I had my truck sent here through Fair Oaks Ford to get undercoating done. Not only was I disappointed with the job preformed but I was able to see what happened thanks to my dash camera. The trucks frame and under carriage was never washed before the undercoat was applied. Meaning any road debris and salt are now stuck again the frame due to the rubber undercoat. The truck with in there garage for a total of 31 minutes. Even if the truck had been washed it wouldn’t have had time to dry before the undercoat was applied thus leaving moisture under it. There were also large areas missed under the truck. Areas that were not blocked by parts but simply overlooked. I’m very disappointed a dealership would recommend a place like this to do such poor work.

Terrible job got undercoating all over my exhaust, driveshaft, and expensive shocks I have on my truck. I’m not just complaining about over spray. Like there is globs of under coating where there shouldn’t be. They did my truck three times in a week and it looked worse every time.it peeled off the first time so they didn’t prep it right. I just wanted it done right and they couldn’t do it. I would never recommend or bring another truck there again. Terrible work!!!!!!!
