The staff at the Lake Norman location was very well trained, informed, patient and helpful to us in making our first time E-bike purchases.We love the Trek brand of E-bikes. TREK in Mooresville has done well on replacing warranty items and yesterday you guys went above and beyond (Mechanic John). He knew I had plans on riding but my cassette was worn out. As soon as I walked in he took the bike and quickly changed out the cassette, dialed in my shifter/derailleur and I was out of there!! Thank you!

I have only had my bike for a few months but I love it!! Went back looking for a new rack as we are a family of 4 with 4 adult size bikes now and that can be hard to get on a smaller rack. Chris (in Mooresville) was more than helpful and found the rack I wanted and got it to me in just a couple days. The boys at the shop helped me put it on in the freezing rain and was laughing and smiling the entire time. I was on my way with my new beautiful bike rack!! We have gone back looking for more bikes for our family and they are so helpful!! I have been to other bike stores in the surrounding area and if you are not a regular rider you are pretty much laughed at because I dont know a lot about the bikes...not here! Therefore, not only do I love my new Trek bike the employees in Mooresville are awesome and we will continue to go back!

First, it was nice to see all the Trek stores in my area happily working together to get the bike i was looking for and to make sure I was happy at the end of the day.Next, after a few weeks, I was able to get the bike i wanted and it wasnt until halfway through my interaction that I found out it was the owner waiting on me. As a former franchise owner, I love it when an owner takes pride and is humble to wait on clients daily and stayed well after closing and not once looked at a clock. It was me that pointed out we were after 5pm.I received not only tips for maintaining my bike, but also what to look out for in the coming weeks, months and years. I was also encouraged to contact the store and owner by call or email for any issue that may arise.I had purchased different small biking bits and pieces and always had a quick, easy and pleasurable experience. It was nice to see that regardless of what I was purchasing, I was always made to feel important to those that worked there.Definitely one of the best customer oriented businesses in and around Charlotte, NC.Thanks.

Been using Trek Mooresville for awhile now and always great service ! I use a high tech light weight wheelchair with Spinergy carbon fiber rims with titanium push rings to give you perspective. I have been buying Trek Bikes for decades now: 1997 Trek 1200, 2009 Trek Equinox TTX 9.5, 2015 Trek Emonda SLR 9, 2018 Trek Madone SLR 9. These machines are well designed, reliable and a pleasure to ride. Most importantly the customer service is impeccable. They stand behind their product. I got my Project 1 Team issue Emonda frame replaced under warranty 5 years out! I highly recommend Nathan Vasiloffs Trek of Charlotte in Mooresville. You can always get bikes online from an unknown site outside of your area for small savings, but you will never get the incredible service at your local bike shop that comes with purchasing the products there! If you want quality and amazing support: chose local, chose Trek of Lake Norman.

Overall experience was great! BUT HAD NO IDEA THIS TREK STORE EVEN EXISTED!!! I have gone in and out of the shopping center a million times going to Lowe’s Food and NYC Bagel. No signage what so ever! Would of definitely come into the store to shop years ago had I known you were right here...but had no idea. Trek of CLT Lake Norman, one of the best customer service experiences ever. The team there was super attentive and very helpful. I was looking for a specific bike for my daughter. They said they had one in a box but would have it together by the time I arrived as I was driving from an hour away.

I came in for a repair and I found excellent service and everyone was very professional. My bike was fixed super fast and their prices are great... this was my first time in but won’t be the last.

I brought my bike tires there to get replaced, and they had to order a part, which had a delayed shipment. Due to the delay, they were very apologetic and offered a discount on the tires and labour. Il glad they were able to offer that, and they have otherwise very good bike service and customer service.

This was the second time we had brought a bike in for service (two different bikes) and we were very pleased with both experiences. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our bikes were ready to go within just a few days both times. We will be back in the future!

I was looking for spin class shoes. No one sold them in store. I knew I would get the wrong size if I ordered online. Alex D (according to my receipt) is awesome. He measured to make sure I got the right size. He told me all about the shoes. My first spin class was last night and it worked well. Other people in the class have the shoes but were envious of mine.

I have an older Trek bike, which has a smaller than standard tire size (26), however, they still had the inner tube I needed in stock. Excellent service.

Just moved to the area and had a new bike that our little one got for Christmas. It was having some chain issues so I brought it to Trek as my sister said they were nice people. I know nothing about bikes and walked in explaining the situation. The guy there stopped working on the bike he had in front of him and helped me get my bike inside and immediately looked it all over making some adjustments. Worked on it for 15min or so and had it working flawlessly in no time. When I asked what I owe his basically said, welcome to the area and please just keep visiting us for your future bike needs. I have to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Cool Breeze Cyclery in Mooresville! Yesterday, I realized, on my way to ride at Lake Norman State Park, that I had forgotten to re-install my pedals on my mountain bike. At that point, I was about 30-35 minutes from my home and I was meeting a friend at the trailhead. I pulled into Cool Breeze Cyclery and they let me borrow a used set of pedals and saved the day!!! While I have patronized this store a time or two in the past, it is certainly not my local store due to lack of proximity to my home and work. Just more proof that mountain bikers are some of the best people Ive ever met. Thanks again, Cool Breeze!

Friendly and experienced staff. A gentleman talked to me about a X-Caliber 7, discussing the best size frame for me and the specs about the bike. Test rode it in the parking lot. Walked out with a amazing bike for the price. The gentleman who helped me gave me the name of a MTB trail ( Shermans branch ), which was the perfect trail to ride my new bike ( feels like a beast, very fast also ), this MTB trail is now my favorite.The store has a great selection on all bikes, along with great prices.Even though this location is a little over an hour away from me, i will be coming back in the future.Thank you.

I would suggest Cool Breeze Cyclery and Trek Bike Storfe of Charlotte to anyone interested in purchasing a Trek or Cervelo bicycle. The staff is professional, friendly, knowledgable, and down right awesome! The product is leagues above the competition, and the folks at the stores are wizards with the technology. I just cant say enough good things about these people. I have four Trek bicycles, and three were purchased at this store. They have earned a customer for life in me.

The quality of service, the attention to detail and their patience impressed me so much that there was no question where I would buy my next bike when the time comes.That time came in Feb 2011 when I decided the TREK Madone 5.2 would make a pretty special BD present for me. I purchased this bike from the good folks at the Cool Breeze Cyclery store in Mooresville.
