The older man with a white goatee and black glasses was awesome. Very cool down to earth kinda guy. Had my children with me. We were out within 35 to 45 mins. Thats with the air filter they had to order over. They did an excellent job.

I was very impressed with the services and Anthony was the one was took care of my vehicle. I always go to Lexus Eskridge for oil change since i bought the new car from them. But i recently changing my work schedule and i only off Sunday and they closed so i decided to try Hibdon Tires. I had their service before on the other side of town but this time i was so pleased with my oil change and wheel alignment, he explained to me what going on and how long it take for the services. Showed up at 9 am by 915 am my vehicle was in a service bay and 2 techs was on it. The guy from the counter was extremely helpful and happy to help get a issue fixed that walmart had caused. ABSOLUTELY LIFE SAVERS!!!!! we were travel on family vacation from ft worth and my brake line blew. Turns out they didn’t even make that brake line any more so they MADE A NEW BRAKE LINE FOR US!!! we had to get a hotel room close by for the night but they were working on my vehicular first thing 8am in order to get us out by check out they were considerate of us having to pay an extra day and all the kids. Even blesses us with a discount cause we were out of pocket so much. Not only tht but we got a rock in the tire in their parking lot and they changed the tire for free. Do NOT buy tires from here! I just bought tires a couple of months ago and got the roadside protection on them. Got a nail in my tire and cannot get it in to get it fixed. They tell me its first come first serve and that I will have to drop it off. And that it may be a couple of days before they could get to it. The previous place I bought tires ALWAYS got me in to get it fixed.

Moore, OK, Hibdons.A friend was hauling horses and had a flat with nails in it changed out to her spare. The spare apparently had dry rot and blew out while on I-35. I came to help and take the good tire to be fixed. A nail was all that was wrong ... a 15-20 minute fix, in an emergent situation ... with horses in the trailer on I-35 in Moore. Hibdons WOULD NOT work on this emergency fix despite being told horses were in a trailer on I-35. Hibdons could have taken the 15-20 minutes to fix the tire, and they refused this emergency. Pretty worthless.I took the tire to Take Ten (previously Garcias). They worked us right in, despite their lineup of non-emergency clientele, because they knew this was an emergent situation with horses in a trailer, in the heat, on I-35.

Great place but its always too packed. Even showing up at 9 a.m. I would have miss work AND keep my child from school just to get it serviced and back to me by end of day. and no appointments??! But yeah... Good place! 👍

I guess if the sales person says you have road hazard you better check your receipt!!! I told them I wanted road hazard warranty cause I drive over 100 miles a day and was told I had it. I hit a curb cause of ice and now have no warranty to get it fixed. Manager won’t help even though it was their lack of customer service that caused this problem. I bought a lifetime alignment deal with them but that’s probably not there anymore either. Time to find a new tire shop!!

Had such great experience with customer service in the past, so called up to check on battery for a car at home if I could purchase from them. To my amazement Jackie was able to get an Interstate Battery cheaper than Walmart , she had waiting for me when I arrived! Just an FYI. I took a 13 Lawn Mower tire there and they told me they do not do Tubes. I had the tube and tire to be mounted in my hands. Discount Tire does this. If you need tires. Support them they are a lot more helpful with tires and do not Hammer you about everything under the hood trying to run up the bill on you. They do Tires of all kinds, Im not sure why Hibdons calls themselves a Tire Store.

Fair prices and good service. I dont like that they try to sell you on other things that your car might need. All the places do it, but I dont like it.

BEST SERVICE EVER! Had a flat tire on my boyfriends truck during a 15 hour road trip. We took it to the Discount Tire down the street. After waiting for well over 2 hours (Discount Tire) they informed us they would not be able to fix the tire because the rims were “too small” for the tire and we would need to purchase a new set of rims. (He has had this truck for over 2 years and never had any issue with tires/rims anywhere else). After looking at new rims for 30 minutes only to be told they did not have any rims available my boyfriend asked if they could see what the issue was with the tire and put the spare tire on. Finally we found out there was just a leaking valve stem but they refused to replace it. Found Hibdon Tires less than a mile away. Told them of our issue and they replaced the valve stem And put the tire back on. Not only did they complete the job in under 5 minutes. They refused to accept any payment. By far the best customer service and nicest people I have ever encountered.

Always do a fantastic job and they care about their customers. I will never go anywhere else for tires!

Gave me a pet on the back when I went to eBay to buy the parts to do it myself!!! (((GAVE ME A JACK)))!!!! TO SAVE HOURS OF WAITING... For I had a stud fall in my drum brake which would catch

Went in to get a flat repaired. They said it might take three hours and on the plus side they had me out in about an hour. On the negative side they inflated my tire to 115psi. My trucks TPS said 102psi but the system lags and takes time to read tire pressures correctly. Not more than 5 minutes after I realized what the truck was telling me, I pulled over and took a reading of 115psi with my manual tire press gauge. Thats more than a semi truck tire. My tire is ten ply rated for 80psi so thats 35 pounds overinflated on a cold tire. It could have possibly reached 120-125psi had I been at highway speeds. This mistake could have caused a blowout leading to me losing control and possibly endangering my life or others lives around me. I am extremely disappointed about this oversight. They blamed it on a possible gauge malfunction. My advice, always check your tire pressure yourself after you have work done. It could possibly mean you life. It is after all the only part of your vehicle that touches the road.

Fast and curious service

I came day before yesterday, picked out my tires, and asked for a reservation since I need to wait for my vehicle. Despite repeated phone conversations(like5 or 6), I was never given an opportunity to actually get the tires on my vehicle. Nor did they refer me to another Tires Plus that could handle my business. I actually sat around for 52 hours trying to get my new tires. Thanks for nothing, Bryan. If they cant handle 8 customers in a day how do they even stay in business? Tomorrow I will find another place that is willing to follow through.

Nice customer service. The front desk actually showed me a deal that they had going on at the time I went there to replace my front 2 tires. After hearing what I came in to get done that morning, he showed me a discounted promotion deal they were currently running that I was unaware of, and ended up saving me around $75.

This place is 110% solid. Every. Single. Time. They’re almost always busy because of such. When they’re not they still go above and beyond by offering consistent kindness, making fresh coffee and offering free bottled watered. I’ve always experienced them being consistent with price and time quotes. If I ever move, I’ll continue to make the drive because they’ve earned my trust time and time again.

Went in for a basic oil change and was told the rotation and fluid check was complimentary.Left with no windshield fluid,tires were in the same place and a tire that was going flat.On top of that they told me a 3rd brake light bulb replacement would cost $130.I got a bulb for $11 and replaced it myself within 5 minutes and zero effort.Really disappointed because they’ve taken care of me well in the past,but I guess being a blonde young woman they thought they could pull one over on me.Not cool.

I had a flat yesterday and was worried because of the holiday weekend and the pandemic I wouldnt be able to buy a tire today. However, they got me right in despite being busy from the carry over from the day before. Excellent service, great price! I will do business here in the future for sure. I cannot say anything bad about this specific Hibdon location. I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for years and today, again, i was NOT disappointed with their outstanding customer service.I had a bolt in my tire about two weeks ago and per usual they were awesome...two days ago i found another in my front passenger tire. Of course i was upset but when i took it in and explained what it looked like David (i believe that’s his name, he was working the solo desk area) came out and asked me to move the vehicle so he could see it. I did and he pulled out the screw (which I’m embarrassed to admit was smaller than it looked), checked for leaks and sent me on my way with a smile on his face. I was so happy that i was saving money on a new tire but also that he took the time to check and was honest with me. THIS is why i am and will always will be a returning customer to Hibdon Tires Plus in Moore!!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was there early and they got me in immediately. Super friendly group of guys and lady. I dont do big crowds, and they were very busy. Showed up at 9:00 A.M. with a rim had a blow out on 1-35 said they had a tire. Said they would get right on it only 5 hours later both of lost a whole days work waiting.

Got an excellent price on 14 ply rated RV trailer tires on a brand that has very good reviews. They quoted me from several major trailer tire brands. If you are bringing an RV or trailer in I would suggest you schedule early in the day as the lot can get a bit tight when they are busy, but this is true most anywhere. Friendly staff, quick and courteous.

I made an appointment and told them that I had a breathalyzer in my car and they said it was okay that I could sit in there to blow into it and pull it into the garage. Well, a week later when my appointment comes around I get up there and call and reminded them of the situation. I was told that I wouldn’t be able to bring it in because I have the breathalyzer. I waited all week for that?? They could have told me the day I called and made the appointment. I’ve been to the okc location a few times with this device and they always work with me so I can get my tire fixed. This situation already sucks and your store made it worse. You don’t get to discriminate me again. I won’t be back.

Really busy tried to take advantage of my wife changed story when I showed up

Ok here I sit almost 1600 on Friday. Made an appointment 3 days ago for 1400 today. Oops Hibbdon! No bueno. But what can I do? Now the customer service guy said when I got at 1400, the time of my appointment that they were on schedule. So here I sit 2 hours later with my truck on a lift and my old tires still on it. WTH hibdon???

I was traveling up I-35 in a class C rv. One of the inner tires blew out. It was difficult to find help...until I spoke with Brian at Hibdons Tires. First thing he asked........are you ok?? In a world where it seems no one cares about anyone else, he has restored my faith in humanity. They had to work me in their very tight schedule, but did so happily. I wish I could give more stars and hugs to this team (COVID won’t allow it). Thank you Brian for everything!!!

This business is outstanding. The dealership told me there was a nail in my tire and offered to fix it for $20. I got a second opinion here and come to find out there was no nail and tire pressures are fine and the assessment was free of charge. On top of it all they were swamped and took ample time to listen to me and help me out. Joe was very helpful and did a great job as well. Customer for life.

I just left from this place in tears. I got there at 11am for a wheel alignment. I didnt leave until 4:40pm. I ended up with 2 new tires and NO WHEEL ALIGNMENT! They said they couldnt let me leave with my old tires due to very low tread it would be dangerous but they refused to do the alignment because they said I need $1300 in work done first before they could do it. So I ended up paying $166 for 2 dang tires yet no alignment which defeats the point because theyll wear out very soon without the alignment. They lady that spoke to me was very short, didnt really explain much and didnt even apologize for me having to sit there over 5 HOURS! They didnt care at all and it was the worst experience. I will never go back there. I would have appreciated an apology at least. They didnt even ask if I wanted to do the work to fix the car she just sent me packing. 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE. I literally had to pull over Im crying so hard right now.

Original review... Had an 8am reservation for balance and rotation and was out before 8:15... Wow! 5 starsFast forward... Im watching the desk clerk try to explain to a customer why they are outside of their warranty on their six month alignment. After several attempts of trying to explain that today (02-24-2021) is still within six months of Aug 29 2020... Im left wondering if I can trust them to work on my vehicles in the future.

This is the only place I will take my vehicle and they really deserve 5 stars.except It took four and a half hours to do a front end alignment and one axle brake job. That just seem too long to me. other places in town offers a courtesy driver to take you home and pick you up.. maybe I should consider going to one of those places.

The workers were very kind and courteous! They did a good job on my car and were just all around nice people. I got a flat tire yesterday in rush hour traffic, and I was able to call them, set up an appointment to get new tires, and check my car in about ten minutes before closing the same day. They even pulled it into the garage overnight. I heard from them early this morning and was able to pick my car up quickly. It rides a dream now. I recommend this business!

I can agree about hard working however, I am now sitting for over an hour to have one tire on a rim replaced. I was told when I got here that it would be quick. That information was voluntary I did not ask. He gave me details saying that there was only one person in front of me and that it was slow. Now, over an hour later the tire hasnt even been touched. One tire. I was told when I did ask that an appointment had arrived and that I was now the next in line behind them. People have come and gone since I have been here. This is not just annoying, its bad business to promise one thing then make no effort to volunteer the information that it now was going to take way more time than what was said. O much for a quick fix... and just one replacement tire. My advice, make an appointment or dont bother. If you dont have an appointment you are not a priority, you should go elsewhere. Nice to be so busy you dont have to care about the very basic customer service, communication.

Great experience. Bought a set of Firestone tires for our Honda on black Friday. Checked nearly everywhere else. They all had sale prices that were higher than Hibdons non sale price.In addition to having them installed and balanced the same day included in the price. They also came with a roadside warranty and sidewall protection.Very satisfied.

I went in today and got my car looked at and Caleb helped me so much! He was super nice and explained everything very well. Also, he called my dad because he wasn’t able to be there and explained to my dad everything about my car and it made everything so much easier! Caleb is a great!!!

I have always had the best experience at Hibdon. They are pretty knowledgeable and honest. They always take care of my flats and I have always bought my tires through them. They are usually busy because their service is just that great. You wont be disappointed going here.

Go to the hibdons in Norman!!i had multiple problems with my car during the week after getting new tires. They tested my battery for no reason and now my battery can’t hold a charge. I’m not saying that it’s there fault but my car should have 3 new problems every time I get new tires. Especially considering I know how to work on a car so I was only going there for 2 tires.. they didn’t even inflate my 2 new back tires to the same tired pressure one was well over the max. And told me the alignment needs to be fix again even though they supposedly fixed it the last time I was in. Obviously they didn’t do a good job if it was noticeable on the tires I got the same day.

Send my son to get the flat tire fixed and put back on. Have the tires balanced and rotated plus get the oil and filter changed. Also have them look at the brakes. All they did was put the fixed tire back did not rotate or rebalance rest of tires. Made an excuse that the release was broken couldnt put the spare back up. So when I got home I put the spare back up with no problem. They gave my son a quote of $900 to change the brakes and rotors. Called to get a quote from another shop. The quote came back for $200. This is the first time I dealt with this Hibdon store. Im upset that they were taking advantage of a young man. I will not be doing business with this store. I can only imagine what they do to other individuals that doesnt know any better.

I dropped in to get my bald tires replaced. They had new tires mounted in less than 2 hours. My car takes an odd size so they had to rush some tires from another store. After all that they could get enough of the tires they quoted me so they installed better tires for the quoted price. They also quickly Identified the problem with my car that was causing premature wear on the tires.
