These guys are awesome! Hooked me up with a new radio when my old one died. It was an open box return, or worked fine. Best deal on a radio ever. Plus a few years ago, the wired in my two twelves. Great quality and customer service.

Everything was perfect. The box was built and installed perfectly. The amp was installed perfectly. Most of all, the price was perfect. Steve is probably one of the best installers Ive come across. Highly recommend this establishment if you are looking for a custom install. Will be returning.

Note: I have been in the service industry for over 15 years straight.In this particular client-retail experience I have been a huge pain in the butt for this shop. I call and ask questions for research, I pop in and look at products and discuss plans/ideas w/o purchasing anything, etc. Katherine and the rest of the shop are 110% polite, professional, and incredibly patient with not just myself but other customers I see come in and out. I have had work done at other car audio shops in the area and I might as well have had some random teenager in my neighborhood do it. However, as long as Katherine is at T&T and they continue to do excellent, professional work I will go there and recommend everyone I know to as well.

Upgraded my car stereo. Not pushy. I told them what I needed and so far works perfectly. Installation did not take long. Reasonably priced.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was having a tough time after being ripped off by another audio shop and they were helpful, honest, and made my experience much better. They also gave me a walkthrough on wiring up my own head unit and said I could call with any questions. Definitely recommend and I will be going to them solely for anything in the future.

I ordered a radio that should have been a exact fit for a vehicle, but I did not fit. I attempted to get a refund, but the company that I brought it from refused to give a refund. So I ended up keeping the product and getting a refund though American Express. Since I had a little extra money and I didnt want the radio to go to waste I took it to TNT hoping that he can make it fit since they do custom work. I told the guy part of the story(he wouldnt listen to the full story) that I told you you all. And he pretty much refused me service and said I dont know how you sleep at night as if I told him I scammed my credit card company and the company that insisted the radio would fit after I told them about my doubts about it fitting.

I had a FABULOUS experience! Rachael completely took care of me! I needed an axillary port in my husbands 2003 Yukon. It was a christmas present that I was getting done while he was out of town. He called me a week early and told me he was going to be home the next day! I called Rachael and she met me early and went out of her way to get the installation done before he flew into town! WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Price on the device and installation was great (cheaper than amazon)! I would recommend them and visit them again!

This is the greatest place i have been to this years. The customer service that they provided was impeccable. As long as I live in this area all of my cars will always be worked on by TNT car stereo BKA Empress car audio. I have a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta 2 batteries 2 amps 4 cross overs 12 speakers so loud Ive already broke my shades holder. Super pleased been pulled over 2 times this month beating down the block and my neighbors are complaining. Thanks Guys exactly what I wanted! I will put up pics as soon as possible!

Got sound deadening in stalled in my roof recently, and the passenger side seat belt doesnt work. The Passenger side B-pillar cover doesnt stay in place and the roof console doesnt stay in place any more. They fixed my issue for a great price, but the job was done sloppy without any regard for the customers property.

Terrible service. Did aftermarket hookup for halo headlights with switchback turn signals and they completely left wires exposes to rub against the tires. Also, the radio installation was absolutely disgusting how the left the door speakers rubbing against the door frame and exposed to damage. Do not use this shop.

Loved the new install options for the iPlay for older cars. Incredibly nice staff that offered many options...Amazed at the labor charge...very reasonable.

Awesome work done by the crew. I had subwoofers and custom box installed on my 2016 Vette. The sound is dope. The tints done were amazing and the LED lights are head turning!

TNT replaced my wifes radio in her Lexus lx 460 promised it before Xmas they were a month late getting radio and installing it charged over $400 ! and then when it quit working w/In 1 st yr. said there was no warranty and they could do nothing ! hell will freeze over before I go back !

I went in to have something installed, they seem to have no since of imagination, because they told me it couldnt be installed. Took it to another car audio shop and had it installed with no issues.

The Customer service and prices were great.

Just left here. I think this guy assumed bc Im a woman I didnt know what I was talking about. Wanted to charged me $80 to install a dbl din radio and I had the radio, harness and all the pieces. But only $60 for speakers and $20 to put them in? Lmao FOH.
