Very very crowded. Nice sneakers and hats. Staff were cool.

Definitely worth the drive to the mall to visit this store if you need athletic shoes. They have lots of options when it comes to your niche sports. I appreciate that the workers seem to have a good understanding of my footwear needs and can make intelligent recommendations. They may not be the cheapest store but you get what you pay for.

Nice store we were vacation and it was stormy outside so went to the mall. The young lady that helped my 11 year old son was very helpful. Yes I just sat there but if you have kids you know your opinion is mute lol. But the ones he picked out were nice. The cashier was nice as well. I noticed while sitting there waiting lol when people came in someone always said hello and if you need anything let us know. Worth the stop.

Nice store but was not approached 1 time for help (not busy at all). I had to ask for someone to come and assist me (the look on her face was as if I asked her to tie my shoes).

Im gonna put a review EVERYDAY until i feel better about this.....I was harassed and asked to leave the store after already in the store for 20 minutes. I have a medical condition which requires me not to put a mask or constrict my breathing $400 worth of shoes waiting at the counter. As i was about to check out this rude and unprofessional young girl approached me with the nastiest attitude and disposition and says if i dont put on a mask i have to leave and she wouldnt service me that was embarrassing and totally unnecessary. I was already in the store for 20 MINUTES I would never ever spend another dime in Footlocker ever again. UNACCEPTABLE

We were in Myrtle Beach on vacation and happened to need to return a pair of shoes to Foot Locker while we were browsing at the mall. The employee and manager on duty at opening (10am) today (4/13/17) were so pleasant and helpful. My husband and son are shoe enthusiasts, so we spend a lot of time in shoe stores and this Foot Locker location made quite the positive impression.

Over 12 years, this location has always had something for me, except for this year. (Which is the only reason it gets 4 out of 5 stars)

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Worst sneaker buying experience ever. Im used to people asking do you need help, not people trying to act as if they dont see you standing there with the brightest shoe in the store. Made it seem as if they didnt want to sell me the shoe, made it seem as if the shoe(Kyrie 4 Cereal Pack) was being saved for someone. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

I enjoyed the selection and the customer service was helpful. The clothing did not necessarily look top quality otherwise everything was 5 stars.

Terrible service. There was an older gentleman waiting for someone to help him for more than 20 minutes. Some girl with short hair was on the phone the entire time I was in the store(at least 20 minutes). Get it together and improve on your customer service!!!

Terrible customer service had to wait forever to get help and once I did she asks if she could ring up a couple customers10 mins later she brings back the wrong shoes and takes off towards the back again so I dropped the shoes and forgot about the shoes that I really wanted and left!!
