This was a good visit to the coffee shop. The people are friendly and will help you decide which beverage is for you. Thats what counts. Many places serve coffee. I go to coffee places for the people interaction. As a side note, there was inclement weather coming, but I was allowed to make myself comfortable outside before the rain came. I will be back.

Love their smoothies with flavored popping pearls. Also has a variety of bubble teas, Menu has a large selection of hot and cold teas and coffees. Small location with limited inside seating. Outstanding customer service.

I really like The Daily Grind of Mooresville. My kids and I went for boba tea and it was really delicious. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the cashier was very friendly.

The coffee was good, but the service not so much. I was on a time crunch trying to get to work and the baristas didnt greet me till I said hello and then made me wait 5 minutes while they talked behind the counter before even taking my order. Customer service needs to come first and if you are backed up and need a few minutes that is the first thing you say when I first walk in the door...not 5 minutes later as I wait.

Our barista was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and had a great sense of humor. She also makes the best cup of coffee around.

Not my favorite place to go, I only go if a friend asks to. Theyre boba is okay, just usually flavorless. Aparently they have milk tea now but I havent been to see. Unless the milk tea is what Ive been getting the few times I visited. I got a coffee once and that was also flavorless. Its a cute place otherwise.

Yikes. Coffee is never the same no matter who makes it. Just not a fan, better options for the cost. Espresso isn’t tamped right and so there’s an off taste. Better training would probably help but who knows. Doesn’t seem like the place to take criticism very well

Friends of ours had recommended the Daily Grind and I’m so glad they did. This is a true gem! The coffee is smooth and delicious! I love the dark roast and the espresso. The staff is welcoming and friendly. We will defiantly be stopping in again soon.

Yesterday was my first time going to The Daily Grind and I was very impressed. I am honestly shocked at the negative reviews. The place was SPOTLESS, had ample seating and the barista was wearing a mask the entire time. Mine and my daughter’s drinks were delicious and we will be regulars going forward.

We love the Daily Grind. WHAT A FANTASTIC MOORESVILLE GEM! My family and I attend more than one time a week and we have not had any issues. Each time we have arrived, the staff has properly been wearing their masks and following all state safety guidelines. In addition, the staff has always been welcoming and friendly. I have visited a few times where newer employees were on duty. They did great, as long as you are patient with them, remember everyone is new at some point, be kind people.The staff is able to get creative with unique and yummy beverages, unlike the local competition the owner allows them to explore flavors and options for their customers. The Daily Grind is a great place for families and/or school age kids to hang out in a safe and hip environment. The pricing there is much lower than the local competition and they run specials daily for speciality drinks. On occasion, the owner has been there and was beyond friendly with us and always asks for our feedback. Its nice to go to a place where everyone knows your name. I personally love the punch card option too, its great for frequent visitors. Remember to support local!

I wish you were allowed to give 0 stars. I came in on Wednesday noticed employees aren’t required to be sanitary and have their hair pulled back. Also touching their phones and things then straight to making a drink without washing hands...”New” location is cool but very oddly decorated. Just overall grossed out by the cleanliness and lack of COVID precautions

This is a great little coffee shop stop. They have all the usuals and really delicious smoothies. Frozen and iced Frappuccinos quite delicious as well. Also really excited to try the boba tea. This place is high five highly recommended!

I went there a few weeks ago for the first time and i enjoyed their smoothies but found that they separated quickly. Today i got a vanilla milk tea with tapioca pearls, the tea tasted like powdered drink mix and water. We got another drink and it tasted the same. The boba pearls were crunchy and either under or over cooked, or simply old. We took one sip and threw it away and went elsewhere. They also dont wear masks and touch their faces. I was quite disappointed.

Stopped in to try their nitro coffee. While it does taste good, I wouldnt exactly call this a nitro?

Really gross. Look behind the counter, fridge is always covered in dry milk. They never seem to clean their frappe machine. Several occasions I have gotten moldy pastries. Coffee taste different everytime you go. Just clearly dirty. Save yourself a trip, drinks are also very expensive. I mean they even use store bough flavored coffee creamer. Come on.Many of their good reviews are actually the owners and their family members lol

Very disappointed. Employees do not wear masks or seem to clean up after themselves. Drinks are not impressive. Flavor of the day is always gross 🤷🏻‍♀️ Not much else to say. Seems to be going downhill unfortunately

Probably the best coffee in Mooresville. Great atmosphere. They really help you figure out how you like your coffee and are super friendly. Love bringing my daughter, as they always treat us both amazing ❤️

Good coffee but heads up they arent requiring masks inside and none of the workers wear any sort of facial covering. Pretty disappointed.

Unfortunately, our favorite coffee and bubble tea place has joined team COVID-19. We visited this morning around 10:45 am. The young lady at the counter was very friendly, but was not wearing a mask. We four were wearing our masks and so we asked why she had no mask on. She informed us that the employees there are not required to wear them. We promptly exited... past two customers who were entering WITH NO MASKS ON! So step right up for your coffee flavored COVID-19 everyone!

Ran in to get a bite after the sheriff office and before I get on 77 where there is a back up for no reason. Didn’t wanna drive an hour hungry. Good food, the only problem are that people are not wearing their mask.
