We got there at around 6:30..we knew exactly what we wanted and what we wanted to do…we left there at 10min til 8pm. We were trying to rush out because we had to feed the kids and out the kids to bed and he was still trying to sell us stuff as we were walking out. It was AT&T dish something. I had to say I will look at it next time when I came.I came to trade in two phones. Got home and had time to sit and see what he add ..comes to find out..he added extra stuff to our bill..like $5 a month for a trade up program which we never asked for. I understand that he was trying to up-sale but when someone already said no ..you should never find a way to tricked them or wait them out to add stuff to the bill. Very disappointed because now I have to go back up there to take it off.

I entered the store thinking I was going to pay a large sum if money for a new phone purchase however, Stephanie shared some knowledge about insurance which exceeded my expectations. Stephanie was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly walk me through the insurance process. I highly recommend this location and so grateful to Stephanie! AT&T you have a jewel of an employee with this young lady!

Ive been a customer for 15 years. Ive never ever had a problem with an employee until I ran into the store manager Eric. Hes so rude and unhelpful. Maybe because Im a disabled Veteran and not a 20 something blonde female. If hes ever there again ill be asking for someone else to help me.

Yesterday I had the best experience buying a new phone in the entire 14+ years that I have been a customer with AT&T. Stephanie made my phone upgrade the smoothest and easiest purchase that I’ve ever made, and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the phones that I was looking at. She was very personable and made it an enjoyable shopping experience. Amanda was also very helpful with my mom and the purchase that she made as well. Both of them have amazing customer service skills and I would gladly come back to make any purchase with their help!

Have been to 2 different stores a total of 3 times and still am unable to get anything accomplished. I am already looking into other phone companies. Its ridiculous when someone is trying to spend money with you and youre preventing them from doing that.

We visited this AT&T location 3/18/21 and purchased 2 new iPhones. It was a pleasant and successful experience. Our Retail Sales Consultant, AmandaSnow, was extremely friendly, helpful, courteous,and knowledgeable with all aspects of the iPhone 11.She was eager to assist with all our questions, making it an enjoyable experience instead of dreadedtask. We were very pleased and highly recommend this store and location, also Amanda as a Consultant.

Awesome experience! I usually dread going to AT&T but Leo and Megan were so helpful and worked numbers with us for hours making sure we were getting exactly what we needed! Never had service like this before but so grateful for all the help!

I have came to this store multiple times for help so this is not a one bad experience review. The employees are always different and nobody that works here seems to be qualified or have any knowledge about anything in this store. I would recommend going to a different store elsewhere or if needed, a totally different network.

Very good customer service. The rep that helped me was Lyli, she was very polite and time efficient. The manager Jeff was also very helpful and kind. They helped with everything I came in for and made sure my service was up and running right before I left. Overall a great experience!

Had problems transferring number from Verizon because request was duplicated. Att tech support told me it was my responsibility to fix issue (as usual). Several hours later got a ticket number for issue. Got called next day by att porting to tell me there was a problem transferring number (duh) port support finally got Verizon on phone with us and Verizon told ATT that ATT had duplicated transfer requests and gave them the request number to delete and (wait for it) da-da, phone transfer went through. Glad to say ATT didnt let me down, first question I asked when I walked in was were they going to be able to transfer number so when they couldnt I wasnt disappointed.

My husband and I are changing from a competitor and for 3 weeks had been getting not up to par customer service to say the least whenever calling AT&T customer service. We decided to go into the store and we are so glad we did. Scott totally redeemed. Thank you Scott for your kindness and willingness to resolve the issue.

I have never had such a bad experience at an AT&T in my life till today. I needed to get a new iPhone so I went to this store in Moore since it is close to my house. I walked in and the three people working were busy with customers. No one greeted me but I figured they were busy so I went to look at the phones. I was there for 15min and no one said anything to me. Then when a guy came in they were asking about who was next. I said me and he starts going to the guy. He finally took my info and I waited for 20min and then noticed that all the sales people were gone but the one that was still helping someone. After being there for almost 40min and practically being ignored I found someone to ask if I was ever going to be helped. The woman who seemed annoyed looked at me and with a condescending tone told me that once a representative was available I would be helped. Now, I am 24 weeks pregnant and frustrated by all this so I just told her I would go to another store. This experience makes me wanna switch carriers! It felt like I was being told my patronage was meaningless. Go to another store! This one obviously doesn’t care about their customers!

My only complaint is the building was way too hot! My salesperson, Amanda, was very friendly, eager to help, and made me feel totally at ease. I had several issues to work through, and although we did not get everything finished, there is a part only I can get resolved.

Donnie and his staff really are great! We were checking around carriers and Donnie was our second stop. Totally blew the competition out of the water. He was quick to answer all our questions and explain why AT&T has the best coverage in our area - after a few weeks of service with them, I can completely verify that - blew the competition away again.Eric spent lots of time with us SAME DAY to get our new service and phones set up. He was very kind and patient to answer all our questions.Definitely a five star experience compared to the previous “nation wide” carrier we were with. I really wish we would have switched sooner!

The associate helping me was quick and knew her job. The manager was rude and disrespectful. I would have given 5 stars for the associate helping me but the aggressive hateful manager dropped my opinion of the store. She needs to learn how to approach people in a polite manner.

Donnie and his staff were extremely helpful in showing and explaining how to setup and work my phone and the accessories. There is no other store I would rather go to than this one.

This is not the fault of anyone at the store. ATT phone reps should have access to better, more up-to-date info on what phones are compatible. I was told my old phone (which I loved) would be fine after I gave them all the specs on my device. So I ditched my old provider to join family plan, AFTER which I learn my phone isnt compatible & now I have to buy a new one. Thanks.Also, I hate the hotspot throttling cuz I use it for my work for the Health Department. Id settle for a little less speed overall rather than this slam-the-breaks sudden dial-up rate.

I decided to shop this store since I was in the area and went inside to look at their inventory and make an upgrade. I was put on a waitlist and told to wait in my car (there were 8 people in front of me), which is understandable because of the pandemic and AT&T doing their part to keep exposure to each other and their employees to a minimum. I asked if I was able to look through their phones as I was there to upgrade and wanted to browse their Samsung and iPhone selections to make a decision as to which I wanted to do. After a few minutes, a man comes up to me and asks all my info, and I’m thinking he is checking to make sure I’m checked in and for him to give me a time limit as to when I would be helped. Instead, he comes back and tells me I need to wait in my car because he can’t have me “roaming around the store” like I’m homeless or something. There was a better way he could have worded it without intentionally trying to antagonize a patron.This is fine, rude customer service is the norm these days. I let it go. I ask him when it is my turn is and without even looking at the screen he tells me “oh about ten or so”. There were only 8 people in front of me when I walked in the store a few minutes earlier, so now there are 10? Forget it. I told him to take me off the list and without hesitation he says “yep” and moves on, doesn’t try to explain why there were more people in front of me or why I was pushed further down the list. I understand AT&T is like Walmart, people will shop there anyway so providing any sort of decent service isn’t really needed, but as someone who has been a customer since 1998, I don’t need to pay more for terrible service. I would pay much less elsewhere and I should have made the move long ago. Even if I decided to stay with AT&T, I will never set foot in this store again.

I went into the store to purchase a phone. When I told the Sales person I would like to shop and look at phones, he said I could not do that. He was not willing to help me. The phone I wanted was there, but he was trying to upgrade me to the newest one which I did not want. Very bad employees you have at the Moore location off I-35 service.

Bad customer service to the point I called the manager who did care either. Indifference would be a step up.

No help at the Chickasha Oklahoma store

Went in to get my own plan and everything went smooth. Corris was new so even though he is still learning he did well, except for one aspect. He failed to ask if I wanted insurance on my phone. Instead he assumed and went ahead with adding it. Even though it’s completely pointless to have AT&T insurance on an iPhone. I’m not too thrilled with that, but everything else went fine.

I went in today because I got locked out of my email. I checked in and got helped in about 10 minutes after my arrival! Robbie was the man who greeted me and was very patient with myself and my issue at hand! Great service !!!

Stay away...predatory sales practices! My son broke his iPhone and went to the store in Moore by Best Buy to research the cost of a new phone. He is a senior in high school. Scott, the sales rep, talked him into opening his own account, buying a new phone, and getting the max insurance. When my son came home, he told me he was able to own his phone for $45/month. I checked online...$145 first month, then $109 following months. What kind of person sells a kid in high school a $109/2yr phone plan. Total BS!

Ive had better service prior to today but I pulled up at 9:58 on the website it says available for curbside assistance at 10:00 I just had a few questions about switching to there service and an employee repeatedly told me Come Back at 11:00, Ill be going to a different location with curbside assistance, Very un helpful at this location go to a different one if available!

Go to an actual at&t store there is one just down the street that has more employees and better stock. You will be in and out much faster.
