This Michaels is my favorite. The staff is knowledgeable and always ready to help. They always have a wide selection of products. I’d drive the extra few miles to go to this one.

The stores associates were too busy stocking shelves to bother helping customers, and several aisles were completely blocked by stockers. When we were ready to leave there were 4 different groups in line before a second cashier was called to the front. The service was the worst Ive ever received in this particular store. I will probably do more of my shopping at Hobby Lobby, which is just as close to my home, but more customer driven.

I enjoy getting my crafting needs from Micheals they have a large variety and friendly customer service

The employees in this store are extremely kind and do not Hoover over you as you shop. I was in this store for quite sometime and they were polite and helpful.

Michaels is a crafters paradise! I definitely feel like within the last couple of years their prices have reached those of Hobby Lobby, without quite reaching the quality or the cyclical sales. But you can still find great things if you shop the sale prices!

Staff is extremely helpful, store would be 5 of 5 but I think they are a bit understaffed. Thats on management not the excellent staff they do have.

Michaels is a good craft supply store, the staff is generally helpful, and there are usually coupons available on line. My last visit was a bit rough, but I happened to do my shopping on inventory day. I still found what I needed, and was promptly checked out with no issues despite my coupons and gift cards. I will be back.

Love Michaels..bigger store than ours, better selection mostly. Staff is always nice too.

All the jewelry supplies I need at a good price

In a very busy strip mall area. Very convenient to get to. Ample amount of parking. Staff is friendly, but they are usually very busy serving customers. Sometimes, it may take extra minutes. They are very well-stocked for your arts and craft.

I was disappointed in the selection of coloring books here at this location. There werent that many and the ones they had for adults were very advanced. I was looking for a coloring book that wasnt as challenging for an adult. The ones they had were cool to look at and beautifully illustrated but a little too hard for a beginner. I wish they had more to choose from.They had a great selection of low end and high end colored pencils and different price points. I didnt know that colored pencils could be so expensive.Very helpful costumer service. The woman who helped me walked me to the section when I asked for the location in the store.

Scrape booking, oil painting, and embellishments for jewelry making......Whether you are looking for items to complete your own crafts or something already made...GO to Michaels and my bet is that you will fine it was there.... Ive been in this store 3 times in the past week and the customer service has been beyond poor! The manager whose name starts with a P (older with blonde hair) is the rudest person Ive ever encountered. Also, your online pick up customers shouldnt be treated like their business is undesirable.

This store always makes shopping a pleasant experience. Clean. Friendly staff. Great sales. And every time I go here there is always something new to see.

Michaels craft store was hopping with holiday shoppers. They always have what I need for my crafting sessions and I was in Awl with the Christmas decorations!

The amount of stars I would give depends on who is at the register. Theres one older woman who never lets me use my coupons and is always complaining about working there... I always try to avoid her register but somehow always end up at it. If shes working then I give Michaels 3 stars... If anyone else is at the register then I give Michaels 4 or 5 stars. They say that they get shipments in every Tuesday, but there have been items that easily took 2 weeks to get in.

I went in today looking for the $4 Grab Bags that I have people all over the country opening to find all kinds of stuff. My local store only had boxes that were very obviously the Crayola Paint Maker. But because of the grab bag implication, i incorrectly assumed that there would be a plethora of non Crayloa paint making supplies. Silly me. NEVER AGAIN!

It seemed I was in the way of the employees constantly. I was nearly plowed into a couple of times. I found what I was looking for however it was more than I was willing to pay. I did find it at Joanns much cheaper!

The staff at Michaels always is helpful for all my diy projects and offer great suggestions. Curbside pickup is available at this location as well!

Seemed too crowded aisles too close. Not too much merchandise for fall. Already advertising Christmas.I have seen other stores with a variety of easy to do projects.

I love Michaels... BUT I was beyond mad, when I bought items and couldnt use a coupon because it wasnt valid until later that day. The cashier told me to come back after 3 with my receipt and they will honor the coupon. I drove 40 minutes back to honor it, just to find put they now wouldnt let me and told me the cashier made the mistake. Wasted my time. They should have honored it anyways.

Great deals on picture frames of all sizes. When in season, they carry a large selection of Halloween and Christmas craft projects / decorations. Found a new (retro style) plastic snowman blow mold during my last visit!

Very delightful staff and is reasonably stocked. The photo frame section through me off a bit as it took me a while to find the correct frames I needed given that the frames were listed in one place online but was actually in a completely different area hidden away.

I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of florals we found at Michaels. We were able to find everything we wanted for several wreaths and vase fillers. Very satisfied.

Employees are friendly, everything is accessible, and always a go to for materials.

I was stressed out and rushing to get a frame for my fiancés wedding present 2 days before the wedding. I got Lorraine at the cash register and she was polite, funny, and engaging. I had left a coupon at home and she let me use one of hers, which I am so grateful for! I didnt get a survey on my receipt, so I thought Id leave a google review to let everyone know that I really appreciate Lorraines help and positive attitude. I will definitely be returning to this Michaels!

I went in to find some fabric paint and the store was filled with customers! I couldnt find the color I had wanted so I started looking for the fabric paint medium and had no luck. I am stubborn so I didnt ask for help but Ashton came up and asked if I needed help finding anything, and despite the busy pace of the store she took time and found exactly what I needed and then offered additional suggestions! So thank you Ashton, you made my Michaels experience so much more enjoyable... and successful!

Great selection of so many different art supplies, decor items, picture frames, and more. We love the picture frames they have stocked, but if you needed something more, they have a great selection of custom frames in the back.

Sometimes the lines can be long, especially on a Saturday, but they have everything you could possibly need for crafting (except fabrics). Make sure to check online for coupons before you go!

Wife loves coming here. Prices could be better, but if you catch them on a sale day you can get a good deal.

I really like Michaels but this year it looks like Halloween blew you a pumpkin in there and charged 2x as much for it. Things are cute but very expensive. I do enjoy picking out yarn and crafts there.

Here in Mooresville, NC if you dont have to cross over hwy 150 aka River hwy you dont . But when I do cross over, I find stores I forgot about and I realize how much I miss them. Michaels has it all. The employees are very kind and can answer your questions. Thanks Michaels.

Love looking for ideas to decorate

I absolutely LOVE the sales that are always going on at Michaels. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially a young lady named Cassidy, who always goes above and beyond to be of help.

Went in today for tie dye t-shirt project. I must say this is the worst Michaels to go to for projects. There was one person in the craft room and she was busy putting the dye on the t-shirts. Nobody was there to instruct the kids, nobody there to explain the project to the kids. I thought this was an event to teach/assist people with a project. Take a page from the Michaels in Statesville. They actually assist/teach people.

Glad to have Michaels in town, great crafting store, plus so much more. If you need it, they probably have it. Friendly and helpful staff.

Was put on hold for 13.25 minutes....just to ask a simple question. Lady who answered the phone was very rude. Finally got a hold of a Kaitlin who was very helpful. But after holding for that long I am very disappointed with that level of customer service. No one should ever hold that long for something so simple.

I have walked in here multiple times and never got spoken to til I am at the register. Selection is decent, I was searching for resin and the brand I needed: they had two boxes both opened and look worn.

Ditto what another customer said about being placed on hold and nobody answers the phone. Nobody has the time for this inconvenience. If you have a phone at the business, you need someone to answer it! There are many other places in Mooresville, NC. It has now been 15 minutes on hold and this is enough!

I love the store but their employees deserve better pay and I wish they had better quality yarn.
