My favorite truck stop to fuel up and park,theres a Moes mexican good inside,theres too many specials on additives and oil,and theres a Mexican restaurants next to pilot.

Quick stop for gas n some some drinks. Large n spacious. Clean restrooms plenty of parking. This Pilot has a Moes restaurant. Friendly staff and reasonable gas prices if youre a Pilot rewards member.

First time to visit here, but it wont be the last. Staff is very friendly, store and restrooms are clean, and parking lot isnt full of holes and trash. One of our drivers recommended Moes, and the food is excellent. A very clean kitchen and prep area, and my young lady Burrito Builder did a great job. Id give 10 stars if offered.

Stopped here on the way back to Atlanta. Bathrooms were decent and also grab so snacks.

We stop to bathe but showers have mold mildew I find it very disgusting!

Building is poorly arranged. Both the fuel desk and restrooms are located at the furthest point from both the restaurant and the four-wheeler entrance. The handicapped stall in the womens bathroom was out of order, and the regular stalls do not accommodate a walker. On the plus side, the employees were very friendly.

GET YOUR RECEIPT, John the ,,,,, one, refused to switch my Mississippi key chain with out a receipt. Probably cant read well but I showed him the pending transaction and he still refused. When told off he told me to leave the store and would not sell me the new key chain or pass it to the idler guy. Straight B!Get and keep your receipt, John cant do his job without one. He said I could only exchange my KEYCHAIN at the Pilot I purchased from. We argued and he asked me did I work there to know their rules. I told him I do not need to work here to know customer service. He works there and DOESNT KNOW CS. He refused to sell me a different key chain held in his hand and held it up asking me did I want it or not and then told me to leave the store so yes he got told completely off . I had to redo this a review So it would go through . Ugh Exit 69

Let us stand outside for 20 Mins waiting for someone to get propane after they told us someone would be right there... Just for us to call them to see what was going one and be told that shifts just changed and no one is certified. We would have waited forever... The hours are posted 6am to 8pm. Never using pilot again. They dgaf about their customers

Super sketchy at night with the Tornado busses and homeless people begging for money at the pumps.

Its about the same as any quick stop gas station, there is truck parking and desiel fuel, I drove truck for 25 years hardly ever stopped at a pilot station but they pretty much took over the truck stop industry

Cashiers are very helpful. Never a bad experience when I go in.

Only gas station who would answer my call about availability of gas after SALLY! The lady was so friendly. I stop there a lot traveling from LA to FL. I will make sure I always choose this place over Buccee’s!!!

I’ve visited here twice the past few weeks (passing through) and although it’s busy, the employees are always nice and friendly. The other customers are friendly also.

At Moe’s southwest grill I asked one of the service members to make tofu burritos and she said 15 minutes wait but Searra with blond color hair start making burritos for us and prepare Tofu at same time perfectly and done excellent customer service.

Great place to fill it up, eat, rest, freshen up and continue with your travels.

Parking is good, Moes food is good. The showers are worse Ive seen in many Pilots around country which I can only put down to cleaner having bad eyesight and poor standard of cleaning. The employee obviously dry cleans and wipes rather than use bleach and wet cleaning solution. The showers have a scum ring like oil on tiles and floor, peep holes in walls stuffed with tissue paper, mold hair, nails and other debris over floors, its pretty rough.

Wide variety of items, repair shop, decent restaurant, and definitely a good place to stop.

Well I like to travel home Every 5 months always pass through here tonight was the white lady rushing me n telling me where I can n cant stand. I think she was mad n wanted to go to her trailer.

This is one of the best pilot travel centers in the country. It is in fact, the cleanest one as far as my eyes and senses are concerned. It is absolutely unique. To be specific, the bathrooms, the showers, and around the coffee area. I really love this place.

Clean shower and restrooms were clean enough. Nice employees, good premium WiFi, and some easy parking. My only complaint was that they was completely out of pizza at 7am and the other PJ fresh breakfast items arent worth eating to me. But overall it was a good stop.

Pulled right up to the pump. Only a short wait inside. Roads were ok but they do have a few holes to fill before they get out of hand. Store was clean and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to fill the tank and our bellies in 1 quick stop. It was nice to see the shelves stocked and ready.

I love this stop. Great Waffle house for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a Mexican restaurant, the food is OK. Just make sure not to eat the flour tortillas raw. There should always be brown spots on the flour tortillas, or they are raw. Great parking, great food. Clean bathrooms.Thank you.

Easy access in and out for us, pulling a 25 foot trailer with a extended cab w/ 8 foot bed truck.Restrooms were good considering the amount of traffic.The store offered a Moes Restaurant, variety of goods(retail section) even electronics. This was our first time in a Pilot.

The pumps are outdated, the card readers on most of the pumps dont work..Please update your pumps.

This pilot is easily visible from the highway. Plenty of parking for both semi and regular. Fully stacked inventory with friendly staff. Be for warned that if on I-10 east, the entrance to it will sneak up on you

Quick fuel stop thats easy on/off the interstate. Waffle House is next door which shows that this is a classy gas station.

There is no way I will ever go back to spending money on hotels when Pilots Travel Centers make it easy for me to pull in, gas up, shower and rest. My wife and I were able to rest up and go right away. When time is money, nothing and I repeat NOTHING beats the Pilot Travel centers. Thank you guys for making it so convenient for your travelers to rest and get going.

Pretty clean throughout ! Friendly staff. MOEs was clean and tasty. Waffle House, Wendys, Burger King and Subway in walking distance. Good grass for your dog. Decent parking. Spaces not deep enough.

Prices are about average like every truck stop and gas price was in the same range as all the rest. Nice place for a quick bite and rest stop.

Not a real fan of how this store is set up.Cash register is odd area, no TV in lounge.Food area was not well stocked, between 9am-2pm. Fuel area not well policed. Reflects poorly on chain.

Staff and management is friendly and helpful except for the older lady working by the coffee, she is quite rude and obnoxious

I love the whole wall of electronic accessories for your home, car, smartphone and more! It is a great one stop shop for the person on the go! You could even do some of your Christmas shopping done here!

I love this pilot regardless of how many buses are at the entrances every time I stop by! I enjoy coming to this location because of the cleanliness of the facilities and the deli has a great food selection. I’m super impressed with the deli pizza, great taste and reasonably priced

Why are all the garbage cans overflowing at this place?

The ladies restroom had just cleaned. I politely asked the lady when it would be available. She rudely over her shoulder tells be to go to the shower. I dont even know where the showers are. So I go across the parking lot to the waffle house. When I get back my husband had wait out side the bathroom and the same rude employee tells him I to her not to go in there if she falls its her own faultJust rude!!

There is a great need for equipment updates: keypads on fuel pumps, and kiosk scanners. There is a great need for cleaning on the fuel ilands and restrooms especially in Jackson MS and Winona MS. The Pilot in Moss Point MS is a good place to stop. No problems.

Truck stop with everything you need. I like pilot travel centers. They usually have good prices on gas and a decent restaurant attached to it. There was a Moes at this one. Its a Southwest grill chain and really good. Kinda like Izzos. Good station. Everything for traveling.

For the most part its always pretty clean there and every one so far as been nice and helpful with anything they can help with. Even though I still have to go inside and pay for my fuel and things first they wont turn the pump on.but my card only works inside not at the pump for some reason e of it thats why, hey it is what it is all in all this awesome great place to go stop at clean friendly nice atmosphere good coffee hot dog roller Real Steel and you name it

Im on a road trip through a bunch of states and I was able to get magnets for my collection for every state, great set. And love Pilots you cant go wrong.

My clean and sanitized shower and toilet seat evidently wasnt cleaned. Odd....

It needs to be bigger. There is not enough parking . The rest rooms were clean. The employes were friendly, and the spelling was neat.

The place is very clean and well stocked and efficiently laid out. However more than one cashier is needed at any given time. Because it is a truck stop the truckers checkout processes take five to ten minutes each and seems to always be few or more folks waiting to checkout.

Smelled like dead fish outside. Inside was fine, but in addition to the dead fish smell the outside needed some cleaning. Place overall just looked like it could used a good pressure washing and coat of paint. Everything else was like every other pilot Ive been to.

Great gasoline prices. Easy access on and off US 10. Clean. Waffle House next door. Burger king and McDonalds across road. Motel too.

The store was clean and orderly and the employees were pleasant and courteous.

Just waiting for a shower. I can see shower #4 and nobody bother to go and clean it. That call to have 7 total. Finally I had to talk with the “manager” and he said it’ll be cleaned in a moment. I can’t see the others, they might need to be clean. I like to stop at Mom and Pop truck stops to get a clean diesel at a reasonable price!!! I just get 50 gal at Pilot to get a shower. Always higher prices in their fuel.

Love this Truck Stop and Restaurant. Moes is the bomb for tacos. Got to go back one day for sure. Truck Stop is very clean inside and out. Bathrooms very clean. Overall a great experience many of times.

Dunkin Donuts has awesome service and military discounts for veterans.. also the same with popeyes chicken as the truck stop they offer full service to truckers.. and clean showers and facilities, including a TV room, and good prices on trucker rig needs and accessories..

Its sure convenient that you can find a Pilot Travel Ctr damn near anywhere and they are almost your one stop shop while on the road, however, I sure wish theyd keep their restrooms cleaner. Makes driving a bit further for a Loves worth the drive.

Too slow fueling of trucks

I stopped in for gas and charged $23.90. When I got home I found a $151 hold on my credit card. When I called, Debbie answered the phone. She told me it was my banks fault. I didnt believe that and checked with the bank. It is the retail company that sets the hold. Most put $1 but they put $150. There are several gas stations there, I suggest you use another one, I will.

This is a large store with almost anything you may need. Since this is a truck stop, it has showers and a good selection of automotive needs. Cheapest gas and cigarettes from Pensacola to Biloxi Ive found. The store is always spotless and the employees are friendly. It also has a Moes attached if you happen to get an uncontrollable urge for a burrito!

Ive been trying on pilot flying j recently everybody deserves a second chance was prompted by the recent acquisition by another company from what I was told and if thats true whatever theyre doing is working because I noticed the grounds are cleaner Melissa stores neater and cleaner

Pulled in at 9:30 pm after a long day, only to find dirty womens restroom. Going in at 6:30 am finding them the same way. All the individual trash bins stuffed full and toilet paper all over the floor. Coolers had many empty drink shelves. Guess its understandable since the employees had so much to discuss behind the counter.

We hit this place almost every time we go by with our RV, easy in, Easy out. RV Fuel Lanes make it ease.

Just got gas. But being a truck stop they have just about anything you need driving local or cross country. They have showers the professional drivers use. They even have a fast food Mexican restaurant called Moes that specializes in many different types of burritos, and other fine Mexican food.

Better than most. Average space for truck parking. Not huge . But you can usually find a place to park until dark. Moes has good food. And there is a nice Mexican restaurant next door with Tvs and a bar. Other places to eat in walking distance like Ruby Tuesday. Shower man is nice and keeps them clean.

Whenever I come in town to visit my in laws. This is my coffee spot. Always good customer service always French coffee. My only complaint is they took away my Hersheys chocolate Creamer. I gas up here. And souvenir

Nasty restrooms. The is 24 hours franchise and filthy. Some trash cans were in need of emptying. Lady was more interested in her cell phone conversation then the customers.

Just stopped in for fuel. Wound up grabbing some snacks.Not the easiest place to maneuver into pulling a travel trailer. You have to make a righthanded u turn to access the service road.I found the fuel prices to be competitive with their competitors. Not sure yet, if I actually got the GoodSam discount.The store interior was clean. The staff was polite and efficient.RVers, they have a dump station on site.

Got sick in one of their showers because of the a.c. running constantly in the room. Cost alot of time and money. Clean showers and good food but changes in those showers needed urgently before more people get sick.

I can only presume that the cats that work here are in some competition against other pilots for the most friendly staff award! The cashier was bright and perky, the dude stocking the shelf was very cordial and the two cats who clean the showers were over the top! I was offered an extra towel and when I accepted, he said, Let me trade you, man, and he took my shower receipt and even punched in the door code for me! Im just a trucker, mes amis. Im not used to being treated like Im Elton John or something! (shaking my head and shrugging)
