The lady that works here is very nice and welcoming. The older gentleman is the COMPLETE opposite. He hovered over me while I was shopping (even though he could see my every move through the glass) and when I asked questions about cigars he was very short and dry. I wont be spending another dime here thanks to his poor customer service skills towards newer customers.

The gentleman who served me was not helpful and looked down his nose at me and frankly makes you feel most un-welcome, either way dont go here, go to Burning Leaf Cigars the staff there are super friendly even the guys smoking there are friendly, youl find people from all walks of life there enjoying a STOGIE.

People, never ever buy gift certificates from this place, they dont give change for give certificates, you have to have EXACT, or get this go over the amount so they get more from you. What a shyster.

Great place to buy and smoke a cigar.

Not terrible, but not great either. I stopped in hoping to pick up some pipe tobacco and a couple Antaño Dark Corojos, but the only Drew Estate lines they carry are Acid and Java. There were 3 tins of really overpriced Dunhill tobacco (about $16 per tin when you can get them for under $10 online) and some jars of bulk aromatics. The guy who helped me was pleasant, but quiet. When asked he did admit that their bulk tobaccos are re-branded Lane blends which I appreciate. Too many tobacconists will change the names of Lane blends and pretend theyre their own blends. That being said, 3 stars because as a cigar shop I dont expect to find a huge selection of pipe tobacco but I was disappointed with their cigar selection.
