I called and it went to voicemail, so I left a message inquiring about an iPhone 6 battery replaced. The person who returned my call, was so nice and said to bring my phone in and they would help me. I went online and made an appointment for the next day. I received an email confirming the appointment with a $10.00 coupon off my visit. The person who greeted me at the store was very stern and gruff, even questioning my call and appointment. With very little communication, he just told me to come back in about an hour. Before this, he made it known to myself and anyone in the store at the time, that he would NEVER own an iPhone! I didn’t think he was being very professional at all. I had the confirmation email about my appointment and the coupon, but he had no interest in seeing it. Upon returning an hour later, the phone was picked up and paid for, without my coupon being applied. I’ve never been treated with so little respect. I’m sorry I have to leave such a negative review.

If you have an iPhone that needs anything replaced, avoid this place at all costs. They do not use original Apple parts, person who did my iPhone 8 screen used a really cheap screen which caused it to break by itself in a couple of weeks. AVOID THIS PLACE IF U HAVE AN IPHONE OR ANY APPLE PRODUCT.

I got the impression that the person who helped me really knew what he was talking about. He was very honest about what he thought he could or could not help me with. He wanted to make sure that I was not wasting my time and money on something that may or may not solve my problems. In regards to the phone repair, he gave me an estimated time frame and then followed up with a phone call shortly before he would have it ready. I have been there 3 times now and had the same excellent service from him. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

I knew a BMW car battery want going to be cheap but my gosh! They were charging fifty dollars more than Auto Zone and they also wanted to charge us ten dollars to put it in the car. My mom went in for a watch battery and spent eight dollars for a battery for a fifteen dollar watch.

Location and small store makes this place convenient. Stopped in to purchase battery for car remote. Only one person working and they did not assist me made me visit another retailer. Noticed that prices were a little high, which would have been ok but I didnt want to wait around any longer to purchase a battery. I waited over 5 minutes and was not helped, and all I needed was for the employee to take my money.

I dropped my sons phone off for a new screen they fixed it in a timely manner and willing to help even after I took the phone out of the store..

Since I have discovered BATTERIES PLUS I have been back 4 times with things I needed help with. Both Don and Bill have been very helpful, friendly and most of all I came away with the feeling that they were very honest in their assessment of what I needed and didnt need. I highly recommend checking them out.

Paid to have a car battery installed for my girlfriend as i was with kids, took the tech over an hour and the battery connectors were not tight and the battery strap down was not installed. I had to go out at midnight to fix what he couldnt do. I paid for this service?? He even pulled up youtube videos on his phone before attempting. My GF had to help him so he didnt disconnect the terminal from the cable. Would not recommend paying for installation.

Took my phone in to get screen repaired. Within an hour, the gentleman had my phone screen replaced and it looks great!. I paid around $110 plus tax. Very highly recommend.
