I hired PFC in June, 2020, after I had water damage from my refrigerator.I do not see the point of going in alot of detail, but on the day my flooring was being installed...the day turned into a horrible experience between the flooring crew, the owner Tom, and myself.After that day, I only dealt with Melody, the lady in the office.Melody totally saved the day !! She is so nice, professional and understands the true meaning of customer service and went far and beyond in order to help.Tony also stepped in and was at my home to make sure the rest of the job went well. Frank and Jordan were great to work with also.I cant thank these guys enough! They took a very negative beginning and turned it into a positive ending with a very satisfied customer. I am glad to be giving a good review.

We had new laminate vinyl planks installed downstairs and had our carpets stretched and cleaned upstairs. The flooring looks beautiful and Jordan was very professional to work with. Victor and his crew did a great job on the vinyl, and Tony and his crew did excellent work on the carpets.

Superior craftsmanship! Great work! I was a mill work apprentice years ago and worked for a contractor backed by the Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce for century home restoration. We did 2 homes that were photo-shot for Victorian Magazine but didnt make the cut.Im not sure why a disgruntled employees personal agenda should reflect on a companies craftsmanship. I believe there are always 2 sides to a story and having worked as a foreman in the trades, it can be a rough group of guys.Water Mitigation and Fire Damage coupled with an insurance carrier is a drawn out process. As I researched 14 years ago and recently in separate states, pays a standard rate, its not something anyone bids on, its a flat rate process. End of story.Your deductible payment, your insurance companies payment terms and existing damage you may choose to hold against the person that cleans it up and repairs it are completely separate issues. I am in no way affiliated with TMS, an insurance carrier or any other facet of this business. Im just a very picky, very demanding, very satisfied customer. End of story.

These people know how to make flooring work in your home! I have been to multiple places in Huntersville and Mooresville and this place is the best by far! Tom Was very patient with me and my wife and even helped us with other repairs from a previous water damage that we had. If you have flooring or water damage this is the place you need to be contacting!

Horrible customer service! After my husband called and explained our situation, Michael came out and spent an hour with my husband discussing the job and indicated he would be emailing us soon with a quote. Waited for SEVERAL days, with no word back. My Husband then tried contacting them 3 times!! The 4th time, he was told My guys dont want to do the job, so I didnt put together a quote. So, exactly WHY do we not want to do a job? So, they dont want to do a job AND they dont even have the decency to call us back (with their tail between their legs) to admit their defeat. Would not recommend!

I have had them come in 2 separate times to clean up water damage . They made a most stressful situation so much more bearable .There products they offer are of the most highest quality . There service working with my insurance company went so smoothly with absolutely no problems.Everything was done in a timely manner and there was not a problem when I wanted one more thing done after they left..I would defenttly call them again !I also had them clean my dads rental property carpet , wow ! Clean and a most readable price !Cant say how much I love this company. See micheal pinto . This guy knows his stuff!
