My daughter Ali Sullivan and I drove over 3 hrs and 1/2 to meet Des and all her Employees on the first shop!! It was such a pleasure to meet Des that day and her hubby , Jake .We had a blast !! Register was giving her fits but we stayed right there and everyone was so Patient. It was All Worth it !! That was like 2 or 3 years ago. It just keeps getting better !!! Des is a Upstanding Honest Hardest worker I know in this business. She has worked her tail feathers off. She wouldnt ask you to do something that she wouldnt do .She is Fun loving. Shes not just a great business owner but a Super Momma! We all Cheered and cried with them,, when the adoption of Kai went thru. Tears of Joy for them!! Now they have Aspyn to Complete their Family. Buy from small business. Youll never Regret at all, buy from Des. Can she not pick out the Best clothes, Shoes, Hats, Jewlery pjs ,Corky Boots and Corky like Canvas shoes. Des sells about anything and everything. We can sit in our home know were in great hands with Des . Thank you Jesus my new Consealed weapon First purse . Oh my gosh its insane Good. Absolutely πŸ’― Gorgeous Purse. Last but not least She makes all her followers including me and my daughter look like we just walked off the walkway. Great quality of everything Des sells!! Youll not be sorry, I promise. We just love her and the Family and her Bestie Misty who is her side kick.. she also works her tail feathers off. ❀ πŸ’— β™₯ The employees are Super sweet and very helpful. Desiree is an amazing woman, mother and wife who is absolutely killing it!!! Her clothes are high quality, super trendy and so comfortable! I LOVE everything I own from here! I have been waiting 5 months on a refund for merchandise that was never shipped (in my opinion). The owner has been extremely unpleasant to deal with, both by email (beacause she would never respond) and by phone (when I was finally able to reach her!).I feel she has been dodging me to avoid having a conversation, because she is an absolute con artist. She has been so rude and unprofessional! When she just so happened to answer and I said I know this is you Desiree, I know your voice she proceeded to HANG UP on me!! I knew it was her, because I had already driven all the way up to the store just to get her to speak with me regarding this matter. At which time she promised and reassured me a refund was already issued.ALL LIES! DO NOT TRUST HER! Nor this business or her employees. BUYER BEWARE!Now, I get cussed out when I call and am told that I need to get a life! They have no souls.

Customer service is horrible. Order on 4/6 a pre order taking forever. Keeps saying will ship, on the way. I doubt it is. Said we can use our face covers as headbands. Please!! By the time they get here, as now no longer required where I’m at. I ask a question on their fb page. But of course all the followers yell at me. I accidentally over ordered didn’t realize the first transaction went through. Still wouldn’t refund. Has thousands of customers. One refund will not hurt them. Not a small boutique by far. Mean, Angry, Rude people. I’ve been patient. But this by far is ridiculous!! I would like to give -stars.

I live in NY, and ordered some Christmas gifts. Communication was excellent and items arrived on time and as described. Definitely one of my favorite stores to shop online with.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. My mom came in to purchase a Bogg bag from there and had the bag in her hand to purchase. The cashier was checking someone else out as she waited. When the cashier finished checking out that customer, my mom placed the Bogg bag on the counter for purchase. The owner came by and took the bag away and told my mom she could not buy the bag. The owner informed my mom that she had just received an order online for that bag and then asked my mom if she had paid for the bag yet after the owner had taken it from her. We will never come back to that store again.

Last May, I purchased a large bag. I didn’t use it until the end of June / first of July. I only used a time or two. I had not overloaded the bag, but when I picked it up, the straps broke. On July 2nd, I sent an email, with a picture. I was advise they would check their stock. But they would be going to Atlanta the next week and would see the β€œbag man”.I never heard anything so I followed up. No response. On January 31 I followed up. I did get a response shortly after that confirming the bag in question. I responded that is was,On April 28th, I sent a follow up email because I had not received a response from February. Still no response. May 26, (1 year from the time of purchase), I followed up again and received a standard β€œcanned response”..I followed up again on June 22. Wi nbnNn th another canned response. Finally, I received a message June 26th, asking me to resend my request. I followed up with screen shots of my emails. June 26, an employee stated that they would be talking to some of the other employees, but it would be after the weekend. The response I received, for the first time, made reference to a 7 day return policy.Today, I receive a message that stated they looked for a replacement in February, but they had discontinued the pattern. She then went on to say that regarding the refund, I reported the issue outside the 7 day return window.Needless to say, I am not very happy about the level of customer service I received. There is no way, something this simple should have taken this long. If it had been addressed as soon as I reported it, they may have been able to get me a replacement. Now all I have is a damaged bag.If you have no issues, they may be okay. But, resolving, following up with customers, etc., they definitely need to go back into Customer Service training.

I would suggest to buy from any other boutique but this one. Paypal dispute is taking months due to Covid & an order of Judy Blues from Apr 8 has still not been refunded (due to not being received). Store only shipped one TINY envelope (definitely not a pr of jeans) AFTER I contacted paypal dispute. Even then, I told the owner I wanted her to cancel shipment (2 months wait time on an original 11 day delay) & she protested! She tried to say as a business owner she had let go of 90% of her staff) & if I only watched her LIVES I wouldve known of delays. HOWEVER, when youve previously reached out via email & told youll be answered in 3-5 days but that FAILS to happen, you dont want to watch her screech into any video.Shell post updates of a warehouse full of new stuff & weekend glamping trips BUT fails MISERABLY in getting your order delivered. I am waiting for PP to refund my $68 for an order I never received. I will, again, suggest you shop elsewhere... who needs to be told they cannot cancel an order after it is 60+ days late?I *could* understand if it were a return during Covid but this does not apply.I have a 3x5 inch flat envelope unopened per instructions of not accepting returns... HOWEVER, I cancelled even before it left her hands...again, a 3x5 paper thin envelope could not be a pair of jeans. It COULD be a face mask ($11 worth of my $68 order) but I flat out cancelled & have my emails (directly from her) showing my intent on canceling prior to her shipping.She has basically stolen $68 of my money & I must wait for paypal to now decide. Covid has PP backlogged over a month.
