I wish all businesses cared about their customers like Ioway Record Printing does. They are very helpful, polite and are knowledgeable about everything to do with printing. Would recommend highly!

The gentleman that runs this business seems very personable. The two jobs that I had this business complete were completed. I just say they were completed because they were finished, but not to my satisfaction. I had two softcover books turned into spiral books. It took 2 days longer than quoted, and one of the books was actually put back together in exactly the opposite order. This meant that when they corrected the error there were holes in the pages on the outside also. I would go there again if I didnt have any other options, that doesnt mean that they dont do quality work 99% of the time. What it means is that my one and only experience here was not stellar. I will try them again in the future as the mistake was an honest one and it was corrected, made right by the owner. Overall a good experience just not as good as it could have been.

Bob and Allen are very professional and personable. Bob was prompt in responding to my emails regarding my business cards. He even guided me when I was indecisive on the layout of my card. Highly recommend Ioway Record Printing for all your printing needs.

During the political season we contacted Ioway Record Printing with help in printing door hangers and signs. Robert one of the owners was extremely courteous and very accommodating to our schedule deadline. He was able to get produce a high quality product prior to quoted date even after we made changes.Robert even went out of his way to deliver signs from Muscatine to Davenport upon our request. He insisted he was going to Davenport anyway that it would be no troubles to drop off signs and refused extra payment.All I can say is great quality work that exceeded expectations in customer service. I would reccomend to anyone who has printing needs.
