I really like these folks. I have never felt ripped off or that they have taken advantage. I moved to Moses Lake from “the big city” and the value, attitude and general enthusiasm at C.S. for their craft is impressive compared to what I experienced in 28 years in a metropolitan area. When it comes to your machine, there is no fear of “telling you like it is.”. I appreciate that. And even more, when you are truly in a pinch these folks go the extra mile. Keep up the good work.

This establishment isnt very well organized. The employees that work in the back are amazing, but the owners dont seem to have it all together. The woman who works the front counter knows next to nothing about computers based off questioning and is very long winded in talking AT the customer about her life and things that most dont want to concern themselves with. The actual owner is very disorganized and doesnt seem to be able to deliver within the time limits he sets for the customer. The saving grace seems to be the workers that actually put the labor into the machines that work in the back rooms.

Had an issue beyond my scope so I called around and found that this place does free diagnostics. They looked at it for about an hour, the problem was very unusual (which is why I was getting so stuck myself), so they kept it overnight to do some other checks. After all of this, they found that my gpu just wasnt compatible with my motherboard, no BIOS updates available for it. Despite the large amount of work they put on it at this point, they said that since they didnt actually fix anything they wouldnt charge me. When I went to pick it up, they also took their time to give me some further advice with my build. This goes above and beyond and I will definitely come back here if I have issues in the future.

I needed a problem diagnosed with my computer, and this was the third place I took it to. After telling them the problems I had with previous repair shops, they offered to diagnose the problem for free. I got there right before closing, and they worked on it for the next half hour, and I got the definitive answer that no-one else had been able to give me.They seem like straight-up, honest, friendly people. If your time and money are important to you, go here first.

Not a bad place to get your computer repaired, reasonable prices and friendly staff.

Took over 3 weeks to get charging port on laptop fixed after being told it would be about a week during christmas break. Recieved laptop and now it will not connect to wifi, called the business and they told me that they had to take apart the laptop and most likely messed up putting it back together and to bring it in again... I am now gone for college and cannot go back
