We wanted to support small business when we replaced our floors, and stumbled upon Marion Adams. Their reviews were wonderful, so we went in to pick out our floors. Ken was super helpful and very upfront with costs and quality. We quickly found what we wanted. Ken came out to measure within a few days, and a few days later we had a quote for the job. The installers came and were very knowledgeable and did a WONDERFUL job! The floors are gorgeous! We will definitely go back for whatever flooring we need for future projects!

I love my new flooring. They were very helpful and gave me options that would best fit the look I was going for. The store had a big variety of type of flooring, as well as several options for colors. They were able to explain all my options and the process involved when installing. They made me feel comfortable and I didn’t feel pressured into making a decision. I was able to bring several samples home to see what they would look like in my home before I made a decision. The installation was quick and the end result turned out great!

We entrusted the look of our new home, or at least the floors therein, to Marion Adams, nine years ago and still love how everything looks. Before we even moved in, we had a wall with a curved doorway added in a HUGE entry, to create a study, had the crown molding matched, had the whole interior painted, and FINALLY had MA come in and put in Anderson engineered hardwood throughout most of the house and carpeting in the great room, bedrooms, and hall. In addition, we chose a very low pile payterned carpeting (think hotel lobby) to have them create 3 custom rugs, a very large one for the front entry, and two smaller ones for the door to the garage and to the enclosed patio. I can honestly say I trust MA without any hesitation and that, when the time comes for a change, theyll be the first ones I would consult.

Have used Marion Adams several times in my personal home and it has been excellent every time. Wouldnt think twice about using them again.

Worked with Rollie on a beautiful floor that turned out to have a manufactures defect. Marion Adams made it right with an exchange for a different floor at no cost to us. Chad is the best installer around. Great people to work with!
