The best! The tour is very informative. You get to go out in the shop and also into the podcast room. You can buy signed front end pieces and race used tires. The employees are the best. Thank you for being open when so many shops arent because of covid. Made our 11 hour drive worth it! Youre the best.

5 stars just to see my husband look like a full grown kid! He was so excited and spent time talking to staff. It may be a little out of the way but worth the time.

Got a great tour of Juniors NASCAR facility. The manager and Jrs daughter Kennedy were awesome hosts!

My 13 year old nephew was impressed so thats saying something right there. Theyve carved a little nook so you can stand inside the shop and get an inside peek..he could have stayed there all day, im glad there was picnic tables outside 😊

Public area was smaller than I expected... but there is a small area to look into the garage area and see cars. They were very friendly and Kelley Earnhardt was passing through and took A minute to talk to my wife... That was greatly appreciated!

This is my favorite race shop to visit, although I live about 15 miles from it I try to visit whenever Im in the area and hopefully one day Ill get to meet Dale Jr.!

Absolutely loved our visit!! Was kind of bummed we couldnt do the tour, but i guess thats covid for ya. Anyways, reasonably priced memorabilia and above and beyond customer service. I was seriously like a child in a candy store. Will definitely be back

Nice shop/ store, small viewing window compared to other shops, smaller gift shop as well, we did get to meet Kelley Earnhardt Miller. Even though she had just walked in for the morning She was super nice and let us take pictures and asked us how we were enjoying the shop, very pleasant experience

Jr Motorsports Is a Great Place Stop and Walk Thru

It was mostly a store. There was a small viewing window.

Huge Dale Jr fan. So much so that even though vacation had nothing to do with Jr or NASCAR, I researched to find that my vacation destination brought me to within 4 hours of Jr Motorsports. I decided to make the trek, as I considered this sacred ground. Upon my arrival I found what was a small, small gift shop with tshirts, whiskey river attire, some diecast, etc. Not a race car to be seen. Not a DJD set to be seen. Just a small, small gift shop. Extremely disappointed for the 8 hour round trip to be in and out in less than 30 minutes, and that was dragging it out.

This place is like nascars version of Graceland for me. I talked with the ladies in the shop for about an hour, got to see Jrs nationwide series wrangler car up close and you can see the whole shop. O took tons of pictures and had a great time. The girls in the shop were fantastic and extremely friendly. Loved my trip here.

Didnt meet expectations 😕

Stopped today to see shop and take the tour as shown on their website. We were told to take three steps through the door and look at. There were no tours until months later and the lady in gift shop was uninterested or regretful there was nothing to see.Dont waste your time. Go to Joe Gibbs Racing a few miles from there. It was interesting and appreciated our dropping by.

Awesome prices, just a cool place to visit

Although its a good shop, its lacking in visitor amenities. To view the shop, theres a propped open door with a rope barrier. Photography is not allowed in the shop. The gift shop is small. The staff is very friendly and engaging. I was hoping for more of an experience, but I guess Xfinity shops dont have the money for the fan experience. Definitely go and see it, but dont expect to see much from the Earnhardt legacy (trophies, pictures, etc).

The JR Motorsports facility was fantastic! Awesome gift shop and the lady behind the counter was very helpful! There is an awesome location in the shop for visitors to view the cars being worked on! Cant wait to go back!

Id have to say Im pretty disappointed. Nothing to see here. Everything closed for the fake virus. All you can do is buy shirts. I can do that from my home.

This was awesome! Highly recommend going on a Thursday or Friday and taking the tour. Everyone was super friendly. Loved it.

Very nice store

Very disappointed in the new structure inside. My family and I always enjoyed being able to view the radio show live. Part of the enjoyment and reasoning for our visits along with buying from the gift shop.

Small, but full gift shop. Staff is A+. Also as a plus seen a couple drivers there as well.

Really great experience. The employees were really nice. Some of the guys coming to and from the garage were very friendly. Merchandise was not as high as some of the other shops. Only thing missing was Dale Jr.

Its a very nice place and the lady at the front desk is very very nice. Jr actually showed up as we were getting ready to leave so we got a pic and a autograph. Very cool!

First off, Aunt Cathy, the gift shop and looking into the shop excellent. The receptionist Renee is by far the rudest human being I have ever met. Dale was there yesterday and literally I just wanted to hand a painting I worked months on to him as he went into the studio to record, but you cut my husband off mid sentence and said I cant help you. I have dealt with her once previously and same thing I can’t help you. I totally get you get asked where’s Dale when will he be there etc and you can’t tell anyone I GET THAT. I respect his privacy. Completely... but his car was out front, Gus in the office, and was told he was there and couldn’t even hand him something I poured a ton of time into and wanted to hand to the man that I got to work with, greatly influenced my career and inspires my son. I’d understand if I came in there dressed in Dale Jr stuff, wanted a picture, autographs etc and got turned away... but a local dressed normal, didn’t want anything from the man, has tact and manners...maybe would have said sit here in the lobby and if he wants he will stop and you can hand it to him. I hope race fans big and small read this and steer clear of the receptionist so they may have a pleasant experience at JR. Thank you for your time. (PS not commenting because she told me something I didn’t want to hear, posting it due to the complete untactful, rude and unprofessional manner in which she answered my husband)

Friendly staff. The shop is well organized and has a good selection of sizes and variety. Its fun to see Dirty Mo radio recording studio there and being able to look into the garage and see cars being worked on.

First time visitor today. Jr Motorsports has a great facility to view the garage and a wide selection in gift shop. Wax replica stands in shop too/photo op. We enjoyed our visit.

Large shop...lots to see and shop for!! My wife was loving all there was to choose from. My son wanted to take home a set of used tires from Watkins Glen!! He was loving all of it.

Enjoyed touring the shop area and seeing what goes into keeping the cars on the track. Loved it.

Lots of stuff to see. Where they build race cars. Lots of die cast not only from Junior but from all the JR Motorsprts drivers. His radio booth. Several other souvenirs and there are several different hero cards aka postcards..Very nice place to visit.

Dale Jr has a great shop here. The Lady (forgive me for not knowing your name) at the check out was soooo sweet and helpful. I will definitely come back here.

I️ won tickets to meet dale jr after winning I️ could not go. The staff tried very hard to accommodate me! Which I️ thought was amazing considering they owed me nothing!.

Dale Jr fans dont miss his garage! Great items, watch the garage from a huge glass window as they work on the xfinity cats (previously the nationwide series). There was a wax statue of Dale Jr so u can take pix with his double. Lots of fun

My family and I were visiting NC and decided that we had to go by Jrs compound since we were so close to it and were very impressed with the facility....we also found out that he had been in that morning and we missed possibly seeing him by a few hours. The ladies in the shop up front were very kind and helpful to us Texans and asked all the questions we had. Seeing Jr. would have been an awesome experience, but we werent expecting it anyway. We also visited his Dads place a few miles away, but it was not as exciting....maybe a lot of Srs stuff is at the Hall of Fame....just was not as impressed. Still glad we went to both while we were there.

This place, even for someone who isnt really big on NASCAR was fun for a visit. Theres a gift shop for all the fans and they seem to cater to their guys a lot. Most of all, I was really impressed with what is basically a production line for some of the big name cars based around one of the biggest racing dynasties in the sport. Having worked in production albeit on different platforms myself, I really liked their setup and the level of organization they used. It appears as though the managers have some lean and efficient practices.

Love this place! We went during the off-season so they were low on items at the time, but great variety and nice staff.

A great introduction to what a legitimate NASCAR Xfinity garage looks like. There is plenty of merchandise to buy as well as viewing space to see the cars the teams are actively working on. I really enjoy that this is one of the few race shops open on a Saturday.

Receptionist was very helpful and pleasant.
