Read your bill carefully, and dont just trust what the sales associates tell you. While the sales associate this time was very considerate, the business itself is pretty scammy. When I got new tires from here they sold me an additional warranty by talking about their road hazard warranty (the only additional warranty they have any information about/terms and conditions for) but marked me down for a lesser warranty that did not cover what I needed. When I asked for the terms and conditions for this warranty they could not provide them and just told me it didnt cover the repair, even though the tire was otherwise in good condition and the cause of damage was covered. Would highly recommend going elsewhere, or at least being very careful when signing bills to carefully go over them.

Excellent service. Took in a demolished tire and rim along with a new tire and rim. Mike told me that it takes awhile before they could get to it so I left it. Next day I picked up the mounted new tire and rim with the TPMS sensor moved over. Every thing was perfect. When I went to pay I was told that this one was on the house. Thanks. Highly recommended.

The whole staff at NTB is great and have always been very helpful to me, but I give Nick specifically a 5 start rating. I have an older car and he has helped me multiple times with resealing my rims and ensuring I am safe to drive. He explains everything he did in great detail, is straightforward, produces quality work and incredibly efficient. I trust him with my tires questions and know I won’t get slighted by them. Will definitely continue to go to this location.

The staff were very kind, Mike in particular, but I was not at all satisfied with the servicer provided. With an appointment it still took over four hours for a state inspection, twice as long as they said it would be. When arriving to pick up my car, after being told that it was ready for pick up, my car was still lifted in the air taking an extra 20 minutes for me to even get my keys to leave. Never again will I come to NTB. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else, even if it is not as close. Youll save yourself time and probably money too.

The guys here are hands down, some of the kindest, most helpful gentlemen Ive had the pleasure of meeting. Picked up a nail in my tire on a road trip and doubled back to this store on a prayer (small car=no spare). The team was able to squeeze us in on a very busy evening. The nail didnt fully puncture the tire, so no patch was needed. NTB sent me on my way free of charge since no repair was actually performed. Its not often you find a shop that cares as much as these guys do. They take pride in their business ethic and relationships with customers. It is extremely refreshing to see in todays world. Would absolutely recommend this location for any repair.

Appreciate the friendly service! Stopped in at closing time to get a set of tires for my wifes car and Michael got me a great deal and was even willing to change them right away even at closing time. Will definitely come here again in the future.

After taking two different cars here on three different occasions (each with an appointment), this place is the worst place to take your car in Morgantown. The weird guy who lives up the street could do it better and faster with a smile on his face. They’ll give you a quote, make you wait an entire working day when they said it’d take two hours, and then charge you an extra $100 for the privilege.Specifically, they took 8+ hours to mount and balance new tires. On the same car after getting a flat, it took them just as long to tell us there was a hole in the sidewall of the tire and it couldn’t be fixed that day. It would’ve taken ten minutes to dismount the tire, lay eyes on it, and come to that conclusion with the size and placement of the hole.Absolute trash place.

Mike and his crew were the nicest people to me and made me feel as though I was back home. Even treated me better than they would’ve.

Came here to get my rotors that were under warranty replaced and Mike took really good care of me. He is very honest and he will make sure the job is done right so you won’t have to come for a second visit. If you plan on dropping your car here ask for Mike and he will take really good care of you.

Tried to get a state inspection I scheduled ahead of time on 2 separate occasions. First time they didnt have anyone to do the inspection and the second time they ran out of stickers. Go somewhere run better.

Only giving two stars because over the summer they changed my rear shocks correctly even drilling out a broken bolt .However twice now they’ve wasted hours of my time to align my Jeep. The first time the guy told me they couldn’t do it because the pitman arm wasn’t installed correctly .Checked the pitman arm, it was on correctly , that’s pretty hard to mess up honestly . I call in again, and am told a different technician who has worked on these Jeep’s will do the alignment if I come back in .They didn’t . It was the same technician , he told me the alignment was even worse now than it was before and tried to tell me a pitman arm doesn’t go on at 90 degree angles to the drive shaft.What a joke .

In neat location, you need to book time in advance. Replaced tires professionally, but overpump them much above recommend pressure.

I cant thank the employees of the Morgantown NTB for going above and beyond last Friday. My husband had a flat earlier in the day by that evening when I got home from work the spare was completely flat. We already had car issues with our other vehicle and needed our truck for future transportation needs. I called them, explained our situation and they worked me in at 6:00 said they would stay until my vehicle was completed. I highly recommend them. We are very satisfied with our new tires and will continue to purchase any future tires that we may need.

Was fine. Lack of workforce affected the wait times. After two trips, had to wait 4 hours for new tire installation. Could be expensive labor.

Everyone is beyond kind and I couldn’t have asked for better service. They saw our car was in bad shape and went out of their way to make sure we left with a safe car. We appreciate it!

This place consistently charges me more than any other mechanic. ONLY go here if you have no other option because your car is about to break down. The staff is polite, but thats the only positive. They arent super trustworthy, and they dont seem as knowledgeable as other mechanics. They also seem overworked.

Can you give less than 1 star?I went there today for a 4wheel balance. I made an appt online for 9am on 7/19/21.When I got there I was told it would be another 2-3 hr wait. Ummmm this is why I made an appt. I could not wait that long so I left. Will never go back. Poor service.

I scheduled very last minute for a same day appointment for a state inspection. I got scheduled immediately over the phone by the manager who was very friendly and made sure he could squeeze me in. When I arrived, they were very busy and I still got out in under 30 minutes. Everyone was extremely friendly. I was very grateful, and they saved me from getting a ticket for not having a sticker following my windshield replacement. I’ll definitely be back!

Super fast service and good prices

So I went there for an alignment right after I got new tires on about a year ago. Waited several hours (almost the entirety of my husbands shift, and then more) when I was told it would take an hour, maybe up to two. Before I was done, I was told I also needed new breaks and a tie-rod? And something else. Ok, I don’t know, sure whatever. I asked about them replacing my stereo with one I had bought, was told they don’t offer that, but she would ask one of the guys inside. Awesome, that’s so nice.He came out, said he could do it, just not that day because he didn’t have the tools he needed. He wanted like 80$ for it. Whatever, I didn’t know how to and it needed done. I went back when he said to, and again waited a few hours. It doesn’t take hours to change a stereo. I went and got the cash out to pay him before I saw it. He had busted holes in my dash. Two, the smaller of which was about the size of a quarter. So I go to my brother in law, who works like 60 hours a week and lives an hour and a half away, he agrees to help me, teach me a little while he fixes it for me. We get the radio out (which doesn’t work because it’s not hooked up properly), and the mechanic had decided to use tape to connect the wires. Tape is apparently the tools he needed. (Which was supposed to be a soldering iron, or at least that’s what he’d told me). We had to do quite a bit of work to fix the dash itself, I’m gonna have to ask him if he still has the pictures of this mess.Anyway. Whatever, my fault for paying someone for a service the shop didn’t offer. I let it go.But then yesterday, my husband goes to take one of the kids to school. He backs out of the driveway, hears a “pop”. The front tires are pointing in different directions, obviously something is broken. Ok. Get it towed to our normal mechanic. He looks at it, and I get to hear that whoever did the alignment didn’t tighten the bolts enough, they’ve been slowly loosening until they snapped. I’m so done. Never again. Between the straight lies about time, the rudeness when you try to ask a simple question, obviously not checking to make sure the work is done properly? I was mad, but I let go of everything with the stereo. That was one mechanic, not the fault of the company. The rudeness I let go, and lying about time I let go. But not making sure stupid bolts are tightened? That’s ridiculous.I left the first day thinking the place was awesome, if slow, and sometimes guys that work on cars can be a little abrasive, ok it happens. The girl working the front was polite, and tried so hard to keep up a fairly positive attitude even when people were mad. Obviously I should have paid more attention to how the customers were acting. The second day I left spitting mad, but for the second time in a row, I had been made late to go pick up my kid so I really didn’t have time to complain, and I still have to somewhat accept the responsibility for that - the second it seemed iffy I shouldn’t have gone though with it. But he was fully aware I didn’t know anything about what needed done. Now, after this, I’m just done.I would advise that you don’t go in to this place unless you know about car repair, and know how to double check their work.

I dealt with a very nice gentleman on the phone and then a tab bit in yhe shop and then we delt with the lady. if you read this I dont want to hurt your feeling I known my client is a pain in the butt lol.. but I felt your Customer service skills could use help . Dont really know you so you might be a good person for all I know had a bad day we all have them chin up. Me being a mechanic I dont like taking my cars to people because I know they break stuff you guys took a really long time on that vehicle inside of that garage Bay replacing 2 tires to me thats really shady. Had a blow out Saturday night. They were the only place open on Sunday and were slammed. Their associate, Seth, worked with me and squeezed me in. He was efficient, helpful and genuinely concerned. He even got me a special they were having for Labor Day. Really great value, outstanding service and good tires... well done!

Not only did they get my tire fixed within the hour, they also were super nice! I definitely recommend if you need your tire repaired, as it was quick and well done.

My daughters attend WVU in Morgantown, WV. I thought I had found a place for them to get their (my) cars fixed when I ran into some difficulty at the local Chevrolet dealership trying to diagnose a problem with one of my daughters’ cars. I sent her over to NTB in Morgantown, WV. The guys were great. They had the parts in stock and replaced the window control motor for her. I called the store to thank the manager for looking out for my daughter. I was very pleased. Since that point, several years ago, I have told my daughters to always take their cars to you guys for any maintenance including oil changes. In fact, the 2014 Chev Cruze that this e-mail is about, may daughter had hit a curb and popped the tire. I sent her to you guys last week and you put a new tire on her car and changed the oil for $250.00. I understood the cost especially since she has Michelin tires on her car. This past Thursday, May 20, 2021 she started having issues with the engine running rough and the check engine light as well as the stabilitrak light came on. Everything I’ve read online says that the PVC which is built into the valve cover needs to be replaced. Again, I told her to take it to you guy which she did on Saturday, May 22, 2021. Apparently, the car was placed on the computer to read the engine codes. My daughter was told when she went back to pick it up that she would have to take it to a dealership because there are certain codes that only GM can read. I really hope she got that wrong. Then she was charged $125.00 for a computer diagnostic. You guys did nothing but tell her to go to the dealership and for that I had to pay $125.00 I called the store on Saturday and got into a heated conversation with a guy who answered the phone over the price. I was told that the machine he is using to read the codes cost him $5000.00 and that was why I was charged that amount. My daughter was told by this same man that the machine he used cost $6000, and it costs an additional $2000 a month to subscribe to a service to read the codes. I understand the service subscription, although I’m not sure the cost. Either way I found his explanation and the cost of this to be very high. I understand that this is a college town, and the students can sometimes get taken advantage of by the local merchants, but I really didn’t think you guys would. I have instructed my daughters to never use you guys again. Very, very disappointed in you guys.

I had brake lines replaced on my older car. NTB folks were great. I was very pleased with the price quoted and the service people were very pleasant to deal with;a plus for a woman dealing with a car repair.

Had a great experience at NTB at Suncrest. Jim was incredibly helpful and got all of my issues worked out in a timely fashion. Most importantly, he was transparent with what issues were present, what needed to be fixed, and why. Plus, it is right next to a Tim Hortons which is hard to beat. Now is my place of choice for anything related to my Jeep.

Quick and good price for tire repair

Came in to the store a week ago to schedule a state inspection, to make sure its done within 10 days of getting my car title transferred from PA to WV. I came to my appointment prepared today to find out they havent had inspection stickers in stock for the last two weeks. On top of that, the previous mechanic who made my appointment in store completely misspelled my name like Ive never heard before (at first I thought they must be looking at the wrong account), even though I had showed him my drivers license, and my phone number was spectacularly off which is why they couldnt reach me earlier. Not only did todays mechanic not fix my name nor the phone number on my account after I confirmed twice that both were incorrect, there was no acknowledgement or apology of any kind for the error that delayed my inspection. They may not be able to reach me in the future given the incorrect phone number they still have on file. I value professional work and Im more than willing to forgive honest mistakes, but this lack of integrity and professionalism cost them a new customer who was once looking forward to coming here to service my car close to home.

I had an appointment for a oil change and inspection. There was confusion about the online reservation I made, they called me and said I couldn’t have the time I selected but they gave me a new time. No big deal, I was glad they communicated this. I dropped my car off at the newly scheduled time. After over 3 and a half hours I hadn’t received a call. Since it was almost closing time I went back to get my car. I found out they were unable to get to it. So I wasted my whole evening waiting for nothing.

After sliding on some ice in a bad storm, I realized I needed new tires pronto. I called a few places and NTB was the only shop with my tires in stock and availability within the same morning. They were so nice and helpful, and made me feel safer getting back on the road!

I highly recommend this place to get your vehicle worked on. They have been great and helpful to me and straightforward with issues and recommendations. I do suggest making a appointment it makes things flow easier for you.

I’ve been here before to get new tires and had to get them replaced not even a year later, because they never checked the alignment. This resulted in me having spent over $600 to get new tires and an alignment somewhere else. I don’t know why I decided to come back to this NTB to get my breaks checked. It was obvious that my breaks were going bad due to the noise, but that also resulted in having 5 other issues as well. I had an appointment at 1:30 and they had said it would only take a couple of hours to do. After several of hours, I went back to check on my car and ended up sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half. By the time they were closing, they then decided to tell me that my car was stuck on the lift and they could not get it down. I do understand that there can be machine malfunctions, but they cannot accommodate you for those issues. I was told that they couldn’t get ahold of enterprise since I could not get my car back and that I would have to find a ride home. I had to pay out of pocket to get an Uber for this. I then called the next day to know the status of my vehicle and if they got someone to fix their lift, unfortunately they did not get one, but they did however say they would call enterprise and I could pick it up whenever. Too bad it is not that easy, as I had to Uber to enterprise only to find out they cannot give me a car because NTB has an outstanding balance. Now I’m without a car, and unable to work. NTB really needs to get their stuff together and all the bad reviews you see are true. Try to avoid NTB at all costs if possible.
