Big collection of costumes, huge collection of balloons. You can buy candy as well as party supplies. Friendly associates , and thumbs up for them keeping the costumes organized by age even though we are quite close to Halloween. Not all stores I visited managed to keep the costumes section in a decent condition, which made looking for the costumes more like a hunt!

Staff is super lazy, wouldn’t answer the phone every single time you call and if they did answer put you in hold and you never get to talk to anyone. I did a pick up order and ended up having to go in because they would not come out.

Never knew they charge you for each bag you get your balloons put in which we had to bag our balloons. That sure was an experience bagging 9 giant filled balloons plus 6 other good sized balloons lol.

Party City is horrible these days. They stopped taking phone orders for balloons, so you have to physically show up at the store and wait upwards of 45 minutes for your order. They claim you can order online, but their website is a joke and hasnt changed for the better since last year. You cant really pick any color you need, the ordering system is confusing at best (not to say broken). And the attached picture shows our hi-float less than 20 hours after we picked up - all the balloons are on the floor! In the previous years they lasted for weeks! So hi-float is just price bloat! Terrible. Someone please come up with a better service!!!

Great party supply store. Tons of ideas for parties of all kinds. They do an excellent job of specializing in seasonal holiday stuff. In addition to that, they have greeting cards for the major holiday.

They have alot of character ballons which i loved for my daughters 5th b day party. most of the items we displayed were bought from this store. customer service is mediocre 😕 they were not very helpful or informed when I had questions, I also wanted to know upfront how many of the hello kitty ballons they had in stock and the cashier was EXTREMELY hesitant to turn around and check. like I had to ask her more than 2 times, which is why I had to opt out from buying the ones up front. Solely on laziness and attitude 😒. On the other hand they have basically everything you need for an event. 99.9% just about anything you need for an event youll find it in the isles.

The Halloween clearance was GOOD! A lot of items were 90% off!

One of the most disorganized stores with a scatter brained manager. The cashier and manager couldnt help each customer from start to finish without being distracted by something else. I was 3rd in line with 2 cashiers and 1 manager and waited 15 minutes to check out.

My favorite place...through they were all closing since closure to my home closed in Spring, 2020. This place is the best as is the staff..cheerful service and very informative..overly hellful..not complaining, pure compliments!

They have good selection, but price is high. My wife bought some decorative balloons early in week for my daughters birthday. We came back few day later on morning of actual birthday to get them filled up with helium and they were out.Tried to ask me to buy a small tank of helium for $35 then they would fill. I returned the balloons and went to dollar tree right across street and got more balloons just as fancy and saved lots

Party City is great. Sorry to see them consolidating though like other brick and mortar stores. Oh well.

Guaranteed...you will find what you are looking for here. Halloween costumes are a bit pricey...i go online...but everything else is great. Balloon counter seems a bit slow and always busy....but I am happy with the service and goods that i get here.

Just got off the phone with a store associate by the name of Jada. She was extremely helpful and very nice on the phone. I purchased two halloween costumes online for store pickup. It stated online that if the costumes are not picked up in two days the purchase will be cancelled. I called to let them know that I will not be able to pick them up till Friday afternoon. Jada was able to answer my question and even offered to put a note on my order to hold til Friday. Thank you Jada

Party city is a great place to get all of your party needs such as cups, plates, and decorations. They also have lots of costumes for Halloween. The staff at this party city is very nice and I recommend shopping here!

Ive never had someone turn my day around and had the stress of planning a shower get so quickly unloaded as when she came up to me in this store and helped me through my entire shopping experience. The place had a lot of things

They have everything a party requires. From Decorations to candies to Greeting cards.. just everything. Their theme based decorations is also pretty variant. Only disappointment was that their Helium cylinders were not working due to some issues with their supplying plant..

Great selections. Different themes. You could customized your invitation cars. Different variety of balloons. Perfect for kids party.

Especially not too happy about the selection of decorations for the parties that they had here. The childrens party decorations they have a wide variety of but only half of an aisle for the adult party selection. The one that I ended up choosing which was an old school decoration they barely had any so I had only get a couple and then find the rest if I could on Amazon. I highly suggest to check out Amazon before you go to party City because the prices may even be a little bit better and if you have Amazon prime in a work out a lot easier for you. Party City needs to step up their game in my opinion

Very little on the shelves.1 person in store ringing customers answering phones, i needed help with some lids for large aluminum containers.I felt bad for her she kept apologizing to me for not being able to help me when I needed it.I found what I needed she was very gracious. She was doing her job well. Too bad she didnt have help. This is how companies start to loose customers.

Bought a single balloon on a Saturday at 2p. We were told it would be a 40-60 minute wait to have it filled up....for one balloon?! I understand being busy, but filling one balloon shouldn’t take more than a few seconds, especially with 4 workers behind the filling counter. A little customer service goes a long way. Very disappointed in this experience and look forward to taking my business elsewhere next time.

Went in there for something non Halloween related. Had a hard time finding someone to help me. Line was long with 2 cashiers. Finally found one person on sales floor by costumes. Had no idea where what I needed was at. Website showed in stock at store. Person helping me went in back to get someone else to help me. She had no clue. She told me website has been acting goody lately. Now driving 30 minutes to another store to find it. If you need something Halloween youre good if something other than Halloween and need help finding it, good luck!

I could find all what I wanted for decoration

We went here to get items for my daughters birthday. I believe there was 1 staff member in the whole store and I seriously felt bad for her. The 2 stars are pity stars for her. I liked the My Little Pony selection for the theme we chose but had a hard time finding what we needed. The line was horrendous but this staff member did the best she could. Prices seemed a little high for my liking too.

I asked for a simple balloon pick up at 10 am the next day. The girl taking my order was EXTREMELY rude, had the worst attitude and was not helpful whatsoever. The next day none of my balloons were ready and I had to wait 20 minutes to have my balloons finished. The girls behind the counter had no respect for customer service and continue to talk about sex and being on their period while I stood there. My entire visit here was just very unprofessional.

Very very busy there! At the time I went in there they might want to hire more staff... the staff seemed like they were overworked... on edge and a little snappy with some customers.. I went there to purchase birthday items for my daughter...my experience was okay could have been... better but I totally understand if a person feels like theyre overworked so they would be a little jittery.

The welcomer at the door was a nice touch. We found what we were looking for quickly and easily. The girls at the counter were distracted with their gossiping and the line moved slower than it should.

Clean store and easy to find party stuff.

We went to buy a Halloween costume and they had great choices. But most were unavailable or out of stock but we were still told they were available. They made us stand in line for half an hour and said that they were looking for it in the store room. In the end, a lady came out and asked us what we were waiting for. When we told her, she said that we got out of stock of those an hour ago. We left with nothing. They really need to improve their system.

Store is messy and has many holes (missing products on self) Staff always acts like is a hassle to answer any questions or provide any help. And if you should find yourself unlucky enough to have to go to the bathroom while there, try to hold it. Theyre bathroom is ALWAYS disgusting.

I don’t like the way this store operates. I love the store but sometimes depending on who the manager on duty is, it can be a hassle going. There were 3 ppl in the store 2 customers aside from myself in line. The manager was helping me and my transaction was almost complete when she stopped and assisted one the cashier with a return. My biggest issue was the customer she left me to assist was very rude but aside from that the manager never said hold on for a moment ma’am let me take care of this. The manager ended up making me waiting for ten minutes until I said to cancel everything. I went to the store early the next day when the other manager was working and did my shopping then. As much as I love this store I find myself going to target or Walmart for the items I need rather then visiting this location. If there are more than 4 people in line be prepared to wait at check out. I worked at the party store as a teen and I don’t remember it being that hard for people to check out.

The curbside pickup is a joke. I could have gone in and picked everything out myself and saved the time I waited at the curb. I called twice, once to say I’m here and the second time to figure out what was going on.
