Scheduled an appointment for a window quote for 3pm today and left work early for the appointment that I’ve waited weeks for and got stuck at work a few minutes late and ended up getting home at 3:05pm. Had a note on my door that said “3:10pm, call to reschedule” well first of all that’s a blatant lie. They did not wait until 3:10pm as I read the note at 3:05pm. Definitely not rescheduling because if someone is going to not even wait 5 minutes for me to place an order for windows that cost thousands of dollars I’ll just go somewhere else. And also lie about how long they waited for me? No thanks.

They repaired an exterior vinyl-clad door based on a phone request and did a great job. Removed a failing vinyl panel and replaced it with white aluminum. Reasonable cost too!
