Never been too a Rural King before but its a interesting store. They have different stuff from A to Z and some of there prices are better then other stores. Iam trying some of there name brand food they carry and its not bad. Chocolate covered peanuts and peach jam is good. I need to walk through the whole store and see what they have. There customer service is also good. You get in line and get you out even their customer service jumps in. Stocked and clean looking

We go to rural king for batteries, hunting supplies, horse and dog food and they have just about anything and everything you can think of. On top of everything, the employees are very helpful. Glad they placed a store in Morgantown!

Came for the Spiced Peaches... stayed for the chickens. The kids were crazy about following the chicken tracks all over the store, while the wife was looking at T-shirts. I checked out the beef jerky.So dont shop here if you dont want to have to deny your kids some chickens... or your wife some shirts. Jerky was good, though.

Helpful staff very neat and clean store. Most generally speaking all product is in stock. Very few times have I went in to pick something up and it be out of stock.

Good selection of items but you can never find anyone to help you, and there is only one or two registers open at any time.

Decent place to shop. Staff is usually pretty knowledgeable and friendly. Store can be a bit messy though. Prices are competitive but not always the best, do your homework. Bought one their tractors an RK37 and several implements for it. Service and sales were good. The tractor is great does everything I ask of it. If your on the fence go for it.

Super value. Spent $150.00 and got more than I would have gotten most anywhere. They had the big box of shop paper towels, 200 for like $10. Great experience.

Its a great place to buy all kinds of stuff for the farm. I recommend it to anyone looking for farming stuff.

This was my first ever visit to a Rural King. Have to say it was very nice. RK offers everything from bird seed, pet food, clothing, boots to guns and ammo. Unsure of the quality as this is my first visit. Time will tell.Ive always been a loyal customer of another farm store but their quality and customer service seems to be failing as of late.I will be returning to Rural King.

This is probably the nicest, cleanest Rural King weve been to! The aisles are wide and clear, lots of inventory, large selection. Just wish it wasnt so far away!

Awesome mags store compared to places like Walmart. If you do physically demanding work out side their work clothes are top notch and the prices are very reasonable. Neat sections to pick groceries, gifts, and supplies for home.

I love this place for dog food, hardware, free popcorn and coffee. I wish this was my house.

I called customers service and asked if they buy bunnies. She said Yes absolutely! Bring them here! When I got to rural king the same women told me I need pictures of them the day they were born and there pedigree. WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME THAT ON THE PHONE BEFORE I DROVE ALL THE WAY TO YOUR STORE??? Only reason Im giving 2 stars is because the have decent prices on cat/dog food.

Went there to get a pair of work Boots. And I found these Ariat boots they are very comfortable and the price was good. I also picked up 2 work shirts that were on sale. If you are looking for a place to get all your work gear or farm stuff or even pretty stuff and that also has very friendly people and awesome prices then Rural King is for you.

This place has everything. Never been to a store where there were so many employees working at the same time. Everywhere you walked they were working stocking shelves. All were very nice and helpful. They had what was advertised in stock. No waiting, loaded quickly.

Employees were very nice, but I dont like the layout of this store and it took forever to apply for the Harvest Card in store. If you want the Cashback card, do it online and save yourself an hour or more of time and hassel.

Rural King has everything you need to farm at great prices. The staff are great at helping with questions and there is plenty of choices for animal feed.

Great place to get many of your farm and home needs. There is a wide selection of outdoor soil, mulch, farm hardware, etc. It is typically busy during weekend hours when I have gone. The customer service attendance are helpful and knowledgeable of the stores selection and outdoor items

Very friendly staff. Took our puppy with us and she was given treats and love. Found our products quickly and staff assisted us in locating something we couldnt quite find. Wonderful experience.

Hands down a great something for everyone store.

Rural king will donate supplies to 4H and churches all day long. But when a nursing home is seeking to build a garden for its residents, it’s an absolute no. Shop elsewhere.Been 6 months now. Rural King claimed they would reach out to me to address my concern, but have not done so. Their online promises are as shallow and their so called concerned for those who are less fortunate

The Morgantown store is a little crowded compared to the Parkersburg store, however they keep a stock of MYSTIK PRODUCTS in which is not the case in Parkersburg. We like the employees here at Motown always great personalities! 👍🏻

It is a very nice place clean and organized and as we were walking around I heard chirping and here they had live chickens and chicks and they had all kinds of different species that have never even heard of very cool experience and they also had rabbits

Rural King, Morgantown WV.The costomer service lady was so rude to us. I wish I remembered her name! We tried to buy a rotertiller and she acted like we were taking up her time with her rude comments. The one we wanted was out of stock so we asked her to order it. She told us we had to do it ourselves online. We then called the Washington PA store where we bought our tractor, and they said come on in and and they can order it. The manager at the morgnatown store clearly just didnt feel like dealing with us.2 weeks prior, we went in the Morgantown store to order a grappler. We were told no one was there to order it for us so we had to come back in a few hours. We have never had so many issues with the Washington store so thats where we will keep our business where the people are kind.

Great place e better prices then other places. Only complaint needed more cash registers going, lines in the 3 that was open took forever getting checked out.

I purchased 6 Sapphire Gem chicks on Saturday. 2 died that very night. 1 on Sunday & the other 3 Monday. Ive never had this happen with peeps from Tractor Supply. There was 1 dead in another container that I told the associate about and she removed it. They do not give money refunds but will replace the peeps. Sad thing is Im afraid to get them and that the same thing will happen again.

Rural King offers a huge variety of products. They offer good clearance prices. They offer high quality livestock and poultry feed at a reasonable cost.

Big store. Clean, neat, good layout, good prices, but youd better take a few extra bucks and hit that candy isle. I havent seen some of those candies since I was a kid. Simply mouth watering for anyone with a sweet tooth like me.Best prices on jeans Ive seen anywhere. Take the family, take your time and look around. Ill bet theres something in this store for just about every aspect of you life. Home, garden, fashion, pets, sports, etc. And at better prices, so why pay more?

Lots of fun! They had ducks, chicks and rabbits. Lots of great cordless and corded tools, boots, clothing, food...you name it, even their own brand of tractors! I could easily spend a couple hours walking around that place. I find something new every visit.

Yes, the place is a bit southern... but if you can leave your bloody politics at the door and just enjoy the experience, then you will find amazing prices on anything from bottled water to jeans of their brand. I visit here very often just for that reason.I have also found their prices on firearms to be the best in town. I have purchased one recently with plans to get one or two more by years end.

Bought several things from here a pool and pump ,ammo when it was in stock but because of rude manager I probably won’t return to this location. If you have any problems they will most likely be very unprofessional.

Merchandise is great! The employees are great! The clothing brand is great, unless youre like me and 6 ft 6in or taller, then youre gonna have trouble finding pants. Other than that, better than Tractor Supply.

This place is so cool! I asked someone for help on finding a price and he was very helpful and asked if I needed help with anything else. I also bought horse bedding thay was 40lbs and the cashier asked if I needed help loading it up. Would recommend.
