LOVE my W Broadway Loose Caboose people! I have been going there regularly for about 3 years and I love that I see familiar faces. There has been minimal turn over with the staff and the transitions are smooth and the new employees are trained really great to know repeat customer orders. All Caboose coffee is amazing but with the amazing coffee must come great customer service. The W Broadway crew is top notch! I recently moved and every morning I drive past another Caboose AND my work to go to the W Broadway Caboose because they have treated me so well over the years.

I tried a Caramel Frappé on my first visit to the Loose Caboose and truly enjoyed it. Maya was friendly, and gave an accurate recommendation on how many shots of coffee to add to my Frappé. I was also tempted by the chocolate chip cookie. It was so delicious, I have no regrets. I will definitely be a frequent visitor to this particular Loose Caboose!
