returning to this location if I can help it.

They have just about everything, sometimes crowded more on weekends, some cashiers R friendly some arent but understandable. It is hard to get someone to help or answer quest when u need them.

Well its a Walmart.... But seriously the people who I have encountered who work here are super professional and helpful. I often do self check out and there has been great help there when I need it. Store is fairly clean for a Walmart. If its not its due to the people who visit the store. Again great store to visit esp early. I have not encountered any people of walmart moments during my trips.

Store made you fell insignificant going on speaker nonstop to be out by 11:00pm. They depend on customers. I can go to Jewel down the street and get what I need also. Even Meijers..... When you get off late you just go to get what you need, dont need someone telling you to hurry up when youre tired but willing to spend money
