We recently had a house built and wanted a good quality floor. We were recommended to go to Joers. We worked with Chip who was very helpful with the different types of wood flooring they had to offer and explained the differences in the types so we could make a better selection for our needs. Chip and a few other workers even helped us match up a tile that would flow with the wood floor we chose. We selected our carpet, engineered wood floors, tile, and shower tile all from Joers Floors and are very happy with the way they turned out. My family for the keys to our new house about 2 weeks ago, and we already had the carpet picked out so we could get it installed before we moved in. We found two great carpet options - I wanted a fun, but neutral pattern on the stairs and in all of the bedrooms, and we went with something a little thicker in the playroom, but still the same colors. Well be going back to Joers for our future flooring needs because of their friendliness, quality products, professionalism, and great installation.

Joers did an exceptional job with our floors. We tore out old carpet and wood floors and replaced with all new hardwood floors throughout. Joers thought about the small things (like removing the baseboards vs shoe molding) when replacing the floors whereas other competitors seemed like they wanted to do whatever was quickest. Chip was extremely professional and patient during the entire process, and Jeff (installer) was professional and did a fantastic job.

I’ve had Joers do multiple projects in my home based on the quality of the product, the customer service from Jeb on the Joers sales team, and the incredible skill sets of the installation team. The first renovation I did was pulling up carpet in my family and dining room and going with LVT for the entire main level. I had existing hardwood in the kitchen as well. Jeb came out and gave the best options... instead of creating a bigger mess with removing the existing hardwood, his install team built a subfloor after removing the carpet that was level with the existing hardwood. From there, they were able to do a uniform flooring on the main level. After that, I had them do a herringbone LVT in my basement. This took the installer a little more time based on having to individually cut each piece of the flooring to fit accordingly in the pattern, but the end result was worth the wait. I considered going with a wholesaler and then selecting a subcontractor to do the job initially. I’m glad I didn’t go that route and chose Joers. You get what you pay for and they stand by their product and work. Would definitely recommend Joers first to anybody considering a remodel or for any new builds.

Joers was not only easy to work with, but the installers are fantastic. I have a patterned carpet and figured I would probably see some seams. I looked through the whole house and couldnt find one! The people at the floor center are great to work with and there is a huge selection, even some that is in stock and ready to go!

So thankful we stopped by Joers Floors 7 years ago when we moved to town. We started with new carpet for our house and were extremely happy with the whole process. They have so many IN STOCK choices that we were able to find the perfect carpet and had it installed the same week. Joers was first and only place we needed to look when we decided to rip up the old tile and replace it with hardwood. WOW! I never knew you could have so many different options. The sale rep, Chip was extremely helpful as we walked around checking out all of the different hardwoods. We were able to take several samples home, to see what looked best in our kitchen. We finally picked out the new floors and had the install scheduled. Install went exactly as we were told it would and the installer was great. He was on time and cleaned up the job everyday. My wife felt completely comfortable with him and when she had to leave at times throughout the day she was never worried. I would definitely recommend Joers to anyone looking for new floors. We recently had Joers floor do 2 projects at our house. They carpeted 2 rooms in our house and the put new flooring in our kitchen and bathroom. Wow they did fantastic work. Paul and Dan did our carpet they did A+++ work all in one day and helped move articles out of the 2 rooms and helped put it back. Jeff also did A+++ work on our flooring in the kitchen and bathroom again Wow he helped move article out and then helped replace them . Joers floor uses the best people to do there work. No wonder they have been in Business 50+ years. I also can not forgot to say great things about Micheal who works in the store and gets the process started. Joers floor you are the best. Weve used Joers flooring for about ten years. We were excited to find a wood laminate in stock that matched existing laminate on our first floor, so we could run the same flooring throughout. Later, we switched to a plush shag carpeting in the living room. It was in stock and installed two days later! Sales staff are always helpful and thorough, from choosing our carpet or laminate to cost explanations. Our latest purchase was a large area rug that we had bound and as usual, we were not disappointed.

This place could use a lot of sprucing up.It is in an interesting location with very little traffic but sort of out-of-the-way.The building is old and the merchandise is not exactly top-shelf.I’ve never been able to find anything that I like and they’re due to low quality and outdated styles.I only buy quality for home improvement, so this isn’t the place for me.

My wife and I recently purchased a new home that was in desperate need of new flooring throughout the home. My initial experience was fine. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted and picked up a few samples. I was helped by a salesperson and told to bring them back in a day or two with my choice. I brought them back the next day with my choice and was told the salesperson wasnt there that day but would call the next day to schedule an estimate. I did not receive a call for over a week. We scheduled an estimate after I called, and that day there was bad weather so they had to cancel. I was fine with this as no one can controI the weather. However, at the time the called to cancel, I was told they would call me back no matter what later that day to reschedule. No one ever called me back.I finally called them the next week, and they came out for an estimate within a week. Apologies were made, and they stated a family emergency had further delayed the estimate. Again, that is unpredictable, but there should be a backup in place so that customers do not fall through the cracks. After the estimate, I received an email with the quote. Everything seemed reasonable. I discussed it with my husband and emailed back within two days. We had a couple of questions, so I included that in my email. After a week of no reply, I finally called again. I was transferred to our salespersons phone and left a message, referring to the email I sent and asking for a call back. Three weeks later and still a call has not been received.By this time, we have pursued other carpet companies, and the service has been much more prompt. I just wish I hadnt wasted over a month of my time trying to make it work with them.Addended to add: Although my initial experience was incredibly frustrating as described above, I will say they made an effort to correct the situation. The owner reached out and we met and discussed the issue in depth. Apologies were made, and he also requested feedback. We had already had carpet installed by another company, but I do think an effort at improvement and service are great qualities and I appreciated the gesture.

We went to Joers for carpet, and weren’t taken seriously from the beginning. The guy tried selling us cheap stock carpet, when I clearly knew what I wanted and he kept making price an issue which it wasn’t at all. In fact the price he quoted at the store was literally a grand less than what we had budgeted for carpet. He came out to measure and told us they couldn’t fold the carpet into our dining room, and had to use a transition piece which we didn’t want. We knew it was possible as the carpet we tore out was done that way. He also made us nervous that they wouldn’t be able to seam around our radiators. Which again we tore out carpet and the previous installers clearly didn’t have any issues. Finally he sent us a quote, and never reached out again. The guy was friendly, but honestly it was like he thought we were dirt poor or something? We went to Pratt’s and had a wonderful experience and now have beautiful carpet.

Had a great experience at Joers. So much to choose from and was able to stay in my budget! Will be back for my next project!

Nice people, reasonable remnants for dorm rooms.

Large selection. Employees seemed a little disorganized. Prices are high. Quoted high for shipping and handling to be on the safe side. When I asked what would happen if the shipping was less in actuality they responded It wont be. Questionable business practice to quote the customer more so you can make an extra buck.
