These guys are awesome Eric & Jay & Tyree are the most kind and smart movers i have ever had! These guys should own there own company one day! The punctuality and care they showed was amazing, like it was there own home!

It all started in the office with miscommunication on how big my move was. The guys worked very hard, but there are lots of 2-3 inch deep Knicks on my new walls, the driver took out the mailbox from my moving location and they didnt do anything to protect my floors. Luckily there is only 1 knicked plank, but several scuffs and grass tracked all through the carpet.

I was very impressed with these 3 young men that showed up to move us on a two day notice. My entire move but one piece ( 600 pound china hutch) went up stairs. I would recommend them to anyone. If I ever move again, they will be my first call.

Leslie was a great communicator and helped with getting the estimate and contract finalized. Shannon and moving team were professional, on time, came into my home, made a plan, and executed the moving plan with great efficiency. They pre-made arrangements to return to help move the last item and made the best use of their time while working for me.

Where do I begin. Neil, you are the most incompetent person on this earth. I scheduled your company to move my family into a new home weeks ago. You called me 10 minuted before arrival time to tell me that you could not complete the job. Now I am stuck without movers and I am scrambling to find a company that can move my family into our new home. You have made this experience so awful. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. I will be calling the BBB, your corporate offices and I will be writing on every possible internet outlet to let the world know that you have no idea how to run a proper business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NEIL.... He will just disappoint you and make your children cry.

Every aspect of employing Two Men and A Truck from scheduling, to moving items, to storage, was more than satisfactory. The were very professional, yet personable. I would definitely use them again.

From the first phone call to explore options for moving my mom from NC to TN the service was exemplary. Every person I spoke to in the office was polite, accommodating, and caring. They checked on us at every stage of the move and reassured me that we were in good hands. The moving crew was pleasant, efficient and helpful all the way through the process. They wrapped and padded every piece of furniture that could possibly have been damaged. They were OUTSTANDING. And the cost was very reasonable. This was my 6th move in 9 years and this was by far the best move ever!

Very good experience. Moving crew was great. Had a few dings and scratches, but thats to be expected when you move. A little more detail to wrapping and carefully moving may have been a good move. I would use them again and recommend them.

Move was not planned / priced correctly, we were miss led with the size and cost of the storage creates, it was difficult to contact anyone, movers damaged the walls, left their trash and forgot things they told us they would take. We actually had to contract with someone else to complete the project.

We were very pleased with the scheduler as well as service and crews sent to help us move. Not a single scratch or mark, and willing to try multiple times trying to fit our big couch to get to the living room. Polite, friendly and professional!

We used Two Men and a Truck when we moved 2 years ago. We saw the Ads on billboards, their trucks and researched online. We were happy with our experience then, so we decided to use them again for our current move. We were happy with quick responses from the office staff giving us a quote, scheduling our move and answering all our questions. We were also happy with the movers, who were courteous and friendly. They handled our items with care and moved us in good time. We also liked that they had a team leader who explained the process and gave us an estimate on how long the process may take.

The gentleman who came were on time they were all professional good natured good attitude they were quick they were very efficient I was really happy with how it all turned out and yes I would recommend these guys that come out to my home anytime

Organization from the first inquiry to the end of the move was outstanding. The follow up was consistent as committed. The work crew far exceeded our expectations and were personable, helpful, hardworking, conscientious, and respectful. They were a delight to work with and made the experience a lot less stressful. I hired these guys, moving from apartment to buying a house, needed to move on a Saturday, they confirmed, sent me an email confirmation, with the date, schedule and estimated time of arrival. It said they’d be there between 11 and 1. I completely understand that the time frame is approximate, not guaranteed, but 1 o’clock passed, so did 2, 3, 4 ,5 and 6 and I finally realized they weren’t coming. THEY DID A NO SHOW!!!!!! They completely FORGOT about my move!!! WITH NOT A WORD OF COMMUNICATION!!!!!I REALLY needed to be out on Saturday but because of them I had to scramble and pay DOUBLE to find a crew that would work on Sunday on short notice and had to plead with my apartment complex to give me another day to move out because they already had my apartment leased out.Two men and a trucks office closed at 12 on Saturday, and they have NO WAY to be reached after hours for a situation like this. These guys royaly screwed me. I hired them because they were a big name in moving and had good reviews, but turns out they are not good at all. I run a construction business and we do work all over the area and I will tell every single one of my customers (even if it’s off subject) that if they ever need a moving crew to NEVER go with two men and a truck. You don’t screw over your customers, especially one like me who can generate a ton of word of mouth about what you did to my move!!!!

Shannon, Chrys and Aaron were great. All of the guys had great attitudes, were very helpful and took good care of my belongings. They went over and beyond and I know this was a hard move. I was moving from a third floor apartment to a two story house. The washer and dryer had to go to the second floor of the house and it was made easier because of their great get it done attitudes. They were courteous and respectful and I appreciate all of their help. This is the second time I have used this particular Two Men and A Truck and both times were positive and I would highly recommend using them.

Words cannot describe how thankful I am we used two men and a truck Mooresville. The movers were so careful and respectful of our belongings. They had a great attitude and were so helpful. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family. It made moving almost stress free. So thankful for their help.

This is late but I wanted to take time to leave a review. This company was fantastic and made my move exceptionally easy.Movers were fantastic. The two men kept in touch at all times about arrival time. Even though it was raining outside they were ready to go. They worked quickly and treated my furniture well. I had zero scratches, dings, or damages. They were not over priced either for what we needed. We asked for extra boxes just in case I forgot to pack any items but I did not need them so they just removed that cost from my estimate. As a rule of thumb to anyone, make sure you tell them EVERYTHING major you need to have moved from beds, bookshelfs, to appliances and they will come prepared and ready. Ill definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone I know.

Two men and a truck was not the cheapest option for me but something made me choose your company and I do not regret it at all. Very happy and satisfied with my experience! Two men and a truck does not charge a deposit not it requires tens of phone calls..but when they tell you that they will be there at a specific time...rest assured that’s what it is. July 16th 2018 Chris and John from Two Men and a Truck moved all my furniture and mountain of boxes to my new home. They took all the stress out of my move. The two work well as a team and treated all my belongings with great care. They are very Professional but also friendly and helpful. I would give them 10 stars if you had that rating.

Used Two Men and Truck from Mooresville and it was perfect. The Office team was good but the Movers were awesome! They were efficient and careful, and had a great attitude as well!

We used their services about a week ago and found them to be personal and professional from the first point of contact thru the completion of the job. The movers (Chris & John) were patient and accommodating and genuine, they made the process less stressful and their confidence and pride in their work put us all at ease! I used this company a year ago and I thought they did a great job. They were fast and pleasant. I am now unpacking my storage unit to move and so much of my things are damaged because they did not pack it correctly and they just literally threw it in my storage unit any kind of way. I’m so upset I have thrown away hundreds of dollars worth of furniture and not to mention my tv that was stored upside down. I will never use this company again.

They never returned my call. I used them 17 yrs ago and they were good, 4 Stars. Left a msg and never received a call back this time.

Very professional and polite - took excellent care of my furniture - even deducted 15 minutes of time when they got lost - would definitely use again. Keri, in the office, had excellent customer service skills and took time to explain everything thoroughly and follow-up.

Yesterday and today I moved a home of 30 years plus from in Lincolnton, NC to Banner Elk, NC. My move required 4 men and 2 trucks. THOSE GUYS WERE AWESOME! Thanks so Much!

BEWARE: We hired Two Men and a Truck out of Mooresville to help us with both packing and a local move into our new home on Lake Norman. We interviewed several companies but decided on 2 Men and a Truck because of their initial professionalism and public reviews. I was informed prior to our packing day that they could not transport my wine collection but could assist in packing the bottles out of my wine cellar. Our plan was to pack on day 1 and move everything on day 2. Upon the completion of the wine packing I counted 7 boxes labeled wine sitting in the corner of my wine room. The following day when I went to transport my collection, there was only 6 boxes. I first assumed that perhaps I missed counted or that one of the boxes I previously counted was not actual wine and thus was loaded on the truck. Upon my opening of the 6 boxes I uncovered 16 bottles missing - To note, I am an avid wine collector and have an app that keeps a detailed inventory of my collection. Clearly there was a 7th box. We completely unpacked our house and no 7th box was found with the missing wine. Total value of what is missing is north of $2,000. I filed a police report and have been informed that the Sherriffs office is doing an investigation including interviewing the employees involved with our pack and move. I have been told by the owner that they are doing their own investigation and was going to file a claim with their insurance company as well. The other aspect to this is that not only is there a bad apple on their team, but that my family is made to feel unsafe since these people were able to see all our possessions. Not a comforting feeling to say the least. Hopefully, the company will be able to figure out who the bad actors are on their team so this does not happen to another family. Until then, I would look elsewhere for your moving needs. I will update this thread upon the completion of the investigations.
