Shopping to redesign a bathroom has always been a miserable process, but the employees here made it a pleasure. I felt at ease with their friendly attitudes (thank you, Liliana) and impressed by their knowledge, Danielle in particular.

Worst customer service ever! I scheduled an appointment and the woman didn’t have a clue what she was doing. She pawned me off onto another person, and she and I didn’t have enough time. I rescheduled to come back and my child was not allowed in the building due to covid. However, the entire time I was talking to the manager regarding me making a quick purchase (with my child in my arms and wearing a mask)... the sales woman, who was extremely rude, was on the phone discussing her son who currently has covid.I will gladly take my money elsewhere. What an awful experience!

Originally pretty bad experience. Received a call from Danielle this morning with a very reasonable solution. Took some time to get to this solution, but if all continues on this path we will feel like they did their part in making things right.
