I am impressed with the quality of my cabinets. I searched for weeks to find someone within my budget that could meet my expectations. It took longer than I had hoped (about 12 weeks) but Josh was up front about the demand they were experiencing so I was fine with waiting. It was well worth the wait. We are already getting my daughter on the list for her new home early next year. Highly recommend!

5 stars on a job well done. The guys did a great job. I don’t do many reviews but they deserve it. They had to come back a few times and make small corrections and it took a few extra weeks but I couldn’t be happier. They even moved some plugs that weren’t done correctly by the contractor. Can’t wait to see my cabinetry on the Facebook page!-Syd

I am absolutely elated with the experience I had with this company. Josh worked closely with me from start to finish to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my cabinets and made the experience seem seamless. My Cabinets are beautiful! I highly recommend that if you give him a call. They have a long waiting list but it was definitely worth the wait!!!

Worst experience ever and I will not recommend them to anyone. I was so excited to be updating my cabinets. I read reviews and everything was great and they came highly recommended. My experience was not like everyone elses. Janet came out and took all my cabinet doors and drawers to refinish them, she also took all the hardware. When she brought everything back that is when it went downhill. My cabinet doors were hung crooked, I had screws missing. When you opened one of the cabinet doors it just hung because of screws missing. On another cabinet she didnt put the hardware back in the original spot so I had holes from where they used to go. She washed her paint brush out in my sink and left paint all in my sink. She left paint all down the side of my new microwave. She left a shoe print on my brand new stove and when we told her she didnt see anything wrong with the fact that she stood on my stove with her shoes. For the amount of money I paid she could have bought a ladder to step on and not used my stove!!!! Josh (the owner) was not much help. He told my husband for 3 weeks that he was coming out. When he finally came out he apologized and said he would have someone out that week to fix it. A week passed and nothing. When we said we may need to seek legal advice he finally returned our calls and told us that because we didnt sign a contract that he didnt have to come right out. Nothing was ever said to me about a contract. Janet came out to fix her screw ups. My cabinets are already peeling paint and its only been 2 months since I had them done.

Don’t waste your time or money! They did my cabinets and for the most part they look good but it was so aggravating that the only time Josh would show up was when he needed money!! I still have things they promised they would finish and they have not!! They want return text or calls and Mrs Hollis promised me they would make it right!! We finished our house in July and now it’s November and still not finished!!! I’m posting this so it may save someone else from going through this!😡

Cabinets are beautiful! May take a little time because our work is in such demand but it is worth the wait as long as you aren’t an unreasonable person who is never capable of pleasing then we will treat you right!!

Here I will outline the undisputed facts in reference to Deanna Odom and Mandy Thompson.I’ll start with Odom by listing my losses related to this project that were directly a result Deanna Odom and no fault of our own.1. We rebuilt the upstairs vanity after delivering it because the person that drew her plans scaled it disproportionately for the space. The vanity was built per her drawings but we ate the cost of correcting it. Deanna admitted on different occasions that there were other issues with the plans. Total $350 loss.2. The downstairs half bath vanity was also rebuilt for the same reasons as above. We built the standard 20” vanity per the plans and had to remove 4 inches because it intruded into the walkway. Again, not our fault but we ate the cost again. $350 loss.3. The breakfast area cabinet had to be rebuilt because we were not informed there would be shiplap in that space causing the wall to wall cabinet to not fit. Again, we ate that cost. $400 loss4. We were informed after we built the built ins that they would not have traditional tops and we were tasked to build those. Those were built and installed for free. $600 value.5. When quoting the original price Deanna asked for an $850 reduction. I reluctantly agreed. So now we are at a $2550 deficit.6. The corner cabinet issue that her complaint is based on — Deanna, after all of her discounts and free stuff, was unhappy with how the bifold door hinged so we attempted to appease her by altering it. $100 loss.7. In her response to me only showing up for money. That is completely false. I was on scene every time we were there including the times we fixed her mistakes.I guess my question to anyone reading her review would be at what point should the line be drawn? After a $2650 loss should we continue to take a beating? We do our best to please our customers and always have but can’t continue to be taken advantage of.In reference to Mandy Thompson, We explained to Mandy that having her cabinets repainted would not result in a new set of cabinets. It would result in a painted set of existing cabinets, which is a much less expensive method so it will result in a much different outcome.When I went back over to look at the minor issues I told the husband that Janet would be back to correct the issues and she did in fact do that the next week.Maybe I could have handled the belligerent/threatening/yelling phone call from the husband better but when someone speaks to me as disrespectfully as he did I dont take kindly to it. He yelled at and intimidated Janet also so we were both a little taken back.I was raised to treat people with dignity and respect regardless of whether they are working for me or not. I guess everyone was not raised that way.
