Tried 6 dealership between Mississippi and Louisiana for a RAV4. Chris at Estrabrook is the only one who even tried to get me what I was looking for texted me and said he has one coming from Houston with my name on it. 5 days later a transport arrived at Estrabrook with my RAV4 loaded on it from Houston, today I am riding in my 2021 RAV4. He saved me close to $6000.00 over another dealership. Definitely do business with Chris, his General Manager assisted in getting it, thanks to everyone involved.

I would not advise to buy a Toyota vehicle . I’ve been put off for three months about rust appearing inside on my 4Runner . I’ve gotten rejected saying they won’t fix it and there is nothing they can do. I was told this wasn’t their fault it was an outside interference from a sippy cup causing condensation in the entire inside and it’s what caused all the framing inside to rust . I bought this vehicle brand new and comes with all warranties including rust BUT they DO NOT hold up to there promise when you buy from them . I’ve bought from Joe Bullard Cadillac, BMW of mobile , Pat Peck Nissan and Lexus . I have never experienced this with any car before but when I looked up rust with Toyota’s , well look it up for yourself . Seems the rust has been an issue with Toyota more than once and to hear them , It’s the customers fault . Truly displeased especially considering their head services manager said he didn’t agree with what they said an there was no way it could’ve happen but he has to do what he’s told or it’s his job . Toyota has already paid lawsuits for rust you would think they would learn not to do this .

The service department is really nice and helpful. The site they text you will let you know when your vehicle is checked in, but it never updates from there during your visit. You never know what stage your vehicle is in.

This was the most laid back buying experience of my life! Brooke was a great guy to work with! Everything was so easy, and smooth! No pressure at all! Jessie in the finance department was very nice and laid back! He answered all my questions, and allowed me time to make a decision with no pressure at all. Overall I feel like I got a great deal and great service!

Customer service was good when it came time to purchase the vehicle. Just for nobody to return phone calls weeks later when the car started falling apart literately. They did just enough to get the car in good looking shape and consistent in communication then didn’t want to do anything weeks later. I wouldn’t recommend them at all and wouldn’t trust them. I purchased a used 2011 Chevrolet Equinox January 2020. After about 3 to 4 weeks of purchase I contacted the dealer and explained that the vehicle sounds like it wants to cut off. I brought it back and they placed on the machine later to find out different codes were popping up. I eventually got the crank sensor replaced and it stopped for awhile them begin to do the same thing. I later found out that the vehicle had an issue with holding oil. I paid cash and thevehicle barely made it to 18 months. They knew something was wrong with it.

This is the saddest excuse of dealership that I have every had the misfortune to do business with. Refused to perform warranty service on a new Toyota that is less than a week old with less than 500 miles. Insisted that we could either pay for the service out of pocket or drive it back to the dealership in Mobile that sold the truck. The service manager Sonny is an absolute joke.

Our Toyota engine died while traveling home from vacation. Estabrook sent someone out to try and jumpstart our car. We finally got the car to Estabrook and received a new car battery. Went to Estabrook to look at a truck i talked to a salesman about earlier. Got one of the other salesmen to go in the back to call the guy for me because no one at the front desk. I waited out front for 30 minutes because I was told the salesman I spoke to on the phone was bringing the truck we talked about around. No one came so I asked another salesperson if he was going to be much longer because I had to go soon. He went in the back and said let me go find him for you. He never came back and after being there for over an hour total with nobody giving me any insight or service I left. Ive bought two vehicles from Estabrook, there wont be another bought there I know that.

My sales lady was Gretchen Ward and was the VERY BEST! She gave me all of the details about my potential purchase, answered all of my questions, and then allowed me to make my own decision. No pressure was applied from her. I did purchase a new car and she held my hand through the whole process. I drove my old car home and Gretchen delivered my car that I purchased to my home, after hours and on her own time. When I experienced a problem and got a malfunction message, I called Gretchen and she came again to my house on her own time and after hours to assist me. She determined that I had a dead battery and arrived at my house the next morning to crank my car, then followed me to Estabrook so that diagnostics could be run on my new car. I could not have ever found a more responsive sales person!!!!! She is wonderful!!!! She goes over and above what I have ever had a sales person do for me. I have recommended her to several of my friends.

Best car buying experience in recent memory. Salesman was professional and thorough. Checked in to see where I was with the purchase now and then, but never pressured me to make any decisions I was uncomfortable with. The dealership didnt try to pull the normal car dealership tricks (undervalue trade in, pumped add ins, pretend to know a car they dont know, pressure you into buying a car while waiting to close on a house, etc) and were open and honest about their offers. A day after I purchased the car, the salesman made sure I made it home ok and had no issues with the car.I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

After going to 8 dealership I just about gave up buying a new car with the bait and switches to ridiculously high offers. I received and email from Chris with a price that was too good to be true but it wasn’t. It was everything I wanted and priced so much better than I other dealerships that I drove across 2 state lines to buy it. Nobody was pushy and everyone was very transparent and informative. If I’m in need for another Toyota, I’ll be driving right back to visit Chris in a heartbeat.

This place was AWESOME! Dee helped me get into the exact car down to the year, make, model, trim& colors I wanted within an hour and a half. I had a trade in, and was first financing through Navy Fed, but Jesse got me 2 offers that were even better through Toyota & capital one. Car was almost out of gas literally for the test drive, AC didnt feel right but I was told it appeared normal after the service dept. inspected it, noticed water in my trunk a day or so later and my salesman never acknowledged the issue after I brought it to his attention, 3 days later AC stopped blowing all together and was at a local dealership for 2 1/2 weeks, no loaner car or any source of transportation was offered, the check was made out to the wrong DMV & I had to come out of pocket with $111.00 because the dealership miscalculated the tax, title, and license fees. Im very disappointed and would not advise anyone shop at EstabrookToyota. I have proof to support all of my statements.

We just had the best experience at Estabrook Toyota. We arrived at 12:15 and were driving the car that we had seen online 10 minutes later. After driving the car that we liked, Michael Booth and another associate at Estabrook drove our trade-in. Less than 30 minutes later we made a deal. In and out in less than 2 hours! As it was a Saturday, they agreed to let us drive our new vehicle home. I’m going to give them a check and the title for our trade on Monday. We really couldn’t have had a better experience.
