A typical local CVS, every visit the customer service was great. And I was offered help when needed with no issues! I chose to take pictures at night to post a different view.

I experienced the best customer service in a long time. I hope she will recognize herself, she has a short hairstyle (I will update her name at a later time, dont want to misspelle her name). She treated me like royalty : she helped me at the photo kiosk, she answered my questions, she gave me tips on CVS website, and the brand names cereal were on sale! Best trip to CVS store ever, she was so kind though. Thank you!It could be that I needed to get out of the house too 😷

Every time i have to call this store i sit on hold waiting for the pharmacy for more than 10 minutes. every time. if you need to speak to a pharmacist, just go to the cvs. customer service is WAY better in store.

Horrible pharmacy. Stood there for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Asked the woman who checked me out a question about the cost/insurance and she had an attitude and was very nasty about it. Tried to make me feel stupid. First time using this pharmacy and certainly my last time. Will be finding a new pharmacy.

This review is strictly for the pharmacy. A few staff members are good, others terrible and very unprofessional. Tons of my prescriptions are being put into auto refill without my request or authorization. Theyre even requesting my doctor to authorize refills without my consent. Staff needs to be trained on people skills and how to use their own systems.

The staff at the CVS Pharmacy on Willow Grove is very compassionate and helpful. We had an emergency with my dog Monty and they were able to refill his prescriptions so fast so that we can get his medication to him immediately. I used to get my prescription filled here but every time I would come in the staff was not very nice. A young girl, I think by the name of Amber, was always extremely rude and I didnt feel like I was respected as a customer. I will no longer get my prescriptions filled here, Walgreens treats me so much better.

Always dedicated to helping my family and it’s pharmacy/doctor communication to make sure that we are not without our needed medications. Management and staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

After a frustrating day with my insurance and doctors office I was finally able to refill my prescription for diabetic testing strips. Ashley, the lead pharmacy tech, proactively informed me of a manufacturer coupon which saved me $35 on the script.I honestly couldnt care about the savings, but the simple effort on her part made a stressful day a little bit better.
