Amazing experience. Called Chris and told him my issue on a Friday he said he couldnt fit me in until Monday but that I could drop the car off early. I dropped if off early on Saturday and the car was ready same day! Also from asking a few questions I could tell that Chris knew what he was talking about. I will be coming here in the future.

When I arrived for my appointment I was then informed that they didn’t have the equipment for the job. My time is valuable. This is the place to go for tires, tire repair, and wheel repair. Customer services is very important to me as it is how I built my dental specialty practice and dental coaching and consulting group. Driving up and back from Chicago to my West Suburban office 4 times a week, tire issues will occur. Several months ago I needed a new tire that could not be repaired, and recently I needed a repair on a bent wheel. Cassidy tire of Naperville was awesome. It is also about 4 stop lights down Ogden Ave (Rte 34) from my office to Cassidy tire. So also easy for me or my team to get me there. Although no one person or establishment is perfect, the combination of personnel and this established business comes very close. Courtesy, professionalism, concern, knowledge and presentation of a situation worked together to bring a successful completion to the issue in question. I popped a tire in the morning on my way to work. Was able to make it to Cassidy before the tire completely gave out. Thorough fast and professional work

I work for a trucking company. Cassidy tire and service are fast, friendly, and have good prices. All three of those things are hard to find in the Chicago area. I had a service done and spoke to 3 people there in one day all of them were kind. The next time I got a call from a driver who needed a tire in that area, I told him to call Cassidy tire. I left notes at our work for them to be called first for future events.

Disappointed to have a tire shop not have a working tool to link my tire pressure sensors to my vehicle. This is not the first time this Shop has had trouble with my TPMS. I would expect them to have a backup tool considering most vehicles have TPMS these days.

Chris is a good guy. Checked both air filters on our Nissan Rogue, no change necessary. Oil and tire rotation $45 in under 30 minutes with no appointment. Fair deal.

Great experience! Car wouldnt start after work. I had kids at daycare to pick up. Called Cassidy, Chris helped me find a tow through Daryls Towing. They were there within a half hour, so I was able to get to my kids in a timely manner. My car was ready early the next day, and works great, engine starts. Cost was more than reasonable for repairs and tow. Chris was very helpful and accommodating and has a great sense of humor, very personable. Lightened the mood during an otherwise stressful event.

Cassidy tire is the only place I go for car service and tire repair. Often times you go to shops and they do not give you the best option, this is not the case with Cassidy. This location has a great manager who cares about their work. Cassidy does an excellent job picking staff. I would reccomend this location and will go again.

Brought 2 new OEM wheels and tires to be installed on. They dropped one of my shiny new wheel on the floor from knee hight like it was nothing. They placed the plastic covers ( which were used and fairly scratched) faced down and pushed them around with their feet also like it was nothing. The equipment they have is rather basic. Work was done quick and efficient there for the 2 star rating.

I brought my m3 here for a simple front wheel alignment. While the work was done quickly, the work was not done well. The front was very toed out, steering wheel was not straightened, and pulled hard to the right. I was also told that the rear end was out of spec (which i had gotten aligned at a different place 500 miles previously). I had to leave back to school so I was not able to bring it back in to have them look at it again. The alignment was so bad I could not hold a straight line on the highway and had to stop in ohio for an alignment, where I was told that the rear end was perfect and that the front had several degrees of toe.
