This place is awful. I wouldnt know about sign quality because I never made it that far. They sent someone out to see what we needed, take measurements, have a brief financial discussion and set expectations. The representative was friendly and knowledgeable. I was happy and looked forward to his work-up of what we had asked for.After several days with no word from him, I started calling the sign shop. 80% of the time I got the voicemail. I left one several times.....no call back. The other 20% of the time I got someone who said that they worked production. He would say that none of the sales team is in or he would put me on hold for Kevin and leave me there until the phone hung up. I could have just given up and gone elsewhere, but I wanted to give the guy I met (remember the nice guy who came out) a chance to come through with what he promised.So I took the last measure of getting their address and going by. Nobody was there. So I taped a note on the door explaining all of this and BEGGING for a call back. It worked, the next day, I got a call from Kevin who said he was the owner and had no idea what I was talking about. What??!! So I explained again to him (and by now I was pissed). He said he would try to find who came out and get the info from him or come by my shop again tomorrow. Number one - the guy obviously never gave our info/request to anyone or even attempted to work-it-up as promised. Number two - I do not have time or patience to see another person and go over the immense details of my request again.So tomorrow came, and Kevin showed up. When I got to the shop he was talking to my Assistant (who is my husband). I told him he would need to talk to me (the owner). I asked for an explanation of what happened to my nice guy and all of the original details we had worked out. He said the guy dropped-the-ball and he is here now. No apology, no explanation, no concern, no caring for our needs, ZERO UNDERSTANDING...nothing. Im here now. Thats it. So I started to walk him around and show him what I needed... all the while hoping hed show more interest in my business or how bad this looked on him as an owner. He could care less. I explained that I had been in business for many years and that if I had had issues with someone, Id do everything I could to make it right with my customer. I asked if he even wanted our business - after all, it seemed doubtful given his demeanor and the last several weeks of being ignored. He just looked at his watch as if I were wasting HIS time!!! He said, you know what, Ill just get in my truck and go. So he did!I have not been made to feel so unwanted as a customer in all of my 20 years of business. I wonder if this is everyday business with them, or if he had something against the location of my businesses (near an urban area). I hope this company and its re-branding efforts get the bad publicity they deserve. Dont go with these guys - for anything.
