Great Sweet Frog location! Toppings were fresh and no mixed toppings. Waffle cone was pleasantly fresh, clean bathrooms, clean tables, clean floors. Staff was perky and cheerful.

The froyo is great but the hospitality not so much. The girls were rude didn’t say a word to us and only looked at their phones the whole time.

Fabulous treat, very clean & safety conscious. Great frozen yogurt selection, lots of delicious toppings. I will return often.

Website says closes at 10pm. Paper sign says closes at 9:30pm. Sign says open but the doors are locked at 9:25pm????? 5 patrons hungry for ice cream, 12 patrons eating ice cream outside. Sounds like a missed op to make money.....yes, I wanted an ice cream🤔😐😁

Shout out to Sweet Frog in Mooresville. I saw a post the other day about Sweet Frog and how they are really struggling during the pandemic. I took the kids today to support them and also bought a gift card for future use.I was impressed with their sanitation and cleanliness. You must wear a mask, sanitize your hands and wear disposable gloves while at the food area.Yall Id hate to see this local business close. These are local families. We need to shop local now more than ever. Please support this awesome place!

Location has very minimal flavors. Cashier seemed annoyed when we asked for whipped cream. Lacked in customer service.

My wife and I visited this location today and I just had to comment on how clean this store was and the young lady at the counter was super friendly great experience on this rainy day 😊

Not one sign in the building states it only takes 20 dollar bills or lower, so after i made 5 ice cream cups for me and my kids and went to pay the total was $30 dollars I tried to pay with a $50 and was told they couldnt accept it. So instead of letting us pay they had to throw away all 5 cups of ice cream. If this is a rule it should be put somewhere in building.

After a bit of a mix up on the times they were open. I had corporate reach out to me and apologize for the mix up. However, the manager was even more amazing as he provided me with a personalized email and asked me to come in and meet him in person. I have not had the chance to yet but he was very caring and sincere. Great customer service after a mix up with hours on a special day.

Love this place . Its yogurt , its healthier, they have lots of flavors & a wide assortment of toppings . Great for kids especially .

I take my fiance down here all the time to Sweet Frog personally I only LOVE their apple and sea salt caramel. SO GOOD. little expensive but its unique quality you wont find else where. Go try it. You wont regret a healthy cold ice cream yogert.

I do enjoy coming to Sweet Frog. Sanitation and cleanliness is an a-plus-plus. Friendly staff will always a. Friendly staff with a smile. The only thing I ask is if there was a little bit more of a different flavor each week seems like everytime I come in there its always the same flavor how about a little bit of variety thats about it

Amazing treat for you and loved ones! A little pricey but what isnt anymore. Many different flavors and toppings to choose from, only negative is when my cup is empty and I have to leave.

My daughter loves to go. Tons of toppings for the frozen yogurt. My favorite flavor is mango. They give you a little cup to try samples
