Helpful with discovering small issue that I could solve with cheaper solution elsewhere so they charged crazy quarterly hour rate for the ten minutes I was in there. They dont give time charge up front so be ready to pay for little if you dont buy hardware from them.
A year ago I had a problem of unlocking my android phones which I was supposed to use in my country, Tanzania in East Africa. I went to the work shop, paid bills for unlocking online, a day after I received my unlocking codes and the phones are working properly up to now!A week ago, I had to purchase online, a Ti-nsipre cx cas calculator which is not available in my country. I mailed to Mitch, one of the workers at the computer workshop. He is the one who helped me to get the unlocking codes. I paid bills through a friend in a western union money transfer!Mitch did what is right and I have my calculator in the third world country!THANK YOU PC PEOPLE!
Great place until they closed down:(
Came in Saturday morning with a seemingly simple problem. I was told it would only be 1.5 hours of labor. After several phone calls to follow up I was told the following Tuesday that my computer would be ready the following day. Wednesday afternoon I get a call that theyll need 2 more days and 200 additional dollars for labor. After some questions I found out they had only done 45 minutes of work on my computer in 4 business days and would be charging me 67$ just to run simple diagnostics.I took my computer back went to a shop on del monte. In 45 minutes they ran diagnostics for free, encountered and identified my problems, were super friendly, ordered the parts I needed on the spot and told me what I would need to pay and that theyd have it ready in 3 days good as new.Ill never be going back to pc people. Rude, overpriced, slow, and somewhat lacking in transparency.
