I love all the people here. They are straight to the point, no cutting corners. They really put customers first, they want us happy because happy customers are returning customers (which I will always go to Midas). They are also friendly and talk to you with respect, dignity, and compassion. Plus they always ask before they start a repair with the estimate, it’s really nice to see that in a business.

I only needed a brake light switch and my girlfriend and I had a friends car and only had it for a certain time. I know one of the employees, a very nice lady, went out of her way to get the part before the store closed. Just so we could get it fixed before we gave the car back. If you need work on your car go to the Midas in mooresville they will make sure your car is done right.

This location is absolutely the best! My car had broke down right outside one day in the summer with my daughter. They not only worked me in that day but worked through their lunch to help us! Recently, I bought a used vehicle and they helped us assess it and develop a game plan to move forward with all repairs needed while providing Excellent customer service and support. I could not express how amazing my personal experience has been with this company.

I pulled up 20 minutes after they closed, the manager was obviously ready to go home after a long day but he still took the time to check my tire for me. He represented your company in a fantastic way and gave me piece of mind for my drive home. Thank you again.

I DONT WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS!! Ill never take my car back here.... Ive been a loyal customer for over a year and in the last 7 weeks they totally messed my car up!!! I paid 1825 to fix it and they caused more damage than was originally there! And after several attempts to make it right im now taking the car elsewhere!!! DONT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS!!!I went here just this morning after coming from a trusted mechanic who told us exactly what was wrong with my car and what needed to be replaced but was kind and said it may be cheaper for me to go somewhere else since they would need to order the part and even printed off a work order sheet I can show to whatever mechanic I went to so they would know exactly what was wrong. I called midas (twice to make sure) and both estimates were around $150-$185 for the flex pipe that needed to be replaced, and $385 MAX if the other piping was damaged (which it wasnt). So I made an appointment to come in and agreed to the $185 for the flex pipe I needed fixed. I bring it in this morning to get fixed and pointed to the paper the trusted garage gave me saying it was just the flex pipe that needed fixed and nothing else and the manager agreed and confirmed it was ONLY the flex pipe. I get a call 2 hours later and she said it would be a bit more than the quoted price, and thats when she told me it would be $759.67. Dumbfounded I told her that that wasnt at all close to the quote I was told, when I originally called midas they said $150-$185 but could be $385 MAX if the piping around it was broken. She then told me they put my quote in as $600 and added things to be fixed that I didnt ask for, AND THEN DIDNT EVEN FIX WHAT WAS WRONG!! They also broke my O2 sensor and removed a pipe WITHOUT ASKING FIRST instead of calling me about about the changes before they did it. The good reviews for this place must just be fake or from small town people who are buddy buddy, but from someone who isnt from the tiny town THEY WILL SCAM YOU just like they did to me and the other people who left horrible reviews. Their service is unacceptable and will try to cheat you out of money!! They should feel ashamed of themselves.

Though this place is a little higher priced than the other places you can be assured that they have a Nationwide warranty to back up whatever work you have them do.

Terrible customer service, none of the front desk employees are wearing masks. They tried to charge me a significant amount for an oil change and did not mention that there was a $20 coupon available. I stated the only reason I went there was for what is advertised online for a $20 oil change. There should be contingencies stated explicitly in their advertisements, or they should honor the online pricing. Their employees could use a lesson on professionalism in the midst of a pandemic.

I had my front brake pads and rotors changed as well as an oil change. Turns out rotors on my car are pretty expensive. Bill did everything within his ability to get me the lowest price he could, and after price checking was slightly cheaper than his competitors. Best customer service I have recieved from a local shop even going as far as to drop me off at my house (about 5 minutes away) so I didnt have to walk in the cold weather.

So I needed the flex pipe on my car replaced. They quoted me $200 for a $33 part. Thats outrageous. I didnt wait around for them to tell me what labor was.

Bill Adams, the manager, took amazing care of me and my Jeep!! I work across the street from the a Mooresville location and he came and got my Jeep to do an estimate, when it was time to do the work, he gave me a ride home and when something didn’t seem right after the work was finished, they got it right in and got it taken care of no charge to me!! I definitely recommend these guys to anyone that needs work done!! They really care about the customer and make sure the work gets done right!!

They had my car for 2 days and never called. When I finally got an estimate it was outrageous! The wanted me to pay 358 dollars to put my window back on track! When I nicely declined and picked up my car they were so rude to me said they arent putting my inside door panel back on even though I didnt even ask them. I heard decent things about this midas store so I drove from Indianapolis to mooresville just to see and obviously it must be a small town kindness to people they know cause I sure didnt get the same treatment! Poor service, over priced!!!

After 3 mechanics not knowing why my oil light was coming on.... my Midas man knew right away.4 mechanics had no idea why my front windshield was leaking....my Midas man knew right away. They dont do windshields but showed me the issue. Ive got my car in & getting fixed right.Thanks Mooresville Midas Man

Well after having my truck three days and almost $1200 later it’s still not fixed correctly. Over $700 on the first visit, picked it up and the parking brake wouldn’t set and the truck about rolled away. Second visit was told it was stretched parking brake cables, just over another $400 for that. Got called Saturday night and they said everything was fixed. Just picked the truck up(Sunday morning they were closed) and can say yes the brake pedal feels much better but the truck will still roll away with the parking brake set. I can appreciate a couple things, while being helpful towards some of the cost and working late (after hours) on my truck that’s all great but it’s still not correct. Noticed also when I picked the truck up this morning my door panel was broken where my power window buttons are. I only went here based off the reviews I’ve read but will say I will not be back. Nice people and all but being nice doesn’t fix brakes!

They have always taken care of me at this location just remember if u let your cars issue go til it breaks down then you are going to be out money no matter where u take it but they are very good on there prices.
