They did a thorough inspection. Found all problems. Fixed an immediate A/C issue. Accurately confirmed a bigger A/C problem in need of addressing. Provided fair and decent prices for all services. They listed regular scheduled maintenance needed, as well as minor and accurate critical issues. They provided good advice on the one issue Ive always had communication failure with my cars dealership service department about. I feel relief. Which is priceless.

I came in to solely get an oil change with this location. My oil light had turned on during a turn and that concerned me. I brought my car into this shop and they called me later that day and told me my oil was just fine and had another 3 months before it needed to be changed. He did mention that a $500 fix needed to be made. The fix seemed reasonable to I paid to get that done. A month goes by and my light is turning on much more often and deeply concerning me. I checked the oil and found that the dip stick no longer showed zero indication of oil in my vehicle. I called, understandably upset, and the man on the phone (Keith) told me that I was a liar and did not ask for an oil change one month ago. Told me the smell of burned oil was extremely strong and Then tried to blame all of it on me and charged me full price. So this company will refuse to do any low paying jobs, stack on the large charges and ignore your oil hoping for the result to be an even larger paying job for a new engine. If you enjoy your money being taken away and poor customer service-this is your place.

Took our 2012 Jeep Liberty in for a heater core replacement. Dropped the vehicle off Wednesday evening and picked it up Thursday evening. A one day turnaround! Fantastic work and super friendly. The price was within reason but the customer service and fast and thorough work was worth every penny!Thanks guys! You have all my future business!

This is my new mechanic shop. I have a older truck that had three different issues one of which was electrical,that I thought would be a tough job. They fixed everything with no problem. Very professional business with great technicians. Great customer service which is very hard to find these days! Also like that they keep you informed of the work on your vehicle and the cost. Would rate them 10 stars! I took my elderly mother’s older vehicle there because I knew it needed some repairs. They provided me a detailed report that I shared with my mom.What happened next is the testimony of why I HIGHLY recommend these amazing humans. My mom has early dementia and I’d already went over the repairs w/ her, both agreed to do repairs. But mom didn’t recall this so she called the shop; they again went through repairs with her. Fast forward a week (after I’d explain them again) she asked if I take her over to the shop so they could explain them again.They sat down with her and again patiently went line by line with her. She had all her papers and notes from previous conversations but I watched as her mind started to become very unorganized, asking questions they’d just answered. Again, they kindly answered the same questions, again and again. Never once showing any frustration and I personally know how frustrating this can feel. Never once making her feel ‘stupid’. They were busy at the time of our visit and still did not rush her. Just sat with her; patiently, respectfully, showing her so much grace.Aside from being wickedly talented regarding automotive…they have hearts of pure gold.

I was very pleased with their honesty and expertise here. I was referred here from another repair shop in Moore due to the age of my vehicle. Upon arriving, the technician has said theres pretty much nothing they wont work on and discussed some of their older and most impressive projects.They called to discuss my options frequently. When I asked their opinion, they gave me a thoughtful honest response. They have online features that allowed me to view my vehicle report via text, as well as the ability to pay online via text. These modern conveniences are an impressive addition to the already good opinion I have of this business. 100% would recommend.

Honestly I wasnt sure I would be able to find a place that could do a transmission conversion for a GBody El Camino to a standard with a Mechanical clutch. But I found Auto Care Specialists and they were able to do the conversion!They have a great team, that provides great customer service. I highly recommend these guys for any task at hand.

I bought a car that was in a barn 30 years. I dropped it off and was told a round about on price to get it running and 3-4 days later I was called and told motor was seized and would need to be rebuilt. I took off work and borrowed a trailer picked it up and placed ad on craigslist just trying to get my money back. someone purchased the car and motor was just fine and car is running. needless to say I had to pay about $45 for them to tell me motor was seized and I lost a grand or so selling the vehicle for cheap because of them telling me the motor wasnt good. Not too happy!

Just came in for a diagnostic on my 07 mustang they were thorough and fast and cost-efficient would recommend to anyone.

Only took my vehicle here because the part I needed was not available at the time. They put a used sending unit in which failed less than a year later. Definitely not worth the $500 they charged for used parts. I know its used because I did find a new fuel pump assembly which I just spent an hour and a half replacing, to find that used junk they put in.

I got a new motor through them and it runs good. My transmission went out had them rebuild it now the detent( kickdown ) cable has so much tension it popped the plastic connector off the carb, so now it wont downshift unless I manually do it85 c10 longbed 350/th350 longtailThey said they would fix all the issues.Ive got about 100 mi. Left till my next oil change, IVE USED/BURNED 3.5 QTS OF OIL
