We are very pleased with the work Floor Coverings Int. did for us. They have done two jobs one being our kitchen a d dining room floor with a laminate flooring and our living room flooring. In the living room they removed carpet sanded and refinished the Red Oak hard wood floors to their natural color. The work was done quickly and carefully and professionally. Was very responsive to my initial inquiry - had someone out to give me a quote within a few days. Mark was my consultant and he was very knowledgeable, professional and a dog lover - which is always a plus for us pet owners.Had my master and my closet finished in 1 day and took care of all the cleanup. They followed up to make sure I was good with the work and and did an additional walk through and answered all the questions I had. Very satisfied. Definitely would recommend.

After doing my homework online, I chose FCI for purchasing and installation of laminate flooring. They have a huge selection of all grades of flooring. The sales person explained the types of flooring and every aspect of the installation very well, including answering all the questions I had. The price of the product and installation was right in inline with what I expected, and the 650 sqft installation was completed in less than a day and was done very well.

Neal, Pam and the installation teams at Floor Coverings International have worked with us to do 2 floor replacement projects! Neal had a variety of flooring options and did a great job helping us understand product differences and picking the flooring that was right for the various places in our home! The installation scheduling and execution was done within a few weeks! Pam helped with the paper work and followed up on the installations to ensure we were happy. They did a great job installing our entire first floor with hardwood. It looks beautiful. Part of the job was coming back to complete our stairs and railing to match. We didnt hear from them for weeks after the flooring was done and then finally they took our deposit for the stairs. After a month of no responses to phone calls, messages and texts they ended up refunding our deposit and leaving us to figure out what to do with no explanation. I am very disappointed. I even texted our sales person yesterday to tell him what had happened and he never even responded to that.

I was replacing all the carpeted areas with hardwood flooring. The existing hardwood flooring had been discontinued and was no longer available. Floor Coverings International was proactive in finding a supply of the exact flooring and reserved the flooring just in case they were selected. They came on the day they scheduled and was finished within a couple of days. The flooring, walls and surfaces were all cleaned as part of the original price. I could not be happier with this company.

The service and quality were great. They delivered as promised and cleaned up in a very professional way. They even adjusted our door jambs to better fit the new floors. I would use them for any of our flooring needs in the future!

We had our kitchen floor refinished. The floor blends wonderfully with the living room and den floors. The team showed up when promised and on time. The project was completed as promised. The sanding does create dust. Plastic was used to cover and block off room entrances. So there was very little dust outside the kitchen area. The project manager checked on the project each day. The owner visited several times to make sure he was satisfied with the job. We will definitely use Floor Coverings Intl again and would recommend them to everyone.

We really feel the value from these guys. They did a great job and all the bedrooms of the lower house are fresh and new. I feel we got great service at a great price. We will be using them again for our office and den in the future.
