Only frustrating part is how long in takes to check in. Sign on the window says Dont knock on window. We see u standing there.... We get a bell or something then bc we stand at the window forever before someone approaches to take care of us. Theyll sit there and avoid us for as long as they want b4 they even acknowledge whos at the window. Nobody has time for that. Truckers gotta go

My appointment was 10:30 AM today. Arrived at 10:10, got into door at 10:18, Done at 11:05. Quick and pleasant staff! 5 stars 🌟!!

11am delivery appointment and out by 11:35am. Fast unload time and friendly staff. Only thing no restrooms available to drivers.

Not a bad place to work but they a reality check the machines are old as dirt and they expect it to run like it’s brand new... they gets mad wen the machines breaks down who get mad at cans.....I’m so glad I don’t work there anymore they wasn’t going to stress me out over some cans that’s going to be there

So glad Im retired(Yaay!) and dont work there anymore! My experience was that it was a very hostile work environment. They treat good employees very bad 😔

I’m working on a business venture and still in the planning stages. I called to ask some general questions, the lady was So informative and helpful. Even once she realized that they might not be the right fit for me, she still gave me suggestions on what could work. That right there, some folks would have just been in a hurry to get off the phone when they realized they couldn’t make money with me. She genuinely helped me and I thank you!!

This is my place of work i make energy drinks as well as sparkling water.

Worst experience ever. The guy at the counter doesnt know if the delivery is for them or not. We reached a night before, the lady said she will let us know when to unload, and never came till we asked them in morning. And in morning the guy there said its not their delivery, and then we went to other carolina building, they sent us back here. And then the lady agreed its their delivery. Waste of time. Our other delivery got delayed because of them. And we got stuck because of weekend and long holidays. Dont ever give them business.

They were quick in unloading... full 20 pallets 35 minutes

Arrived at 0500 for an 0600 unload appointment. Was empty with bol in hand at 0630.guard was professional and polite.told to break seal,slide tandems to rear,easy docks.lots of room.no overnight parking available, driver lounge has tables,vending and microwave. 1 star taken away because of port a potty.id almost rather s$!@ in the woods! And sign isnt lit and address isnt on building, making it easy to pass.

If I was able to use NO stars I would ! Melissa Beaver is the most unprofessional supervisor there communication and customer service wise . Makes company look very disgusting! I really believe she’s racist . Will find another provider!

Please, drivers. Invest in a modern GPS or call for directions. Super Sport Drive is NOT off Catalina road off I-77 exit 33. That is a residential area and a dead end. Even if you use the outdated GPS units, the NO TRUCKS sign and the narrow residential road should be your FIRST CLUE! Dont be this guy (see pictures) He got so flustered he ran into yards backing up and then took out a light pole at a gas station on the way to the correct location! That damaged his truck enough to get stuck in the middle of an intersection. USE AN UPDATED GPS OR CALL FOR DIRECTIONS!

In and out in less than 30 minutes, super fast unloading, no parking outside the warehouse but they will take you in earlier, will love to come back.

Prompt checked in unloaded signed documents and released I wish they were all that easy

I delivered here at least 3 times. Every single time I tried to check in, there was no one in the shipping office. I had to wait and see an employee outside so I can ask them to call whoever is supposed to be in the shipping office. No restroom for us the drivers. Just a plastic shitbox at parking lot outside, like were some filthy animals that dont deserve to use a normal restroom.

Im a truck driver had to pick up a load at their new warehouse they make you sit inside a little room with NO AIR no windows wont let you leave the door open wont let you use there restroom.... One older man at drivers sign in window is so HATEFUL and just rude!!!!! Will never pick up here again ..... They have no care or respect for truck drivers!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS HELL HOLE! 12 hour shifts, in a box with no windows intensive manufacturing work barely a lunch break, extremely rude coworkers.

Mostly everything friendly employees most of them and just great work environment to join the team

The ramp scares me without BIG CHOCKS but Robert is very helpful and their hoses have male or female fittings that inter change and saved my butt today. Thanks.

Too much favoritism between plant manager heratio & BL1 C shift machine operator PATRICK JOINER!was recently let go for not wanting to work line BL1 being that the machine operator doesnt work & is very disrespectful and I wasnt dealing with it.Higher authority needs to come in & view this place or have something set up to where they can see whats going on.
